[00:00:00]The last summer's Bruen decision really rocked the the courts and the Second Amendment world and even the gun control advocates most of all because it totally reset the debate that happens in courts all around the country on gun control issues.

[00:00:19]Instead of using a balancing test where the court can look at the Second Amendment and then largely discard it and then say, "Oh, now we're going to hear from local law enforcement who are advocating for gun control and how gun control makes places safer." Which, of course, we reject.

[00:00:38]They don't have to do that anymore. In fact, Clarence Thomas wrote that that was that balancing test was already done by our founding fathers when they wrote the Bill of Rights.

[00:00:47]And so all we have to do is look back at the text, history, and tradition of the Second Amendment.
