[00:15:04]But there are far too many situations in which the police have to engage in extra force to arrest a person who they trying to take into custody. And as I say, if it goes to the court, the only issue is whether or not the police use reasonable force. Is that clear? And as I'm saying, if the person is trying to escape and the only way to apprehend the person is deadly force, it is still reasonable force in the eyes of the law. So that message everyone must go clear and straight across Jamaica.

[00:15:41]If you fight and resist the police order that you're under arrest, you will be charged for a second offense for resisting arrest. So from the police tell you that you're under arrest, you surrender right away. And you say, "Okay, I surrender, but I will see you in court." If the police has arrested you wrongly, you can sue the police for false imprisonment. Is that clear? If they have no good basis for arresting you, so any police officer who arrests you unlawfully without good cause, then you can sue. And I don't mind us paying out more money for false imprisonment but maintain the order.
