[00:00:00]I want to be like clear. I'm not saying that we would never import anything because I do think we would import things. We we have a global pallet here in the Virgin Islands.

[00:00:19]When you tell me something is apartheid and I could engineer it, that means that we could think take all the brilliant minds that are here in the Virgin Islands, in the Caribbean, and around the globe and design something different that serves us more. It ain't going to be perfect either. I'm sure 10 years from now whatever we would choose to design, somebody else would have a problem with.
