[00:00:17]And the A1C is um it's a basically a measure of what your blood sugars have been doing over the last 3 months. So, it's an average of your blood sugars, and it's a pretty reliable test. So, something that I will hear very often, again, kind of a form of denial, is when that A1C comes back high, some people will dismiss it and say, "Oh, you know what? I had a lot of ice cream last week. I was eating really bad last week, and that's why the sugars were high."

The hemoglobin A1C is a pretty reliable test, and what it tells us is at least within the last 3 months, your blood sugars have been running in the diabetic range. If your A1C is over 6.5, um then you're diabetic, and it's been running over 125 in the last 3 months.
