I've always That's kind of always like not always There's times where I've looked at the number on the scale, absolutely. But I think what's really important is when you look in the mirror, like do you feel good, you know?

Um how to stay lean? You understand your nutrients, right? You understand your nutrients and I teach that. What do you do for a neck workout? I don't really do neck workouts. I I do jujitsu.
So, whenever we're like basing up, you can also do um bridges.
And also, bro, if you don't do anything for your neck now, if you simply go like this on a daily basis, you're strengthening your neck. If you want to take it to another level, hang your neck from from your from your bed and just go up.
And then do side by side.
What about vitamins, amino acids, and fibers? I would say vitamins, you only need a multivitamin.
That's it.
All you need is multivitamin. You don't really need amino acids. I take multivitamin sometimes. I take creatine.
I don't take creatine all the time.

My recommendation is always like learn to clean up your diet, learn to understand protein, carbs, and fats.
And from there, you start to get rid of the unwanted body fat.

I That's a really great question. I've done both, brother. All right? I've done boxing, I've done wrestling, I've done MMA, I do jiu-jitsu right now.
I've done bodybuilding. I think they are both very important. Bodybuilding allows you to learn how to work out properly.
Bodybuilding teaches you a lot about nutrition.
So, nutrition is how you actually lose fat and build muscle. Boxing and things like that makes you more more confident in your ability to protect the people you care about.
Right? Like that thing, they're both great. I think there's nothing wrong with learning how to What's bodybuilding, right? Learning how to work out, eat better.
To have a good example, you have to be in shape to be valuable. Like that's a myth at the end of the day.
I mean being in shape means that you're actually like you have discipline, bro.
