How I Run a One-Person Company With AI Agents (Step by Step)

[00:00:00]Hello guys, this is Shiain, founder of Tycoon. Internally, we're using Tycoon to manage Tycoon. So, I want to show you how it works in our setup. Um, so the whole point about Tycoon is to have a whole AI agent team, right? So, starting with AICO, Astra, everybody has Astra and then you can have your entire AI employees that Astro is helping you manage, right? So, uh, everybody come with 10 agent that we have pre-built for everybody. So including like a CFO who can do data analytics. Jordan CMO help you manage your ex social media uh and writing marketing content. Uh you know you can also have like you know for example a dev um this pretty much replaces like replet and lovable uh with like databases and like you know login whatever full sack applications uh or full sack agents um and Victor is my favorite because he's making a tons of video for me. So uh basically everything is built in. So C dance 11 Labs MAX all everything reotion. So Victor already knows how to do all of that. So you don't really need to set up anything. Um the most important thing is also Astro can help you manage cloud code and earnest if you want. Uh so essentially you have all this agent team. When I actually use the product though I don't really talk to each of the agent. I just talk to Astra. So here um this is pretty much the the only tab you really need to know. Uh you can just like send her messages just like a how you send to you know your co-founder. So for example, we just uh launched. So I want to know who are the people who sign up, what do they do? And she basically dispatches three different tasks for agents to do like customer research and competitor deep dive, whatever. I don't really need to worry about the task, she's going to help, you know, micromanage the agent until the task has been done really nicely. So she does not only create a task, but also reviews the work and give feedback until those tasks are done. So I really don't need to look into the details, even though I can. If I click here, I can see the details of each of the tasks, but I never do that. I just ask her to do it. Um the other thing that's very very cool is that uh in addition to you know asking her to do tasks and assign different project she can also help you track towards a particular business goal. In this case I give her a goal called rank number one for AI CEO on one person company AI workforce manager. Those are the three keywords identify and so I can give her a like you know business metric like that and she's going to tell me where are we today. She's going to proactively figure out what to do to hit this number and then organize a whole team around it in order to hit this goal. Uh and then she's going to tell me if there's risk uh to hit this goal uh or maybe ask me for approval or on the direction of things you want to try. So this is very very powerful stuff. You can just like click here and then talk about the goal that you want to do, right? Uh and the other goal I have is for example reaching 3 million AR and she can help me like figure out what to do as well.

[00:02:33]Obviously there's tons of connectors. Um and um you can also access Astra for example by text message. So here she has a number that you can just like scan uh and then you can like message her uh and she can also be accessed uh by you know link uh via Discord and the Slack um as well. So this is for example this is my text message. I I like message her all the time. Uh and I don't really need to like use Tycoon us browser if I don't want to. Um, and this is the market. I can add new team members, uh, hire new team agents, uh, and basically like install new skills for my agents. Um, and, uh, this is the feed. So, feed is more like a Slack, but where agents are posting updates for me to see. So, this is the daily update as her sending, hey, here's the task she's been doing. Uh, sometimes she will like share her thoughts on the strategy she wants me to approve. So, pretty much she's very proactive that I need to worry too much about it. Um, overall, that's pretty much it. I'll say most of my time are just spending talking to Astra and that pretty much cover all the features you need. Okay, good luck starting your oneperson companies.
