SpaceX successfully launched its prototype Starship rocket (Flight 12), demonstrating advanced rocket technology with 33 Raptor engines performing nominally during ascent, while separate scientific research revealed that the Great Pyramid of Giza was intentionally designed to be earthquake-resistant by vibrating at higher frequencies than surrounding ground, effectively decoupling it from seismic waves.

SpaceX Successfully Launches Prototype Of Starship Rocket - South Texas faces flood threat SaturdayAdded:
Good evening, folks. It's Diamond with the Oppenheimer Ranch project and magnetic reversal news bringing you a magnetic excursion update Saturday, May 23rd around 7:30 p.m. Mountain Time 2026. Starship successfully launches its prototype rocket. We'll have live Well, we'll have the footage in just a moment.
So, buckle up and keep calm. It's boom time.
South Texas faces flood threat on Saturday. We've got the full forecast coming up. Opening of the Beartooth Highway in Yellowstone National Park delayed after winter storm slams the area and drifting up to 16 ft. That's going to take quite A WHILE. SHUT UP, AL. Get in your hole. Quite a while to clean up.
Low Arkansas River flows have Colorado rafting outfitter communities bracing for a rocky summer. A recreational flow program usually funnels 10,000 acre feet of water through the most rafted stretch of whitewater in the country. This year, zero.
Now, the good news is it's cyclic and they have a great graph here to show you what I'm talking about. Some years we get good runoffs. Some years we get bad.
And here's 2012 to 2020. It's a solar cycle. 2002. Yeah. It's the solar cycle controlling this drought and well, we're in the drought section.
Which means after all these droughts, a major bump the next year. So, next year we're going to major bump. Good news there.
tornadohq.com live severe weather map We can see a few severe weather threats to the south, Georgia, Texas, and Florida. 24 minutes ago Paulding County in Georgia uh severe thunderstorm warning, severe thunderstorm warning in Texas and Hansford, Hutchinson, Moore, Ochiltree, Roberts and Sherman counties, Armstrong, Carson, Deaf Smith, Moore, Oldham, Potter, and Randall should also heed the warnings.
We've got pop-up storms moving through the southeast overnight.
And there you have the current radar.
And now the full forecast, wet and cool in the east this Memorial Day weekend, well above normal temperatures in the northern plains. A wet Memorial Day weekend is in store for the east with widespread rainfall 1 to more than 2 inches expected from the Gulf Coast to southern New England. Well above normal temperatures are forecast to build across the normal plains, and another round of heavy to excessive rainfall is expected to impact the western Gulf Coast this weekend with flood watches in effect. Let's take a look at what we're looking at here. Here's our Sunday.
We'll move it through. There you can see that severe weather through Monday in the east, just round after round in the southeast here pummeling the region.
Here's Tuesday, here's Wednesday. It continues Thursday and Friday. That's going to be a flooding threat. Let's take a look at total accumulated precipitation. And there indeed in those dark purple regions, 5 to 6 inches of rain. It's insane. In the light purple, that's 2 to 4. So, we're going to have major flash flooding in the southeast through next weekend.
A quick look at total snowfall, and well, winter it seems the winter is over. Except for British Columbia and portions of Alberta, which in the first week of June could be picking up some significant totals in the high country.
Seismic update, no real quakes of note.
We do have a rumbler here, 5.3 in the Aleutians, but overall, pretty low-level activity worldwide. Volcano watch, Kilauea fountain, the last fountain episode tied 47 episodes, the most episodes on any eruption. So, the next one, which is going to be happening in the next few days, episode 48 will set a new record.
The lava fountains that erupted a week ago on Thursday, May 14th, marked the 47th episode of the ongoing Halemaumau eruption. This episode tied the 1983 to '86 initial phase of the Puʻu ʻŌʻō eruption, which had 47 events for the most fountaining episodes ever recorded at Kīlauea. Now, what's interesting about this eruption is now we are going into the 47th episode in less than a year.
So, how do you like them apples? We're going to be breaking lots of records in the coming time. So, in the next my estimate, 48 hours, we will have the 48th episode and we'll live stream it up on Rumble. And that brings us to World Live Volcano News. In this map, these are the erupting volcanoes worldwide and that includes today Shiveluch to 25,000.
Holy mackerel, that's a big one. Putana ongoing volcanic ash, Fuego to 14,000 ft, Canlaon to 9,000 ft, Ibu puffing and passing as well as Semeru, who knew? Now you do. Lewotolo 6,000 ft puff there.
Mayon to 9,000 ft, Sabancaya to 24,000, Santiaguito to 16,000, Central Bismarck Sea continues its new paroxysm to 10,000, Barren Island to 17,000, Mayon to 9,000, Canlaon to 9,000, Reventador to 15,000, Fuego likely volcanic ash, volcanic ash at Ibu as well. And wrapping up the list is Semeru to 17,000 ft, bringing us to space weather.
A quick look at the latest HMI intensity showing a major plage and some sunspots turning around the limb. That means we could have some flaring this week, but so far 3-day geomagnetic forecast is all quiet and very little flaring happening right now.
SpaceX taps billionaire to lead the first crewed mission to Mars. I wonder how much money he paid.
SpaceX shared new details about crude Mars flyby in the lead-up to Thursday's flight 12 launch attempt. SpaceX may have failed to get Starship 3 off the ground Thursday, but the company revealed some interesting information in the lead-up to its launch attempt. With less than 15 minutes left in the countdown, commentators introduced the man who plans to lead SpaceX's first crude mission to Mars.
During the live web webcast, SpaceX played a video of cryptocurrency billionaire and civilian astronaut Chang Wang. Speaking from Bouvet Island in the South Atlantic Ocean, Wang, who has gone to space one time before, explained that he will embark on a Starship flyby of the moon and Mars.
SpaceX has not shared a target launch date for the mission, but it could be the world's first interplanetary human space flight.
Holy moly. Awesome to talk to you start So, that's quite interesting. And SpaceX successfully launches its prototype Starship rocket. Let's take a look at here.
Ignition.
FTS down range.
Booster up there engine performance nominal.
All right, we are T plus 30 seconds into flight. See a 33 out of 33 Raptor 3 engines on booster V3.
Ascending over the Gulf now. Coming up on maximum aerodynamic pressure.
Watch that speed increase.
>> telemetry nominal.
Systems good. We're just passing through the period of maximum dynamic pressure.
A little over a minute into flight now.
Vibrations chilling out here at Starbase factory as we continue to watch Starship flight 12 arc out over the gulf. The next major thing coming up is going to be hot staging.
So you can see here they did lose their new third gen Starship mega rocket in the key test flight. It lost its telemetry and they were unable to steer it, but they were able to launch it.
Again, remember this is just a test.
And we did live stream it, so go check it out over at Oppenheimer Ranch project over at Rumble.
Ancient engineers made the Great Pyramid quake-proof and now new information is coming out. Earthquakes have rattled Egypt for millennia, but one structure keeps shrugging them off, the Great Pyramid of Giza. A new study says that's no accident. Crediting the 4600-year-old monument's design with keeping it unusually steady. They found that the pyramid mostly vibrates at higher frequencies than the surrounding ground, effectively decoupling it from many seismic waves.
Absolutely insane.
And what else is insane is tonight's show on Magnetic Reversal News. Earth's outer core beneath the Pacific reversed, according to a new paper, in 2010. We're going to be covering it all, so support us there on Magnetic Reversal News on Rumble at 8:00 p.m.
