[00:00:33]And it wasn't until I did that sort of soul searching and that reflecting, I realized what an impact it had on me.

[00:00:41]Because when I was doing it, I was in it. I couldn't see outside of it. It was just sort of all consuming. And once I was at now with age and wisdom, you're able to step back and look at you know, specific times in your life and the impact they've had on you.
