[00:00:00]There's a lot of things that you could have built before on legacy rails, but it would have been breathtakingly expensive. It would have required a huge team, so much upfront work to get a regulatory sign-off. You would have had to have used a ton of working capital to gloss over slow money movement. One scenario that comes to mind is instant payout for gig workers. So, you drive for Uber, you take someone on a ride, and now you want to get out of the car and buy a coffee with the proceeds from that drive. That's a really hard product to build. It's a really hard product to build. The The consumer swipes their card, the company that they they paid in this case, Uber, isn't actually getting that money for a few days usually. And even then, actually getting the money into the driver's bank account takes a long time. So, they've got to come up with how they're going to do the pre-funding, how they're going to identify fraud rates, and how they're going to monetize this sufficiently to make up for the cost and complexity of this uh feature. Again, not to mention the fact that all of this requires engineering and legal and regulatory.

[00:01:05]You could build that product basically in a weekend now. Like that That's how fast you could do that today. And you could do that because stablecoins are programmable, they're nearly instant, you know, they're nearly free. And so, you don't need to think through all that complexity.
