Jeff Jackson says the department's decision to narrow its definition of professional degrees will have devastating impact on North Carolina's health care workforce, which is already facing a shortage. He says it's not just a worker shortage, but also a quote respect shortage.

[00:00:17]Congress has already been explicit and said, "Here are the degrees that constitute professional degrees." But the Department of Education said, "No, we're not going to listen to what Congress said.
