Some of those incidents include felony fleeing and eluding, felony second degree recklessly endangering safety, felony taking and operating a vehicle without consent, carjacking, robbery, battery, speeding, and resisting and obstructing. For every one of those incidents, the judge either dropped the charges or he was found not guilty due to mental DISEASE OR DEFECT.
