[00:00:07]I think that's a very important question. You know, I think you look at I get so many patients every [music] day. Some some people the family is thinking he doesn't want to work. The office guys are thinking he or she doesn't want to come to work and just want to take the salary.

[00:00:23]>> [music] >> There is a lot of element of doubt and why does that happen? You know, a lot of people are blamed to have psychological [music] pain or it's in their mind. Why does that happen? I think the biggest challenge is the pain is invisible. You know, >> [music] >> in the medical school we are taught pain is what the patient says it is.

[00:00:41]Because there is no way we can quantify [music] it or there are vague scales, but whether you are in pain or not there is no meter for it.

[00:00:51]>> [music] >> I think that's the right word. There is no meter for it which will say yes or no. And hence [music] the all the challenges, you know, there is no test which will tell us where the pain is coming from. It might say you've [music] got knee arthritis, but not all knee arthritis cause pain. It might say you've got a disc bulge, [music] but there are five disc bulges. Which one is causing pain or is there another source?
