I Sued a 9-Year-Old and WON! #shorts

[00:00:00]Uh, you know, I sued a 9-year-old [music] and won. So, a 9-year-old kid was riding his bicycle on a uh, you know, like one of these rail trails, okay, out in Sarettes. [music] So, this there's a stop sign. A 9-year-old can read, and the 9-year-old did not stop for the stop sign. And by riding into the road caused a dangerous condition.

[00:00:20]And my client, a pregnant [music] woman, and she had just dropped her children off at daycare. and she's driving, coming around the bend, paying attention, not on her phone, and sees a 9-year-old kid in the road. So, what does she do? She swerves. She takes evasive action to save this child's life. She took her car off the road and rolled [music] it three times while pregnant. She has children of her own.

She's now seriously injured. and she calls me and I'm like, "Okay, well, your car insurance is going to cover your medical bills, but that's not going to do anything for like your injury." [music] And I said, "I got it. I know what we're gonna do. We're gonna sue the nine-year-old.
