I know what you might think: "Negative feedback, constructive feedback, that's the hard part. So, let's focus on that and not on positive feedback." However, I have a very valid reason for that.
Because if you give positive feedback on a constant basis, then when you have an idea for improvement or some thoughts that are constructive, then it's so much easier to actually deliver them because your relationship is already built on trust and a good connection.
You're constantly communicating: "I see you." "I value you." "I'm not here to attack you."
And for the other person, it's so much easier to receive your constructive thoughts.
So, what is your usual positive negative ratio? Is it 50/50 or 20/80 or 80/20?
