[00:03:06]So great guys. You know the objective of this session is trying to understand everything what you have seen in this video. So let's get started. So we came with the the concept because you we have uh mining supply connected and everyone knows that our famous stable mining carts and also mining course which really drove the demand you know through the community that we have almost 17 xahash currently connected and this growing ecosystem deserve also to open the other side. So I want you today it's not standard presentation it's training.

[00:03:47]So I want you to imagine that we have mining grid in between then we have all spot and user connected and they are consuming power from the grid for the cars and the cores and 10 devices. So what we did today we are actually expanding the project. It's not adding a new product. We are completely uh transforming mining grid to bigger marketplace to connect many fars globally through what we call uh power nodes. So the currently we are around 60,000 uh plus users here you see 50,000 this is our connected power which which is always the commitment from mining grid to supply you know the power required for the scale and to until today all together as a community we mined almost 2,700 plus bitcoins you know and this is a huge achievement you know really good to highlight you know that these numbers represent 2% from global mining so what this community did and what mining grid with the help of everyone involved you know with our clients our promoters we managed to be the fastest company to scale to this power on this share you know globally there is no company reach to that but we will never stop there because I tell you that our vision whatever we did it's just the beginning what we are trying to do is now to unlock the grid as I told you and we actually experienced this model with many suppliers in many countries and there is really big excitement also on contractor side you know because this also unlock the access of to so before I go deeper there this is what I explained you is the vision why we actually introduce the product in the first place so let's move now so we are talking about supply chain you know so what what is supply chain means supply chain means that the power nodes will not consume power from the grid it will supply power to the grid. It's that that simple. And instead of calculating the uh product by terraash, you know, it's a kilowatt because it's electricity and we are putting power in this electricity to supply to mining grid. So this is the simple concept which we created and we unlocking the access to the farms to everyone in the community and our message here that similar how we unlock mining to people now we are unlocking mining operators to people as well. not you as a client also but also everyone as a contributor to the mining uh farms and to the supplying of power for this industry not only to mining grid but also to bitcoin mining that's why we raise the power and we put really the targets very high for this model uh on the supply chain so this what I explain you simply you know so you see demand cards and cores we are actually today we created 2% of global bitcoin market demand which is huge. You know what we are looking at to expand that demand three four times more uh scale faster and to scale faster we we from mining grid we will keep also expanding the power connected you know through the purchases of this but instead of us owning equipment by ourself and connected to the grid you know which is around 10% of supply today or more maybe 15% we are actually sourcing from different contractors who are actually renting hash rate from other contractors. So here comes the power node. So what we are doing we are converting that rental because it makes you know a good profit for the farm operators. So we are converting and looking that potential of profit to the community as well. That's why we have two-sided uh grid now and this will balance and will grow mining grid much faster. You know we are growing fast but we are actually mining race. You know in the race you don't want to slow down.

[00:07:44]ing want always to speed up to win you know and for us we we are trying to win as much as we can from global bitcoin mining as always I say there is five uh 5% of bitcoin mining remaining uh which is 1 million half of this half million will be m next 5 years so we see power nodes is a four years ownership that's why it's four year access because we think that this is within this four years half of the remaining bitcoin mine will be distributed actually within five to six years. So we see that from today uh till next two years is the best time for power node or for two to three years uh to build the supply then the demand always grows as you see with uh the mining.

[00:08:32]So guys if if you have any comment Mario Kush or Ali so we can comment during the slides so I will try to give the concept quickly then we'll try to explain each one uh step by step. So another benefit of bitcoin of power nodes. So all of us we know how we position the project first definitely we say we don't have product right this is our message in our event our product is bitcoin and we have a solution to give you access to bitcoin so this is how we describe mining grid and mining service is a service you know it's not a product we are giving you a token we are giving you or mining gra outcome or mining gra product correct so what you get in your wallet is bitcoin here it's so simple as well we give you access to power and the power pays you in USDT. So there is no exposure to Bitcoin price. And this is the how we balance the grid as well. You see the bitcoin uh we saw almost uh six quarters in uptrend. It it went up from uh almost 50 60k eight quarters back and hit 120k.

[00:10:17]So why it's a better opportunity always when bitcoin price drop to start power nodes because you get access to cheaper uh energy resources cheaper hardware then cheaper services and for hosting then when the bitcoin price goes up you know the ROI becomes better. That's why you see the power note it's you own it you buy power for 4 years then you lease it to mining grid and this gives you approximately 200% in return so you get your capital back plus 100% profit and we have also auto buy which I will explain you later but here is there is daily earning in USD means if bitcoin price jump to 200k or bitcoin price uh goes less to 30k in both cases is you are having lease and rent contract with mining grid you know and you are earning with stability and it's similar you are earning daily the outcome of this nodes and you are claiming weekly so the our trademark of you know earning daily you can claim uh your mining credit now you can claim your power credit anytime and you get paid every week so the similar concept we kept it and we unlocking now the supply access to supply to the So again to put the data simple what is power not it's 1 kilowatt of computing power that's it it's 1 kilowatt of computing power we are using the computing power for mining equipment also that could be used you know for AI could be used for other things but for now we stick to bitcoin mining because we are going to integrate it to the grid that's why it's computing power calculated by 1 kilowatt If I buy thousand nodes then I have one megawatt of computing power earning for me for a period of four years. No it's that simple. Do you need to explain bitcoin before you explain the power node? The answer is no. Bitcoin is definitely the core. It's the log of mining grace is the core of our solution. But what we are doing we are balancing because many people they don't like the exposure to bitcoin. Here is the power event. If you are believing the bitcoin price will grow, then you can balance between power grid and mining cores and cards.

[00:12:39]So price of one power node is 3,000 per node. And this is for accessibility for four years uh 2 years before having two years after having but for your the return is same before having or after having you are earning same day daily.

[00:12:55]So you are leasing it to mining grid. So let's say simply you are taking it for 3,000 you are leasing it to us for 6,000 we are paying you the 6,000 if the uptime of this power node is 100%. If the up time is 90% you are earning 180 180. If it's 95 you are making 190%. So what we do mining great contracts terms with all the supplier we are actually forcing them to keep 90 to 95% uptime and whatever happen on there we are passing it to you. That's the transparent way of sharing the responsibility with our operator. And what I'm telling you now is part of our terms and conditions which we put. If we experience lower downtime from the operators, they have to do compensation for us. Then we are compensating everyone who owns the power nodes.

[00:13:44]So the again you know imagine that we have thousands of nodes uh connected uh every uh month then we are actually scaling our mining farms hosting infrastructure. Here there is a clear message. We are not owning mining farms even with power nodes. What we are doing we are owning the power generated from the farm equipment for the period of four years or sometimes maybe five five years you know. So what we are doing we are giving the operator the full responsibility for everything and what we do from our side is just we take that portion of power and we redistribute it to you then we are releasing it you know and we plug that power to the grid immediately.

[00:14:31]So simple all the power air with stability lead to mining grid. So this is the three steps when you access you buy your power node this what happen you know behind the scene.

[00:14:44]So similar uh if someone's tell you mining you say not mining you want to mine BTC you get BTC out here you are buying the power and you are renting it.

[00:14:55]So you get USD payment actually the payment will be processed as you know as I told you in power credits which is USDT you can claim it you know to your wallet then you can you know cash it out so that's the main thing uh it is backed by that center power and what we are going to do we are going to declare where our mining uh hosting forms you know which connects to the power node which I will show you today today during this training So here is another thing stable and predictable income you know so we can predict the duration we can predict the outcome of supply because kind of invest and lease and rent so it's more predictable more in USD payment less exposure or no exposure at all to bitcoin price no exposure to market dynamics so you don't need to explain what happened before having what happened to after you don't need to explain what's the house price you don't need to explain what is Bitcoin you don't explain decentralization you don't need to like to go through money steps which we did because what they are doing similar to any a company imagine a company they want to invest 10 million and build data center and rent it out so what we are doing doing this 10 million we are distributing it we call it power node to the nodes and we are renting it out because we are not renting to different company right all of us we know we have very big growing demand on mining and this is a big leverage for mining grace and mining grid created by us. So we already have the rent agreements guaranteed you know for now and for next year and for the year after cuz we believe the expansion of demand is always there. So what we are doing we are just connecting our ecosystem together. So let's block the supply as much as we can grow the demand as much as we can then we can say that we are the biggest mining company on planet which is our vision and aim from day one you know to build a community we don't mine for mining race and mining grid we don't keep reserve of bitcoin on on mining race what we are doing we doing redistribution for thousands I show showed you more than 60,000 received a mining credits from this program because we give access and we distribute the bitcoins.

So uh I I'm trying to be you know as straightforward as possible and I will say just one thing before I because I know I have another part uh in this zoom. I'm just going to say that uh uh what you guys did basically I'm talking about the founders Ramy and Ali and of course Sullean um you know it's an amazing uh thing amazing thing. Why? Because yesterday uh I just realized you know that uh when Bitcoin price goes up um our strongest product is definitely the cards because of the compounding effect you know because of the network uh volume that uh our uh distributors or promoters get and everything connected to that. that now when the Bitcoin price uh dropped, you know, we have a product which is which is in my opinion, my personal opinion, you know, uh the best when the Bitcoin price went down and this compensates, you know, everything what the company stands for and also you know where we are going. So after two years basically we will supply our uh power. Um so so uh I think we we will continue and just to mention since we we don't have capacity so thanks for people because we opened the I think for 45 minutes we opened the link and we had 200 people you know logged in like almost 1 hour before so which is also a good sign. So now we come to uh you know the power node uh also we call it trademark which is auto renew or auto buy you know based card course. So auto buy will be also working in power nodes. So I will explain you simply uh the earning you receive from your power nodes you can you will have 1 kilowatt of power. If you want to scale 1 kilowatt of power to approximately 3 kow then you put auto buy on. you are re using you or your clients will reuse their earning to increase the power nodes inside the spot and once they reach this duration for four years you know for 2 years it keep compounding then the compounding stop on the spot then 2 years uh the earning will be open you know here you can see duration for both four years even you switch auto buy it doesn't mean that if you buy new Power node or partial power node it will go to 4 years, 2 months, 6 months. There is no more duration. Once you buy power node, you are a supplier to mining grid and you are leasing to mining grid and the duration is 4 years.

[00:26:28]But what happen? You are increasing the power in this rental agreement. So the forecasted outcome if you put auto buy on is 300%. If you remove your capital then you're getting 200% which is 50% per year regardless of Bitcoin price. If up time is 100% uptime 90%, let's say as I explain you this is the backto-back rule between our us and our supplier then you are at 270%.

[00:26:55]you know so uh let's say 45 to 50% per year with the compounding but two first two years you are opposing then you are making 150% 15 50% in year three and four but also you can switch it on or switch it by how auto buy works in power nodes because faster compounding on power then we lower the power node to.1 if you are putting auto buy if you anyone want to buy a new power node the power node full 1 kilowatt which is uh $3,000 but auto buy will work in.1 kilowatt which is $300. So simple if you want switch on you can compound few power additional when you switch it off you don't need to wait two years you can switch it off and start earning uh daily so it's still you can switch it on and off but here is the difference between this and and stable mining uh auto buy disabled and enabled normally we have let's say 2 three days for approval on the cards but this one the approval might take up to 30 days why because this plant capacity in mining farm house cuz if you are saying I want to auto buy and we have let's say 5 mgab of auto buy then we will try to fix the contracts with the suppliers in advance because we know that this is coming supply if you are switching it off we need 30 days for planning so we are saying within 30 days you know that approval should be processed but you can switch it on you can switch it uh sorry you can switch it off that's up to you can if you switch it on if there available batch of supply of power nodes then you will start accumulating on that batch which is online.

[00:28:39]So power after 24 months. So if you see the last line here you can m you can uh connect 3 kilowatt of power and earn in the last two years at 3 kow. Here you can earn 1 kowatt for the period of four years. You know this is definitely you know up to users. You can you know select which model you want to promote.

[00:29:01]You know which one is more maybe daily earning from day one is really good but also compounding the power you know to certain point then uh earning faster ROI also is good for other people. So we have the both both options.

[00:29:17]So here is very uh good part we did because now we want to balance the ecosystem you know we want to create a supply equal to demand and even higher and mining grid also will keep growing the supply and power nodes will grow the supply and you will see in our dashboard how much is power provided by the company how much power provided by power nodes. So both you will see that both are growing. So we are accelerating the supply. We are not shifting the supply responsibility from mining grade to you. We are sharing the acceleration.

[00:29:51]No. So the more we supply the more also our not supply then we are boosting you know all the demand and we can grow the demand. We can currently as I showed you we have 50 60,000 people mining in mining race. We can have 500,000 people mining. we can have 500,000 people you know connecting to be reasonable we said 10% from mining you know that's not easy target but this is really what we are planning to do so as a promotional from us because anyone connects power node and he have a spot all cards in that spot will be uh posted the speed of card will be posted by 5% because he's supplying power you know then he's actually reaching the target outcome of these cards faster because he have additional speed associated to these cards you know. So this concept whoever plug you know he can boost 5%. If you plug five power node you are boosting 25% of that spot.

[00:30:54]So the pro promotional card boost you know we we kept this to to the last but I will explain you on the landing page.

[00:31:03]I will show you the product now how it looks. I will show you everything you know because the plan to to go live we will uh discuss now. So we are actually few minutes or few hours from the launch of the product. So once we put the official launch out you know we need everyone to know you know how how it works. So the first founder batch which we call which is 2,000 nodes will be available you know for uh private sale only for people who have ranked in the system and the public launch will be after uh 3 days from now will be in 4th of June. So anyone new client or a client which is not promoted you know then he uh will see the product after 4 days. So we kept this three days more training more understanding only access for the promoters and also what we did the boost for the founder phase is 7% not 5%. So let's say if you put two power nodes you are boosting the speed of all your cards by uh 14%. If you put one is 7%. And you can do the math. I think promotion uh Mario and every like we can discuss and simulate you know if we need there is many scenarios where applicable to uh platinum spot to prime spot to diamond spot you know the benefit definitely when you have more cards and you push all these cards then you get better you know that's why maybe it's applicable as power node boost as very strong promotion from platinum plus uh licenses So what we are doing you know the guys also mentioned so we are unlocking a next phase where we are bridging demand and supply don't think power node is a product which is fixed stable outcome you know and that stable outcome means nothing for mining gra it's a vision of being a company who really source and unlock people access to mining farms and unlock people access to mining, you know. So, so we are actually now uh creating a new full domain where we are actually trying to give the profitability of running as operator and investing in assets and getting the power for a period for four years to to the people you know. So this is how we uh do it and all of us know more supply stronger grid and I don't believe so that we will have supply higher than demand in 2028 2029 you know because what we are doing that we are boosting also the speed you know so if people they start with supply they cash to money they start with mining they cash to supply so mining are offering two products line mining and buying more.

[00:33:57]So this is I will not repeat myself a couple of times you know this we can discuss in the session and you you'll get access to this material but this all the story in one uh page you know so you see power node connect to the grid demand side increase then you know we are actually building uh listing the hosting uh provider forms you know where this power loads are allocated and this also boost you know the accessibility of mining to global form In many countries definitely you know the target we are doing all of this if we connect both supply and demand we will become more as marketplace you know unlocking the access to those two services then we are saying 10% of global mining if if you know 10% it means 100 xahash today and we are at 17 you know it means six time bigger you know so this is what we are trying to achieve uh next you know so to scale from 2 to 10 we have to unlock the supply part with very good offering which is power nodes to balance the ecosystem.

So now we already contracted with Finland farm you know for hosting and you will see as for more or less we are actually going to share information about mining farms you know based on the terms and conditions we have the supplier. Some of them we cannot declare vacation. Some of them they cannot declare name some you know but what we are going to do we are going to show the farms maybe organize private visit for the community between time to time. So we're trying to push more some of them we have branding of mining grid and mining in the farm. So it depends on the restrictions you know we are trying to for some of them they say for security reason or for privacy reason or for others. So we respect that with the provider but what we are trying to do to unlock as much information as we can for you as well to see and also to show others that this is the hosting farm or hosting location where we buy.

[00:36:53]So you see the countdown this launch start public launch start of this in 3 days you know here we always have you know countdown for the next batch when it's coming what we call this we call this batch founder batch you know founders batch are the first people believe and it's 200 as I told you the major benefit of founder batches 7% boost against 5% boost for the next batch so this one will be 1.1 exahash expandable so we can expand expanded to uh 5 megawatt and we that that expansion could happen very fast you know in one day or 2 days you know because we already reserve that that capacity and one power node 1 kilowatt you know and here is some footage from the farm what we are going to show you also and what we're going to show later so the next batch so this one you will see this is progress bar so now we are saying it's launched then once public launch is started we will see it's in progress then when it fully subscribe you will see it's fully subscribed then there is activation the activation of our nodes takes we are saying within average 30 days so our target is to speed up that because we know that no one likes to wait but we need to people to understand that this mining contracts and the equipment you know activation and getting the power up you know sometimes 30 days is very very good time in this industry because it's 4 product is not like 90 days or 120 days where we need to activate in 2 three days because this is a longer journey you know bigger investment and it has access to infrastructure. So in in the first founder batch and maybe the next batch and the one after we can say that we will try to do our best to do it in within 10 days or 15 days you know but let's not overpromise this message is clear from us you know we are trying to say average is 30 days but if always we do it faster then everyone get access you know and uh will be happier to have faster access than delayed access and also in our terms and conditions we are highlighting what could delay you know the uh activation if it delayed after 30 days we have clear explanation from day one we'll share it with you in the product terms you can see if any one of this I will not call it force for force for jewers but if there's logistic clearance sometimes customs sometimes some stuff you know to get you know let's say equipment on or maybe the power grid or electricity company in that country you know they say we activate today but they they delay one or two weeks you know then we are forced to Wait for the activation because once it activated it gets immediately within 24 hours activated for all power mode owners and once activated hopefully with the stability it remains active for 4 years except smaller uh uh interruption maintenance upgrades for the farm which is normal. That's why we say uptime is 90 plus% you know in the in the term agreement.

Uh we see now that we almost going to welcome our first icon in maybe less than two weeks from now to be our first icon and from there we want to grow. We want we introduce two uh more ranks to the system. The first one is called crown icon. So the crown icon for the requirement of the crown icon you need to have a network volume left and right 20 million add to that to add to that you need to develop four icon in your downline two in your left and two on your right right the reward for that will be $600,000 this is the crown icon reward the biggest reward and the biggest rank that we have in our system is the royal icon the royal icon which acquired 50 million of network volume in both sides left and right And also it is to support your team and support your community to achieve the rank of crown icons. And the reward for that will be $1 million.

You know now the cards are working 100 terraash if the promotional boost is 5%. That means that your card will will run with 105 terraash. Now if you have 10 cards that means 50 terraash more. If you have 100 cards means 500 terraash more on the total. So equivalent to let's say one machine which is 225 terraash means that if you have 23 cards it's like adding one machine basically to your mining boost. Faster mining power growth that also increases your mining power. So that means the compounding the auto uh compounding of the cards uh will grow faster for you.

So you you will see we we try to avoid of other wording you know which is not correct because if people they think they have ownership of infrastructure then the requirement is different you know we need to know where is this infrastructure show me the infrastructure contracts show me many other things but what we are doing we are actually accessing the power of this mining hosting farms with a declaration of information good enough to post the trust so uh other uh approved language uh do we uh buy uh nodes to post your spot is wrong pitch like completely you know that's why you put one pretty much explain you number one preferred benefit it's standalone product you don't need to have mining card to buy power node you know to scale power node you can get starter license and connect 100 nodes and double your investment in four years or make even higher with auto buy you know so that scale a client can access if you put 100 nodes you know then he access 100 kowatt or if you put 1 th00and nodes he access one megawatt we do all the job you have one megawatt of computing power work for you 4 years and through mining race application you manage this farm you know so imagine that's scale you know someone put $10 million in the in the one instead of doing doing the contracts checking the sides protection so we do all the job we give you the access but instead of paying that big fortune to own a farm by yourself no It's on the power across thousand or 10,000. So this first batch founder batch is 2,000. So what is not approved language is saying that you are buying infrastructure or buying equipment. No, we are act buying and leasing the power generated from data center and that power initially is used for bitcoin mining. Generally speaking because it depends also on entry and exit price and what is the cost of the equipment you get for generating this power and depends also on bitcoin price as hosting farm operation if they do self mining.

So we study the business model of many farms. We try to simplify it and give it to the client without really going to say that you are responsible for contracts of electricity with with many things similar what we did with money car. So similar we did in power nodes you know the predictable outcome is very strong thing. So we need the message to be very clear. Uh no guarantee on uh 200% that's for sure as a message. Do I get guarantee 200%? No.

We release the product you can buy it but still not added to the transaction center. So we are adding it. So the message I just wanted to say that uh don't rush and report cases if you see something uh not working in the nodes. Uh there is already two releases out. There is two releases coming you know so we are standardizing the product during this 3 4 days which is private launch and before the farm activation everything will be 100% on if you face anything with payment issue you didn't get the invoice you didn't get anything definitely open the case except the three things I told you about the volume not showing autoy always on you cannot switch it off you know and uh the in general transaction center invoice is not yet active everything else is working in in buy journey Okay. So after this we'll hopefully in 10 15 minutes or half an hour maximum you will get uh the material uploaded to icon X back office and also we are sharing it with the leaders group you know so for faster access.
