[00:00:26]So, don't be nervous and squeamish about it. It works, okay? So, here's my favorite compost thermometer. It's a real temp. It has a long stem.

[00:00:38]That's because you want to get it down into the core of the pile and measure that temperature. So, I'm going to put it in one of the holes. I made some holes here.
