[00:00:09]But couple of questions were related to opinion, let's say consciousness. So, interesting. If I have an opinion, and I'm sure in a way mostly, I'm always sure that my opinion is right. Why? Because I did spend time come to the conclusion, which means just because I did spend time, then my conclusion supposed to be right.

[00:00:41]Now, who needs my opinion? Do I need my opinion, or I want you to accept my opinion?

[00:01:00]Even when I have my opinion, I need from you a proof that my opinion is right.

[00:01:09]How right is my opinion if I'm expecting someone to say, "Ruben, you're right."?

[00:01:17]Is my opinion right in that respect?

[00:01:21]Or I still possess certain doubt. That's the way we live, by the way, every day.

[00:01:28]So, on the other hand, if my opinion is right that I don't need any proof from outside or any comment, all I need to hear, "Ruben, you are absolutely right.

[00:01:39]Even about wrong things, you are right."

[00:01:41]So, it means I do not have social reflection.

[00:01:48]It means I'm not evolving.

[00:01:52]Uh-huh. Now, I will ask just a minute.

[00:01:53]So, does it mean that I'm evolving when I make mistakes or I have doubts?

[00:02:07]It's a conflict.

[00:02:08]So, in order to evolve, I have to make a mistake.

[00:02:15]Maybe I'm not aware that I'm making mistake, but anyway, I have to come to certain conclusion and then someone will say, "No, you are not right." And then my mind start to boil. Boil it doesn't mean I will be accepting that I'm not right, but at least I will be, let say, angry that someone says something I was not ready to hear. Still it's boiling, right?

[00:02:45]So, as long as it's boiling, something is happening there.

[00:02:50]In what conclusion in which kind of conclusion I can I can come when someone says it's total He's an idiot.

[00:03:03]Very acceptable.

[00:03:05]But still when you say he's an idiot, it still remains here.

[00:03:16]He doesn't understand.

[00:03:18]Or he's stupid. Let's say he didn't think as me. Anyway, one idiot can enter your mind.

[00:03:31]How idiot is the one who enters your mind just like that by saying, "No, you are not right. I'm right."

[00:03:46]Can we get rid of opinion of the others which are conflicting with our opinion.

[00:03:57]We cannot. You will ask why not? Just because it's entered your mind.

[00:04:03]It's inside.

[00:04:05]And your mind neurons start to operate.

[00:04:09]It does something, right?

[00:04:10]Operate, process, adapt, not adapt.

[00:04:16]But it's not deleting it. It's in your mind.

[00:04:20]Which means your mind is not protected at all.

[00:04:25]Anything that comes in your mind remains there.

[00:04:30]Now, we as a higher level of consciousness, as we call ourselves human, so vulnerable here that we have no idea. No one ever give us an instrument how it's possible to protect the in a hygiene working way of our mind. You know why? Because society doesn't want you to have such an instrument. Society wants you to be as vulnerable as possible in order to manipulate in any way, positive, negative, I'm not getting in there, but still.

[00:05:13]But if you are concrete mind, no one can enter your mind.

[00:05:18]So, there is a plus and minus. When you're so concrete, you have your own opinion, no any other opinion enters in, you are not evolving.

[00:05:28]If you are not concrete, yes, you are evolving, but there are so many viruses as are entering your mind. So, which position in that respect? So, which position is right? What is right?

[00:05:41]To open your mind or close your mind?

[00:05:46]Now, well, how just said two things, open and close. What about between?

[00:05:51]What about during the night when you sleep is your mind open or closed?

[00:06:01]You say, "When I sleep, my consciousness is sleeping. How the hell do you know?"

[00:06:09]Yeah, maybe your consciousness is not, let's say, analyzing info from outside just because eyes are closed and ears, etc., etc. But it is still your consciousness uh out of its order.

[00:06:25]I assume you're dreaming.

[00:06:27]Which means your consciousness, or whatever we call consciousness, is present.

[00:06:32]So, welcome to the night life.

[00:06:38]Did you hear what I said? Night life, night version life, which means there is a life, there is something going on not only in your mind, in your body.

[00:06:50]Do we control our consciousness anyhow while we sleep? No.

[00:06:55]Does anyone control in any way our consciousness while we sleep?

[00:07:02]That is the question we will come back to in one of my calls.
