[00:00:00]What's up, guys? We are here in Las Vegas to find out the truth. Some people say it's gotten so expensive that nobody can afford it and that it is dying.

[00:00:10]However, other people are saying that they have great deals right now that are encouraging people to come. So, we're going to find out what are the real costs of food, drinks, and hotels here in Las Vegas. Let's go. Please make sure that you are subscribed.

[00:00:26]>> All right. Do you guys hear that? So, this size of margarita frozen is going to be $28. So, I feel like that's probably a lot more than what it used to be. You'll notice that it's a really skinny bottle. So, it says here that they do jello shots two for $6. I'm just curious how much this is.

[00:00:48]Wall Street Apes summarized what this guy explained happened to him at Caesar's Palace.

[00:00:55]>> Never stay at this place. No coffee complimentary. No, I picked up the box mistakenly of K Cups. $14.99.

[00:01:04]>> He says that he already spent $200 on bare necessities. He just touched the coffee K cups, but there was a sensor that charged him $20. This actually happened to me one time as well, and he ordered egg fried rice. It was $23 with a service fee of $15. That is insane.

[00:01:23]And it's only $3 if you go to the lobby to get it. There was a $50 resort fee, a $12 ATM fee, and the water was expensive. There's no free water.

[00:01:33]There's no free water here. Also, there is a coffee machine right here, and it comes with this.

[00:01:39]There's nothing in here. So, a couple I talked to said that they spent $174 on their hotel and it didn't come with the refrigerator.

[00:01:49]>> I'm seeing a lot of posts about MGM Grand being expensive. $52.95.

[00:01:56]$52.95 for this bowl of pasta right here. And this drink right here.

[00:02:05]>> She just paid $52 for $1 noodles. See, here is another post out of MGM. We're going to have to go there. $87 for a steak. Guys, we're having dinner here at Prime Steakhouse, Bellagio's signature restaurant facing uh the front of the fountains, which is, you know, I like a good fancy place. I like a fancy restaurant. I don't mind paying for it, but I just wanted to let you know that we had a filt menu, which is the cheapest steak they've got. And the cheapest steak is $87, guys. 87 bucks. But why are they charging so much for the steak if the people who are actually slaughtering the cows are screaming about how much money they're making?

[00:02:49]>> Over here, they have prime ribs for $15.99. One thing I noticed everybody has been saying that is so expensive now is these photo booths. That's going to be $10 to get your picture printed. But hey, I could just do that from my phone and print it out at Walmart for 28.

[00:03:22]>> Well, hello, hello, hello. It's Vegas and this is Harrison in Las Vegas and this is Dunkin Donuts and a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich is $13.99.

[00:03:35]Dummy Donuts really is thinking that they're Starbucks. Now, >> there's a deal here that is going on that is a pizza for $10. So, any slice of pizza and a 16oz fountain drink for $10. So, this is similar to what that one girl was saying that you can get beer for $5 at the casino bars. This is probably a great deal to get you to go into the casino and spend your life saving. We are here in Las Vegas outside of the MGM Grand because people have been exposing this place for having some of the most ridiculously priced items.

[00:04:08]Hi, I'm just looking for like a store where I can buy water. Okay, so snacks and water are right here, guys. All right, so imagine you guys are on vacation and you forgot your hairbrush.

[00:04:20]You have a couple options for hairbrushes. So I don't see a price tag on the hairbrush. So, I'm noticing that none of the items here have a price tag on them. You'll see that there's no clue as to how much these items are going to cost us. Okay, so over here we have some type of idea of how much these snacks cost. It says buy a sandwich, soda, or water and chip and save $3. So, I'm not really sure where the savings would come from. I guess if you would have bought each of those items individually, but I still don't see what the price of the item is. Let's see. Again, over here, there's no prices that are mentioned for how much a Gatorade would cost or a Power Aid. Okay, so I'm just gonna grab the items and I'm going to find out how much they cost.

[00:05:13]>> Okay, so this is $7. $15.

[00:05:18]>> $10. Okay, $10. And then the hairbrush 5.54. Okay, so the Snickers was $10.

[00:05:27]She said she thought it was going to be 15. Maybe some of the other versions of Snickers are a bit more expensive. And then the tiny dollar store hairbrush was $5. So, I really appreciated her giving me the prices on that. Most people are not going to want to ask the prices before they buy things, so they just come knowing that they're going to be spending a lot of money. So, some people have been saying that people are no longer traveling to Vegas because of how expensive it is. I believe one thing is that you can usually get really cheap flights into Vegas, especially with Frontier. And you don't really need to buy a ticket to a concert because there's so much entertainment just walking around these casinos and walking around the place where we were with the lights and it's really pretty. And then I don't drink alcohol, but you know, people can buy it from the stores for a lot cheaper and then bring that into the town. So you could do Vegas really expensive, but you could also do it cheap. So I believe that there still are options. You don't have to stay at MGM Grand and you don't have to buy a $13 bagel sandwich.

[00:06:58]>> I remember buying Snicker bars for $1 from vending machines and then it was like 150 175, but when did it go to 13?

[00:07:08]The MGM Grand has another little airport looking shop and this one also doesn't have the price tag on it. Let's go ahead and ask about the Snickers again, shall we? I'm just curious how much this is.

[00:07:25]>> Oh, this one's $13.

[00:07:27]>> $13. You heard it here, guys. $13 for Snickers. I'll put that back. So, the guy that exposed how much those Snicker bars cost actually had to ask them first before even letting us know what the price was. That's so funny because even they know it would be so ridiculous to put a price tag of $15 there. I imagine that a lot of people don't even think about it. They just get to the counter and tap their card without even looking and maybe never even realizing that they just paid $13 for a Snickers. How much do you think a Snickers bar should cost?

[00:08:08]>> You know, here they're charging $13 for >> 13. No, it is.

[00:08:12]>> This is what happens when people want $50 for minimum wage. This woman also got scammed. She says that she will be drinking from the sink because, you know, again, she grabbed one of those things that has a sensor on it. I'm staying at a hotel in Vegas and I checked in and I'm like, you know what?

[00:08:30]I could really go for a water. So, there's these little waters right here.

[00:08:33]So, out of curiosity, before I drink one, I'm like, hm, how expensive is this water going to be? So, I scan the little QR code. $18.

[00:08:42]>> Okay, that's just cruel. That's mean.

[00:08:45]They're doing that because they don't think people are going to check. That's really mean.

[00:08:49]>> Behind me right there, it says that they have $3 beers that are available all day long. And I noticed that Las Vegas does seem like a very old town. And it I believe that by having built this sphere and it also looks like they are building a new uh Hard Rock Hotel here that they are attracting the younger generation as well. So some people have been hearing about this information and they're like we're not going to Vegas anymore. And is that why Vegas is now doing all-inclusive resorts? Las Vegas hotels are rolling out all-inclusive packages in an effort to get tourism numbers up.

[00:09:26]And so far, it looks like the deals range from amazing to pretty terrible.

[00:09:30]I'll show you three in under three minutes, and you tell me which one you think is a good deal. The first one I've already talked about. It's the MGM Resorts all-inclusive package. It's $330 for two people for two nights at Luxer or Excalibur. The trick is is that it doesn't include the Snickers bar. So, one upfront price covers your room, meals, show tickets, attraction passes, resort fees, and parking. That's over $400 in savings. So, prices don't include tips, which is important because you're still going to be paying a tip for however much the meal would have cost. Requires a two night stay. So, that's more money spent on Snicker bars and extra things like water. What is this? Sounds like a really good deal. It kind of sounds like fun to be able to stay in the country and still have all of your expenses you would hope taken care of, but it seems like a lot of these uh casinos do these things to get you to come in and that's when they got you. A big thrill is included. And if you bring the kids at children 10 and under eat free at buffets, that's pretty cool, but I don't know if there's much incentive to bring your kid to Vegas.

[00:10:40]>> Here, I have to say that today is a Wednesday. It's around 1:00 in the morning and it's actually pretty happening here on Fremont Street. So, there's that. You would never believe that it is about 2:00 in the morning here in Vegas because they control the weather. They control the sky, the clouds. So, at this place, you can have a prime rib dinner for about $30. And we can see what other things they have on this menu. You can get Mexican street corn for $10. barbecue pulled pork for $15. You know, everybody talks about how expensive Vegas is, and I'm going to show you probably the most expensive part of Vegas is these machines right here.

[00:11:29]And so, you guys basically just take pictures of people or like what do you do for other >> um wait so she's let me let me stop.

[00:11:37]It's just based on that. It's just tips and like a picture and tips cuz Vegas is about tipping at the end of the day.

[00:11:43]>> So, I approached these girls and asked them if they would be in my YouTube video. And she said yes. And as we were talking, she was explaining that I could tip her for this. And so, after I finished talking to them for no more than a few seconds, uh, she handed me her phone and I filled it out to pay her $5. And she was like, "How about we double that?" And I was like, "No, it's okay." And she's like, "Okay, well, this is just for one girl." And I was and she's like, "Okay, never mind. It's okay. You only took a picture with one of us." And then after I completed that, it asked me if I wanted to add a tip on what I had just tipped her. So, I would have been tipping off of a tip that I gave >> any anywhere from like 100 to 400.
