[00:00:57]>> Well, it's good to It's good to see you, Mark. One of the things you and I were talking about, which makes this very attractive to me, is you have plans to bring Lost Soldier public. Now, this investment opportunity is an investment in Lost Soldier that would benefit investors. Explain to me how this would work.

[00:01:16]Well, I mean, one of the things that we've brought on board is we have a new relationship with Roth. Uh they're very large, um uh advisory company, uh out of California. And uh I have some history with some of those people with Ultra Petroleum, um and in the past, um and Ultra did very well. You We've probably talked about that where it was as much as a thousand times your money back. So, having that track record, uh in a relationship with some of the people that are running Roth, um we're looking at it being able to do that again, uh fairly quickly. So, you know, this This good news, I think. This will provide uh a lot of liquidity for our investors and so that's really what we're happy about. We're looking forward to it in the near future.

[00:02:05]>> Liquidity is a word investors love to hear. It means their money's not going to be tied up for years and years and years.

[00:02:12]So you've got this idea of going public.

[00:02:13]Now let's go back and talk about Pennaco and Ultra Energy, two companies you took public with massive gains. Can you explain the similarities to this this project and and maybe talk to me again about how big these gains were.

[00:02:30]Well, Pennaco was a coal bed methane company in the Powder River Basin and you know, we essentially did a very low round at like 20 cents in the first year. We did a dollar, you know, a share the second year. We sold it out to Marathon for $550 million, $19.5 a share. So it only had a three-year life, but it was plus or minus 100 times your money back, which is pretty good.

[00:02:57]Ultra was a lot bigger than that. Ultra started out at 15 cents a share and it went to $100 and then it split two for one and went back to 100. So that's a thousand times your money back. So you can look at those charts and that that'll show you what those companies did. I personally think this is much bigger than either one of those.

[00:03:18]This is very similar to Ultra Petroleum except I think the deposit is much larger than that and it's an over-pressured deposit. It's very much like the Haynesville and the wet the western Haynesville that Jerry Jones of the Dallas Cowboys has Comstock. So it's very similar to that. The pressures are there. The the zones are there. They're all over-pressured. The other thing that's really nice is it's 92% methane. We don't have to treat any of the gas and we have pipelines that we can put this gas into and we can have cash flow this year. So, we're very excited about the opportunity and what we're doing here.

[00:04:10]So, it's not like oh this is just a whim, you already know the gas is there, correct?

[00:04:15]Well, that's right. We we've already drilled two wells and we have so far five layers of productive zones, we call them the Shannon sands and they're regionally pervasive. But right now based on our seismic interpretation and all the information we have, we think we can drill up to 500 wells in what we've already seen. So, it's going it's a very large gas field and we think that the really good stuff is right below us as well and we have 2,000 ft of 0.83 to 0.9 pressure gradients and it's a whole lot thicker than these other zones that we're talking about in the western Haynesville and in Pennsylvania uh for the deep Utica play. And it was just announced that uh that there's going to be a pipeline going into New York from that deep Utica play. So, you know, we have one of the three deposits that we're aware of uh that's very similar to what there's produces in the other the other projects, okay?
