Right. Hey, we are out at Bangra today.
Um, film crew is not here yet, so get away from the noise. Go and see what's it's going to do. I put the same It's got the same tuneup in it. We added the bend. So, we'll see what happens. Got some new shocks on the back. But yeah, we'll do an intro after this run hopefully.

Oh no. Uh so we just had our first run, but we're going to go back cuz uh can't rely on anyone. Camera crew show up late.
Um we showed up real early this morning, helped set up. So we actually we got racing at 9:00 which was really good.
But we're out at Bangra for the summer sendoff.
supposed to get to 37 today. So, I'm not really excited about that, but we're just going to keep chipping away at out here. So, we got the NP meeting in August and they're running a 70 index.
So, I'm going to try and get the car consistently running 7 O's to try and well win the win that class when it happens, if it happens. Um, but yeah, just went out for round one. It didn't feel like it went that well, but I don't have my time slip here. So, I'll go and get it and we'll make some adjustments.
No good. Got work to do.

So, I accidentally put the same tuneup in it that we had from when we were going to race it at the bend like the before it rained at drag challenge. So twostep was at 4100 way too high and yeah didn't like it. So I'm going to turn back down about 34 and see what that does and we will get an outside video of the car this time and see what the suspension's doing.

Way easier. Don't know. I'll have a look at the video here in a minute and see what I was doing. But I just reckon a these tires are like 3 years old now and have about they would have at least 50 passes on them at easy. Um so that could it's definitely not helping us. But everything else seems fine. I just don't know why it's not doing what it's supposed to do. So I'll have a look at the video. Make sure that the rear shocks and everything are the suspension's doing what it's supposed to be doing and then we'll go from there.

I don't know. So, I had a look at the video. Uh, it seems like, yeah, the tires are shot and the front.
We put different front shocks in it when we went down for drag challenge cuz they were all good tracks. and we only had 9010s in it before, but it's not separating in the front like it used to.
So maybe for out here we got to put the 9010s back in it or I fork out and buy some double adjustables for the front.
Um, so for this one really all I've done is put two extra pounds in the rear tires cuz it's crushing the tire really hard.
So we'll see how that goes. If not, I might start tightening up the rear rebound, but see what happens.

All right. Felt about the same. So, change them shocks and get some new tires on.

Right. Hey, so we just had lunch, looked over a few things. The tires look good now with those extra couple of pounds of pressure in them. Um, and I realized that I had the compression wound all the way off on the shock. So, so I was under there doing some stuff with it the other day. So, I wound them up. I took two clicks out of the rebound in the rear.
left the tune the same and yeah, we'll see how that works. Hopefully, we can get a bit closer to that 70.

What you doing uh just topping the fuel off. Um cuz I don't have a fuel gauge. So quickly jack it up, pumps fuel in it. Only use about 5 lers. I've done >> four runs. So it's not bad, but $8 a liter. So >> how's the runs coming? Uh, the run's pretty [ __ ] Yeah, didn't not even close yet. Not even close.
So, I might um get out there and change a bit more stuff. And if that doesn't work, I'll get on the laptop and pull some timing out on the hit. See where that gets us.

All right, last one for the day. I put an old tune up in it that pulls 4° on the hit and then ramps it back in. So, see what happens. And it only runs 28° total timing. Yeah, but it was the fastest What a little pressure.

Um, so we got some work to do. We did not even go close to what we wanted to run. Turn that down for a second. And >> yeah, anyway, the guys at Hun Valley Heavy Maintenance bought me down a new set of CO7, so we'll get them on before the next meet.
I'll either put the 9010s back in it or I'm just going to fork out and buy some double adjustable coilover style front for the car cuz it's just going to help out immensely.
Outside of that, I've got some mono leafs and some sliders which I was putting off putting in until I straighten the rails and do all that sort of stuff similar to what Henry's got.
But yeah, I might throw them in. It's just going to make it easier. I'm sick of fighting with it. So, but yeah, anyway, we'll get them tires on, change back the 9010s or get some new coilovers in front and yeah, we'll check back in with you at the next race meet down.
