[00:00:00]Hey guys, what is happening? I'm in a Thai Festival today. And we are interested in the restaurants. Food, of course, of course.

[00:03:48]Yeah, I mean, blood orange. It's like It's like an orange and a cherry mixed together. That's what it is. It's It changes from an orange to a different fruit with the red.

[00:04:01]Yeah, it's more of like kind of a sweet like a Yeah, honestly like a cherry or raspberry flavor almost mixed with the orange. Like a pink It kind of like I know what it is. It's kind of similar to like pink grapefruit, if you will.

[00:04:15]Right? Cuz grapefruit is sour, but pink grapefruit it's got the sweetness.

[00:04:23]So many different tropical fruits. My favorite tropical fruit is the durian, but I didn't see any in the festival.

[00:05:52]Okay, the first thing I'm going to do is get some of the mixed nuts and the spice in the center here. And we're going to put this on the curry.

[00:06:08]The meat looks like it's already got some on top. I can meat too, just for good measure. Okay.

[00:06:14]We got chopsticks. We got a spoon. Let's Let's do the curry. Looks like a vegetable curry and some chicken perhaps.

[00:06:32]And I love this spice. The spice is delicious.

[00:06:38]The chicken's nice and moist. Chicken breast.

[00:06:42]Nice a coconut curry and the nuts and the spice are just masterful.

[00:06:50]That's just some yellow peppers, some red peppers.

[00:06:53]Bell pepper version. I don't think these are spicy.

[00:06:58]Everything is spicy in Thai food. Heat is coming on.

[00:07:07]Let's follow that up with the rice. Some gap pao rice topped with meat.

[00:07:16]Well, this is ground beef. Tasty. Oh, goodness. This is a treat indeed.

[00:07:24]I think I made the right choice getting the deluxe plate.

[00:07:28]You know Thai food's good when you see all those people there coming for to eat this stuff. And it's like out of all the festivals that I come to, the food festivals, the Thai food festival, it it's got the most people. Definitely.

[00:07:48]Um and this is legit. So, the big Asian population, so people that live here in Jim Ham I guess Chinese mostly. And you got quite a few Koreans.

[00:08:01]Those are the and Vietnam. A lot of Vietnamese here as well, too. But for world cuisine, I mean, Thai food is just it's up there. Spicy.

[00:08:18]Sweet. Yeah, this one's the most mellow.

[00:08:21]Yeah, for sure. It's like drinking sweet water.

[00:08:51]I'll say that. It's some fatty pieces, but most of it's really meaty. And again, spicy.

[00:08:57]Well, I did dump all the spice on it, didn't I? And it already had spice on it. I think what happened was when I was carrying it, it kind of spilled over into here. That was the deal. So, it was That's why it was pre-spiced. Mhm.

[00:09:15]So, these are I guess pad pad Thai fried noodles.

[00:09:28]Oh, that's sweet. Sweet noodles. Sweet and spicy. Pretty tasty. Not too many other items mixed in here.

[00:09:35]Little bit of bean sprouts, but that's it.

[00:09:38]And the nuts and spice. So, out of the drinks, I think this pomelo, this is the best.

[00:10:26]I probably should have come a little earlier. I would have had like some more choices and not had to stand in line so much, but I I I think I did pretty well with the choices. It was good. I got my food pretty fast.

[00:10:35]So, overall ranking, I'm going to go five out of six today. It's a five.
