[00:00:04]Literally from the very early days, many of these businesses are sitting there being like, I just I threw half of my 401k and it's sitting in inventory in my garage, right? And like, that's how businesses both get really big and get really small really fast. That middle layer is like collapsing. It's gone, right? The UI layer is completely gone.

[00:00:19]The assertion that pricing models will change dramatically for software businesses over the next like couple of years is very true. The amount of time in sales calls that we're talking about data and data quality and data ingestion and what's below the waterline has increased dramatically. In general, like everyone's very worried about will Anthropic build what I'm building? And that's a valid fear. I think you need two good FP&A people to run a consumer brand up to $100 million now. Like, you need a senior person who can probably oversee finance and accounting and then you get up one really good FP&A person and you just eliminate the bottom half of the triangle.
