[00:00:09]All human endeavors, career, relationships, creativity, [music] and even material pursuits are often driven by a deeper search for meaning, purpose, and identity. Many seek these externally through success, [music] approval, or possessions, yet lasting peace is not ultimately found [music] there. True peace grows through interior clarity, authenticity, and alignment with truth. Growth begins when a person moves from dependence on external validation [music] toward deeper self-understanding through reflection, honest self-examination, and a life [music] increasingly aligned with what is true and good. The experience of death is ultimately solitary, and encountering God's mercy at that [music] moment is essential. The state of a person's integrity at the time of death can influence how that passage [music] is experienced. A person formed in integrity may face that moment with greater hope rather than despair. For a Catholic, this integrity grows [music] through deeper alignment with Christ by living a faithful Catholic life. The more we become united with Christ, the more peaceful [music] our passage through death may become, and that peace can begin to become visible even now in daily life. A conscious [music] attentiveness to the action of grace in daily activities is important for growing in the peace of Christ.

Awareness helps a person recognize these influences and [music] respond more faithfully to God's guidance.
