[00:00:28]Today, I've got for sale here a RX-5 Turbo. This is our Lotus 7 inspired car on a space frame chassis, double A arm independent rear suspension with inboard front suspension.

[00:00:40]Well, this particular car 6 years old, but done a handful of miles. In fact, it's only done 200 something miles in the last 3 years. One owner car, one owner builder, immaculate condition.

[00:00:53]This is on a round tube chassis. This is a one of our models we used to do with a round tube chassis with fully rose jointed suspension all the way around.

[00:01:01]So, it's got the rose joints rather than the poly bush all the way around, which is difficult to see from there, but fully rose jointed front and rear suspension, lightweight round tube chassis.

[00:01:11]Taking into consideration round tube with a 50 mil roll cage.

[00:01:16]Beautiful. This is in top holding gray with a green stripe, really nice striking color.

[00:01:21]Uh carbon prepaid carbon wheels on Pro Race 1.2 wheels. Uh really nice again, lightweight on a um Wilwood brake.

[00:01:32]Stopping it with a cross drilled groove 256 mm vented disc as well. So, plenty of stopping power on this extremely lightweight sports car. These come in around about anywhere between 560 and 600 kilos, depending on what spec you're going for. This one's going to be in the sort of 575-80 range cuz it's been turbocharged as well. Now, the business end. Let's get to the business end. This is what it's all about. Horsepower, torque, and everything else. This is a 1.8 Mazda engine from the Mark II.

[00:02:04]Um this is a Y registration car. It came from as a donor vehicle, and I think you can see under here the owner who built this car is prestigious. It is immaculate. Um the actual donor engine at the time has been really gone through, but it only done 65,000 miles as well. So, very low mileage engine.

[00:02:21]Been gone through, reworked with our turbo kits. So, it's got a TDO4 turbo on here with uh a a log style manifold with our link pipe system on a It's only running wastegate pressure at the moment, so it's not overstressing the engine anyway. This rates somewhere around about 220-230 horsepower, somewhere around there, but it's more about the torque. You know, they're good couple hundred pound of torque. Really nice linear power in this Well, they spool up super quick.

[00:02:47]I mean, it's fast, very very fast. This is well known for a 130 mph car in this particular guise.

[00:02:54]You move along, nice detailed engine bay, manifold all been uh powder coated and done really really detailed, nice and smart with an intercooler, front mount intercooler on it.

[00:03:05]Um big radiator pack on it and cooling pack as well.

[00:03:08]Moving along, carbon arrow screen, and you move inside of the cockpit where you're going to get to the business end.

[00:03:15]It's got the billet aluminum pedal box.

[00:03:17]It's got the Mazda all the stock Mazda as we called it binocular. So, it's got the indicator lights and everything all in here. Really nice and easy. You can get in this car, give it the keys, and you can just start it and go. In fact, we will start it cuz it's that good.

[00:03:30]Fuel pump prime.

[00:03:34]Engine is as sweet as a nut. Really nice.

[00:03:40]It is pretty much cold.

[00:03:43]Um give it a little blip. Won't go too mad cuz it's cold, but you can hear this a bit of turbo.

[00:03:55]Bit of nice turbo spool going on there.

[00:03:58]And it it's a nice linear power.

[00:04:01]Into our seats, carbon headrest seat, nice custom made by the customer uh seat inserts in a matching gray and Kawasaki green, which is looking nice. Um interior is simple, stripped out, but made to be lightweight with carbon detailing here and there.

[00:04:20]Alcantara steering wheel, 50 mil cage, side impact bars, LED light pack on the rear, and a gorgeous diffuser to tidy up the whole rear end.

[00:04:29]Really does make the car look the business at the back. Just tidies up the whole rear end.

[00:04:35]Arrow fuel cap, LED rain light on here, four-point harnesses in the seat belts, and I think you can tell that this car has not done many miles, and it certainly hasn't seen a drop of rain in a long time cuz this is immaculate. It's got the Mazda differential in there, Torsen diff in there as well. This came from a Icon edition, I do believe. And it's got standard brakes on the rear caliper wise, but um nice upgraded um cross drilled um discs on there. All been poly bushed through, and you can see all the rose jointed with Protech dampers all the way around.

[00:05:12]Protech dampers, aluminum dampers, all rose jointed right here. This is super clean, and so I can't stress You need to come and see this one in the flesh, guys. It is uh eat your dinner off type of thing in there. Really nice clean, really nicely detailed, extremely fast.

[00:05:28]These cars 130 mph plus, naught to 60 is going to come up in the 4 second barrier. You know, it will embarrass quite a few cars.
