Hey, my friend, welcome back to a new video. Today I came here to remind you that the energy you carry that's how people receive you. That's how your work is received. That's how your words are received.
What is the energy that you are giving out? So this is the message that I want to share today with you.
I will talk about seven different ways practically you can embody in your daily life that will help you to raise your frequency permanently because every everything we are is energy and energy can't be destroyed.
It only gets transformed. It is changing forms.
And to anyone of you who can focus right now on how are you feeling, you can draw a line between how are you feeling and how your life is going. Because if we truly pay attention to like I feel sad and then nothing in my life seems to work or I feel really happy and it seems like breakthroughs are happening. Have you noticed the connection in your life?
Because connection is there. The universe is reflecting your inner state of energy and energy. Those are your thoughts, those are your emotions and those are your words, right? So how you think and how you feel creates a state of being.
In psychology they say that the way you think, the way you feel and the way you behave creates your personality.
So also your personality is the product of your most permanent energy and people think you can't change that. This is who I am.
But in energy psychology we know that actually when we start observing our thoughts it's called metacognition. When we start observing our thoughts we can ask ourselves do I truly want to think this way? Do I truly want to feel this way? And if the answer is no it means we are ready to ascend to a higher level.

So I want to share with you seven steps, seven things I do every single day to help me to keep my energy high. And it's not always high, my friends. I'm not giving you here something that's not realistic. I don't always feel high like fully joyful, fully enthusiastic. No, but I know what to do when I don't feel like that. I know what to do when I feel down, when I have emotional moments, when I feel sad. I know what to do. And that's what I will share today with you because it helped me to move beyond what people call depression. It helped me to move beyond being stuck. It helped me to move beyond being unproductive, uncreative, stagnant and blaming environment. I I moved myself beyond it because I've learned to understand that I was given like this body was given this incredible technology of mind of emotions. it was given and I want to make the greatest possible use out of it. I want to make the best possible thing out of it. That's why I love sharpening my skills. I love to sharpen my talents and I love to share it with the world because I know it was not given for nothing. It was given to make this world a better place. So that's why I'm constantly getting better and that's why I'm showing up in your life to support you, to encourage you, keep getting better at being kind, at your skills, at your talents, at loving, keep getting better at loving. Love is also a skill like any other emotion. And I will show you that that is the truth. So I'm just reading a book on emotional intelligence. And in this book there's a very powerful saying that says the more you think about what you're feeling and do something productive with that feeling the more developed these pathways in your brain becomes.
So to me it says if every single day you would take time and reflect a little bit how are you feeling and then brainstorm around or actually maybe just ask your body what can I do with feeling this way because my body is giving me emotional signals because there's something I've been neglecting ignoring suppressing being afraid of or desiring and if I really pay attention to what I need to do with these feelings. I will channel them into something productive. And as we channel emotions into something productive, we put stagnant energy back into motion.
And suddenly we don't feel overwhelmed anymore. We don't feel down anymore. We don't feel stuck anymore. We become fluid. And I'm talking about this because I see in the comments I I receive messages every single day.
People write me, I feel stagnant. I feel stuck. I feel overwhelmed.
And I'm like, hey, just watch my videos.
You will receive so much of value that will help you to get unstuck. But many times, people don't want to do it. And you know why? When we feel down, we don't want to do anything about it. We don't want to feel like that, but we also don't want to do anything about it.
But if we choose to do something about it, we will not feel like that anymore.
So, it's a choice, right? we need to push ourselves into a positive choice.
So the first thing you can do to raise your frequency permanently is every single day begin in silence. This is what I do every single day. I begin a day in silence. So before your phone, before the nice give yourself 5 to 10 minutes or 20 minutes of stillness and just breathe in deeply. Breathe in.
Slow down your breathing and decide how you want to feel today. Decide how you want to feel today because you are the author of your morning state. So in the morning, as soon as you wake up, sit down for 5 to 15 minutes. I set a timer on my watch.
I sit down, I start breathing and I just start asking myself, what am I grateful for right now? This is what I do. So after 5 to 10 minutes, my body is overflowing with the chemistry of gratitude. I feel it like I feel light.
I feel tears are coming out of my eyes.
I feel present. And then the next five to five five to 10 minutes I spend visualizing what I want to receive as I'm already grateful for it. So because my body is already in a state of gratitude now I can think about what I want to attract in the same state of gratitude. So my body thinks it's it already happened. So when I open my eyes I feel like it's already real.
And you know after that morning meditation I feel so grateful. I feel so charged up. No matter how my sleep was, how long I slept, when I do this in the morning, it shifts me. It changes me.
And I do it every single morning. Every single morning. No matter how much time I have, if I would be in a rush, which usually I'm not because I manage my time well. I'm not in a rush in the morning.
But if I would be, I would still wake up 10 minutes earlier or 20 minutes earlier and I would do this. So this is my non-negotiable.
If you will be doing this every single day, your energy will rise. Especially if you have some busy things in the morning, some meetings, some you need to be somewhere.
You anchor yourself into the energy you choose to embody in the morning. So how do you want to show up at that meeting?
Who do you want to be? That's what you all set up in the morning. The second thing you can do to raise your frequency is to speak with intention.
So eliminate complaints, gossip and selfd deprecation from your daily speech.
Words are frequency made audible. What you say repeatedly, you reinforce. Speak as the person you are becoming. Speak as the person you're becoming. So neuroplasticity says that the patterns we repeat shape our brain. So when we start asking ourselves okay how my future self speaks to others to myself what words do I use what I've stopped using what I've stopped doing like judging complaining gossiping can I practice this today so be aware choose your words wisely because you will notice that the world is listening ether Right? We live in a field. Science call it now 0 point field or the quantum field. This is the you know it's it's what is be between us.
It feels like an empty space but it's actually a field of information unmaterialized information. It's a field of potential all around us and it listens. It listens to your energy. So the universe doesn't speak English or Slovenian language or any other language. It speaks in a language of frequency.
And the way you produce sound, it's a frequency, right? and words you know those are thoughts that we've um put into speech thoughts that uh we are now putting them out thoughts are in different frequencies so if you say I am confident it's a different frequency than if you say I'm such a stupid person right it's a different frequency and you feel it in your body that's why it's so important and powerful when you pay attention to how you talk, how you speak.
Now, I'm not saying ignore dark things in your life. Like, if you're going through something dark, I'm not saying don't talk about it. I'm saying talk about it consciously. So when you want to, you know, communicate with a therapist or with a friend of yours or with your partner or with your kids about something that's a bit tough to discuss.
Truly try to talk about it consciously, not emotionally. So you are aware, yes, this is what I'm going through. I don't want to be identified with it anymore, but it's a real thing for me. So let's see if there is a different perspective I can draw from this situation. It's different than if you're just complaining and reacting and just, you know, pushing all these dark thoughts out, right? It's a different thing. So speak with intention. This is a message.
Speak with intention because ether is constantly listening. And if you really pay attention to your thoughts and your words and if you look around how your life is going, you will see a connection once again. You will see a connection. So when I've chosen to become an artist, when I had my first art exhibition and people started coming in and asking me like, "How is it going? Like is your work selling? Can you make a living out of it?" I was like, you know what I said? I said, "Yes, I can't believe how many people are interested in my art. I can't believe people are buying original paintings. They're buying prints of my art even though I sold just two paintings. I was talking like that because in my future I was a successful artist and today my friends I am a successful artist. Whatever that means like my work is selling all over the world.
I spoke things into existence and you can do it too. But you need to become intentional in your speech. The third thing I do every single day is I move my body deliberately. I move my body deliberately. I do it every single day.
So energy is not a metaphor. It is physical. A walk, a stretch, a workout.
Motion breaks stagnation and changes your neurochemistry.
People who move well carry themselves differently. And I'm sure you've experienced that before. Like you just feel differently when you finish a workout, when you finish a run, when you finish a long walk, right? There's more dopamine in in your brain, which means you feel more grounded. You feel more focused. You feel more present, more content. There's a greater connection between your emotions and your rational mind, which means you are not so emotional. You are more present and more intentional. You know what to do with what you feel. This is what happens when you're active because you know the blood flow is more fluid. There's more blood flow. There's more o oxygen in your body. So your brain will function better. When your brain functions better, you function better. This is why we move. This is a way to raise your frequency. Move every single day. Spend some time under the sun. Move. Go for a walk. Go for a run. Do something active.
You know, in ancient Buddhist practices, they found a cure for depression. You know what was it? You know what was it?
Running. Yeah. Running. These monks who felt depressed started running long distances like if they would never run they would go for 10 kilometers because when we go past the threshold we experience a breakthrough like wa I can truly do it. We go beyond our mind limitations and we experience a whole new dimension.
You see there's a powerful saying that says your I can is more important than your IQ. Your I can is more important than your IQ. It's not how smart you are. It's knowing that you can do it and doing it. So this is how you raise your frequency. Physical activity. In all ancient spiritual traditions, they would have some form of physical activity.
You need to know not to overdo it. So you need to have balance between like hard workouts and more like Tai Chi or yoga practices, things like that or just stretching, slow movement.
The fourth way to raise your frequency is to audit what you consume. So this is again so important especially this time when people are scrolling all the time, listening, consuming information all the time. This is so important to raise your frequency. News, social media, and conversations all leave a residue.
Choose inputs that elevate like books, music, people, ideas because you cannot rise in frequency while feeding on low frequency content daily.
Jim Ron said, "You're the average of the five people you spend the most time with, but I say you're the average of what you consume, of information you consume the most of the time, right? So that's the reason why I've stopped using a lot of social media. Like I don't scroll, I don't do these kind of things.
I'm using social media for posting, for spreading light, for spreading love. And then I turn off my phone. I mean, I don't shut it off. I just don't use it.
I discipline myself in that because I've noticed it started playing with my mind and with my energy. It was way harder for me to be in gratitude and to have a focused and clear mind if I've been scrolling. So, I've stopped doing that and I've actually written down a list of 100 books I want to read. So what are the next 100 books I want to read? And I've written down a list of 100 books and I've started rather reading books again. So I've read so many books already. But you know I've been reflecting a time and this is real thing. I've been reflecting a time before or during COVID and after COVID when this AI came out and so much more content came out and shorts and shorts and real form content. these short videos became more popular and I've been reflecting like when I felt better and more focused, more alert, more present.
And I've noticed it was before all of this happened. And I asked myself why, like what I was doing differently back then. And I've noticed um I had Yeah, I had very clear routines.
I was not using my phone in the morning.
I if I would go on YouTube, I would watch a long uh video to learn something. There was no shorts. It came later.
And every single day I would spend at least one to two hours of reading. I would Yeah. One to two hours of reading.
This is what I was doing. But then you know eventually I became a bit more busier and I've lost some of these routines and you know this content came out and this shorts became very attractive and here and there I would watch it but through time I've noticed there was more confusion less clarity and at some point I've decided I will not use it anymore and I'm returning back to my old routines reading books living more simple life. So that's how I live now and I can tell you from my personal experience it feels so much better. My energy is higher. I don't feel confused.
I don't feel stuck. I don't feel numb. I feel very present with myself. And I feel through books I educate myself more consciously, more intentionally. I can really reflect on what I've read and um I can memorize it and it can truly help me in my life. so I can embody what what I've learned. So this is my way to stay on a high frequency because there's just too much. There's too much. And at some point we need to know like there's a saying wisdom is knowing what to ignore.
Right? At this time it's very important to know what to ignore. So the fifth thing to raise your frequency is to practice deliberate gratitude. Practice deliberate gratitude.
This is what I do every single day, all day long, I try to keep remind myself what am I grateful for right now. So if my energy falls down, I raise it up back into gratitude. It's not a list, you know, list of things I'm grateful for.
It's a feeling that I live by.
So do it right now with me for a moment.
Just close your eyes and ask yourself, what is one thing I'm grateful for right now?
And just feel it in your body. Notice it. What is it?
How does it feel when you truly appreciate it? Don't just jump from one to another. Truly be with one thing.
Maybe it's your body, health in your body, maybe a heartbeat.
Notice it and then move to the next thing. What else am I grateful for? Wow, there's income coming in every single month. I have food. I have clothes to wear and start appreciating things like that.
What will happen is you will notice things are not that bad. You see, because people are in survival modes, they look for potential worst case scenario. So, they forget how many things are going well in their lives.
But from a standpoint of energy, your life will drastically change when you start generating more of energy of gratitude. And that is a fact. Like if you're into law of attraction, you will notice your emotions determine what you attract. This is what I've learned from Esther Hicks. I've embodied it. I've started attracting very unexpected things into my life. Like nowadays I don't worry about how something will go because I just align with it. I practice gratitude and then at some point things just work. So emotions are very very important when it comes to how our lives are going and gratitude is just the easiest way to alter your emotional frequency. The sixth way to raise your frequency permanently is to honor your commitments to yourself. This is so so important.
This is also what I do. You've seen me doing art. You've seen progress in my art because I'm committed. You've seen me showing up because I'm committed. I'm committed to humanity, to making this world a kinder, wiser, more intelligent place, and to feel lighter. This is what I'm committed to. So every promise you keep to yourself builds self-rust.
Everyone you break quietly lowers it.
Small follow through. The walk you said you'd take, the call you said you'd make compounds into a person who belongs anywhere. Right? So therefore self discipline is self-love. This is the greatest form of self-love. People sometimes ask me how can I practice self love? Well, firstly begin with doing what you say to yourself that you will do and then also give yourself an amount of rest that you need where you don't just rest and scroll on your phone but you actually go within and you love yourself. You actually accept yourself as you are but also you go beyond what you used to tolerate and you go beyond what you used to tolerate by setting goals and accomplishing them.
This is the greatest form of self-love.
When you decide what is not healthy for you anymore, you stop doing it and therefore you create a plan for how will you start living and then you start living according to this plan. And yes, plans if eventually shape, change, uh, restructure until we create a lifestyle that truly works for us, like something I've created for me. I live a life that truly works for me. But it took me a lot of time. So, we need to experiment. But honor your commitments to yourself. This is the greatest form of selflove and that will raise your frequency. Just right now, grab a piece of paper or your journaling notebook and write one thing you want to do today and then do it and see how you will feel.
You will feel like someone who loves yourself.
So, I go way more in details in our school community because I've made you know all these daily teachings and modules. You will receive so much of um practical steps you can do to organize your days, organize your mind. If you want to go deeper into this kind of practices and the last thing how to raise your frequency is to close the day with reflection. This is also what I'm doing every single day. So before sleep ask yourself where did I show up fully today or where can I raise higher tomorrow.
This nightly recalibration keeps you conscious of your own evolution instead of drifting through days on autopilot.
Many people are drifting through days.
But when you reflect like that, you notice where you have blind spots. Where there was an experience that you haven't drawn lesson from it. So if we don't learn a lesson from an experience, the experience will repeat. This is what you need to know. If I don't learn from an experience, the experience will repeat because the point of anything we are going through here is to learn. The point of anything we go through in third dimension is to learn.
There are some of you who want to attract more love into your life. I would say to you, start taking more risks in your life. This is what someone who's in love with life is doing, right?
Go to new places, start meeting new people, expose yourself to new environments, but because yes, that will introduce you to all kinds of blind spots and errors that may awaken within you. And then through reflection, you can create more awareness around these areas. Because if you do same things every single day, it's hard to expect getting new results, right? So, we need to start doing something new. We need to drastically change our lives if we feel stuck and stagnant. And when we do, well, we experience breakthroughs. And there are so many people in the community here and also in our school community that I've seen, they've changed. They've grown.
They've created businesses. They've created some success for themselves.
They've met soulmates.
And yeah, they just changed because they decided that they will reflect on how their lives are going. So we see, you know, the stepping stones instead of challenges.
Socrates said an unexamined life is not worth living. And what he meant by that is if you don't examine how things are going in your life, it will feel like your life is not worth living because you don't see what all these events are teaching you. And if you're really down, it will feel like too much. So start with one thing like how can I alter my beginning of the day or how can I um increase my income?
Could I start a new business? Could I change my job? Start with one thing. How could I make my life more social or connect with right people? Where are my people? One thing. How can I become a bit more active? What kind of books to read? Can I meditate more? Start with one thing and truly then examine how it went. Did it improve your life? Uh have you shown up fully because of that and on and on and on and you will see this is how we raise our frequency. It's not just visualizing light. It's not just tapping into 12th dimension or whatever else.
It's actually living like we're already in 12th dimension. We are already in heaven on earth. All dimensions are here within us. It's not out there. It's here within us. It's our job to bridge the gap between one and another. Right?
So if fifth dimension is living present, living conscious, being in tune with your intuition and guidance, then living in fifth dimension in the third dimension is living according to this guidance and truly having discipline.
