[00:00:17]If you have thousands of young bees producing royal jelly, but not enough open brood to feed it to, the empty space above them means nothing. They don't see empty boxes. They feel the chemical pressure in their glands. That is unemployed energy. Instead of just giving them a roof over their heads, give them a job. You must activate those young bees. Move some brood up. Add wax foundations directly into the brood nest. Break that stagnation before the algorithm starts the countdown. Swarming isn't prevented by space, but by energy management.
