[00:04:44]This amount is I'm not uh saying the siphoning uh about, but it's going out. That is a reverse remittance. When remittance is coming from abroad, there is a reverse remittance. No government has studied so far.

[00:05:05]Because money circulation is very important in the economy. If money is not there, the liquidity crunch will be there. That will affect uh the circulation of the money.
