Uh and and just to be clear, uh it's locked to 90 and it we shouldn't go past 90 for this first four weeks.

So, you're going to try to basically when you try to tighten this muscle, you're going to try to like press the back of the knee flat into the towel to give you feedback. So, just squeeze. So squeeze here and you're going to try to straighten the knee into that towel roll almost like you're pressing it down. You feel that towel roll back there?
>> Yeah. So try to tighten it down into like flatten it into the >> Yep. Just there you go. So it wasn't from the hip and then and then relax.
Try to relax.

So there's a lot of squeezing up here and down here. So, just let this drop and >> just try to contract here.

>> Yep. And just try to reproduce that right there. And then relax.

Yep. So, I'm okay if you get hip activation as long as you're activating here. If it's helping you, which you are, you're getting some recruitment there. But this towel roll gives you a little feedback. It helps you have a little bit of resistance to squeeze into and it helps give you some support. is I feel less pressure with the towel underneath.
>> So, I just want you to practice waking up the quad and getting it firing.
That'd be like a couple sets of 10. Only two sets of 10. You can do it, you know, two, three times a day if you can, just to kind of get that squad firing on top of the pumps. So, if you're doing the pumps, you're going one, two, three, four, five. Pulling up one, two with the ankle pumps.
>> Oh, >> so push down one, two, >> like this.
>> Yeah. Don't worry about this now. Just just just push push down, pull up. It's obviously easier if your foot's off the end of the table.
>> But, you know, that's like I would do that like on the hour just to get it moving.
>> Okay. So, just like 20 times, you know.
>> Um, and then you can just tighten the glute just to keep it active just like the quad. Those are all fine to do. Just keep things above and below active.

So, you're going to turn this way. So, just be careful, you know, keep your quad engaged as you're pulling here and then just try to let your head rest and keep this leg straight for me and just try to kick this leg up. Yeah. Just hold it up there. Don't let me push it down. Right.
Pull it strong. Good. You think you can get on your stomach?
Just go down flat for me.
So, we're just checking strength uh on your good side just to make sure you got good strength and so we know what to rehab your left side. So, can you kick this one straight up?

Twice. No, he will be going one time a one time. One time for the um one time a week for 3 weeks and then they going to switch it to two times a week and we're pretty much done. I mean, that's it. Then from there I think for 6 weeks >> and they'll see how he you know everything going. But the man say he actually really moving it really really good but they want to make sure they take their time and everything you know >> you know he take his time and stuff but um y'all know out there.
>> Yeah. So um but other than that everything y'all seen the movement he's making um with his leg and y'all seen the see the progress that he's also making which is a good thing. And I'm just proud of him. And I think I really really think that they they going to release him a little early.
