[00:00:12]It's It's It's just wiped me out. It's I've lost all me energy, me enthusiasm.

[00:00:23]Farm Foods week continues.

[00:00:26]And today I've got two steak bakes.

[00:00:30]One pound 19.

[00:00:32]Now, last year when I did Farm Foods week, I tried the balti bakes.

[00:00:38]And they were extremely good. Very, very good for the price. So, I'm hoping these will be equally as good.

[00:00:48]I'm just going to cook one of them.

[00:00:51]Uh it only gives you oven instructions, but I'm going to air fry one of them.

[00:00:58]Not much to tell you about this, really.

[00:01:00]It's a steak bake.

[00:01:02]All supermarkets do them.

[00:01:05]Um contains 20% beef.

[00:01:12]And the the ingredients are in tiny, tiny writing.

[00:01:16]So, there it is, if you want to have a look at it.

[00:01:24]There's the nutrition, if you want to have a look at that.

[00:01:32]Yeah, as I said, all supermarkets do steak bakes, don't they?

[00:01:36]And in my experience, they're all much the same. You know, they don't really vary much.

[00:01:43]But, this one might be spectacular.

[00:01:47]You never know.

[00:01:50]Let's have a look.

[00:02:01]And uh I'll get that one back in the freezer.

[00:02:04]As I said, nothing else I can tell you about this. It's just It's a basic product, isn't it?

[00:02:14]Get it cooked, and we'll find out if it's ordinary or spectacular.

[00:02:26]With its uh lid popped off so it'll be cool down.

[00:02:30]And so we can see the amount of filling.

[00:02:31]It looks like a decent amount of filling in there.

[00:02:34]Smells good. Smells like a steak bake, you know.

[00:02:38]What can I say, really?

[00:02:40]Um It's all down to the quality of the beef, isn't it, really?

[00:02:45]Yeah. Yeah, I've had that um it took 15 minutes in the air fryer, roughly. I can't remember exactly, something like that.

[00:02:53]And this has been out for about 5 minutes to cool down.

[00:02:59]So, let's put the lid back on.

[00:03:03]And we'll see what it's like.

[00:03:06]See if I can eat this one with my hands.

[00:03:10]Cuz that um what do you call that meatball marinara wrap I got from Farm Foods a few days ago, uh that went everywhere, did it? It made such a mess.

[00:03:21]When I'd finished the review, I ate the rest with a knife and fork, and it was much easier.

[00:03:28]So, here we go.

[00:03:31]I did flip this over a couple of times while it was cooking.

[00:03:35]Usually routine, you know.

[00:03:38]Just to avoid uh avoid getting a soggy bottom.

[00:04:02]>> Very rich gravy or sauce, whatever you want to call it.

[00:04:07]Um Nothing wrong with the meat so far.

[00:04:31]It's extremely well seasoned.

[00:04:34]Yeah, really salty.

[00:04:38]And really tasty.

[00:04:41]It's a good one.

[00:05:31]Um very very well seasoned, full of flavor, nothing wrong with the beef in there so far or the steak, whatever you however you want to describe it.
