He's a nuisance neighbor. He's harassing and stalking me.

He going after her mother. He attacked her mother. Um, that also led over here one night, but we've called several times. And he just constantly does this on a daily basis, every day. And he thinks because he's been told, "If you're standing on your property, you can sit and do whatever you want." So he just does and thinks he can't get in trouble. But technically there is disturbing the peace. There is um a news neighbor law. There is stalking and harassing. And that is what he's doing.

So, my paperwork was going to be in, hers was going to be in, but then her mother decided not to because the father the day he got uh served the papers to go, they showed up at her house >> and was talking with them.

You know, he's talked to all the neighbors. He's gone to win Dixie talking about us. I walked into Circle K right here the marathon and they were he had been talking about me.
