This video demonstrates a real-world example of First Amendment auditing, where an individual (Zach) attempted to exercise his right to record and observe public officials in a school setting, highlighting the tension between public access rights and institutional security protocols. The video illustrates how public buildings like schools have higher security measures, and how individuals attempting to exercise their constitutional rights may face resistance from security personnel, even when their actions are legally protected. The content shows the practical challenges of exercising free speech and recording rights in public spaces, where security guards may interpret such activities as disruptive or threatening, despite the legal protections available to citizens.

Zany Zach Kicked Out of Board of Education!Added:
Dr. Dave bros. He puts them on the grill. Stop complaining about your massive water bill. Stick the foyer up where the sun will shine. When I'm done with you, your shop will be mine.
I'm living life. I've taken in the sun.
I destroy frauders. I do it all for fun.
I got weapons of mass destruction for you, bud. I got 99 crs, but a golden one.
But a golden one.
I got 99 problems.
But a gold one.
Today's video takes us to Jersey City, New Jersey with a stop at the Board of Education. Now, this is part two of a very long video that Zach uploaded. In part one, I showed you how Zach was denied entry to the building by two security guards. Now he wants the supervisor. He's not going to have much better luck with the supervisor. Now this video segment's about 32 minutes.
I'm going to cut it down real short just for you good people. So let's all sit back, watch, have a good laugh, and most of all, enjoy, baby girl.
>> I came in here to submit a Opra request.
And when I walk in, I notice they put that little thing up there to keep me from going further as if like, you know, like >> it's a semi-private area. is not open to the public. It's basically open for to get the form. They're not meant to be filled out here. They are working on getting some better notifications in here to advise people of that. More or less, we're using right now the word of mouth from law enforcement authorities to advise people you get your form and you go. But if you feel you were treated in a certain way by that employee, I'm going to put that in the report that you feel that way. I didn't witness it and that way there'll be a record of what occurred.
>> Hey, Zach, why don't you grow that hair back? Because then it would be easier for everyone to believe you were mistreated. Yeah. If you had that nice long blonde hair and a real pury mouth.
Yeah. People would feel sorry for you.
Well, what do you think, Zach? You going to file a complaint on this man? You're going to file a complaint cuz your feelings got hurt? Are you going to need a safe space at Leroy TR's house? Or you're going to need your stuffed teddy bear. Did you bring your stuffed teddy bear along on the trip, Zach? Hey, Zach, who's paying for uh all that stuff while you're on the trip? Man, that must be costing a lot of money eating all those meals out every day. Or is Leroy paying for it and you just, you know, pay him back, you know, with favors, you know?
You know what I mean, Zach?
>> Okay. So, you came here about what, 15, 20 minutes ago?
>> Uh 43 minutes ago.
So, safe to say about 1:10 p.m.
>> purpose was for an open request or anything else.
>> Um, that was it initially. And then, um, so when I walked in, they put that thing up, didn't say a word to me. I walk up to the thing, they just kind of turn their backs on me, ignore me, treat me like a secondass citizen. I start saying, "Hello, how are you?" No answer.
Total disrespect. And then I >> placed up the barrier. That's not entirely true, Zach. You weren't ignored. You were told to get out. You were told you couldn't come in. You were told you needed an appointment and the person you wanted to see was out of the office. Now, come on, Zach. Yeah, you have to tell the truth of what really happened. You just can't tell your thoughts on the situation. You know, I think you look real good in that orange jumpsuit. I think orange is your color, Zach. Orange is the new black. That was a series on Netflix a while back. I don't know what happened. I never watched that because I cancelled Netflix. I don't know why they want so damn much money for Netflix. That's what you should protest. The prices on Netflix, Zach, do something constructive with your life.
>> I started asking him questions like, "How are you? Uh, hello. Can you guys hear me?" Complete obstinance. and and uh >> obstinence refused to answer your question.
>> Refusing to answer my any of my questions and then I said I need to submit a OPAR request and then they I think one of them said you need to go somewhere else to do that. I said no I can do it here. He then he grabs the uh Oprah form that I have in my pocket. I filled it out already. Um and I asked them for a pen. They said no. I said I need a pen. And then they finally got me a pen. Zach likes to show off his education. He got himself a fancy college degree in hospitality management. He likes to show off his language skills. Obstant petulent. Those are mighty big words, Zach. He's more like a crybaby, like a 2-year-old toddler who sits on the floor and stomps his feet because he can't get his own weight. Oh, I asked for a pen and they didn't give me one, and then they gave me one. I feel so bad about this. And once you grow up, man, they don't have enough places in Florida for you to [ __ ] around with. You got to come all the way up to New Jersey. I don't understand, man. I don't get it. Oh. Oh, that's right. He wanted to meet Leroy and little Davey. Oh my god. Those are your heroes. That's who you look up to in life. Oh, you might as well go ahead and meet Long Island while you're at it. Oh, that's right. He doesn't want to meet you, does he? Now, Snowflake Zach here is gonna continue to whine and cry for the next 10 minutes. So, we're gonna have to speed this up because I don't want to use too much of it. He'll file a false copyright strike on Dr. D. Let's speed it on up.
>> 10 minutes later.
>> Excuse me.
>> Yeah. Any school that you go to is the same. New Jersey. We're basically locked down. Same situation, same scenario. I'm sorry you're uh not happy about the barrier, but that's to basically protect the people that are back there.
>> All right. Anything else I can do for you?
>> Um no, that's it. What can I ask what you're here for? I like your shirt. I figured you're probably here for a similar reason why I'm here. 1776 We the people. I love it, man.
>> Yes. What do you know?
>> Uh are you here to get like an Oprah request or something?
>> No. No. I'm bringing some paperwork back to >> Okay.
>> One of the girls up there.
>> Okay, cool. Oh, now Zach wants to stick his nose into business that he has no business of at all. He wants to know why this guy is here. Well, the guy's cordial and he tells him. But now Zach's not done because after the man walks away, Zach wants to know what's going to happen if he doesn't leave. Cuz now I don't know what this man's title is on the right, but he's going to ask Zach to leave. And Zach's going to say, "Well, what happens if I don't leave? Will I be arrested?" And they go back and forth on this for nearly 20 minutes. Give a listen.
>> Yeah.
>> So, um, so am I good to stay today since they don't have the signage up?
>> No, I'm asking you to leave now. I'm giving you everything you need. This is going to be documented. I have body cam footage that I'm asking you to leave. We finished with our business for today >> and that's it.
>> Okay. And I'm not going to give you a hard time or anything. You've been very you've been cool with me. I'm going to be cool with you. But if if uh if I were not to leave, like if I were to refuse or say like, "No, well, if you're requesting, I'm going to politely uh decline your request." And then you would give me a lawful order at that point. Correct.
>> Yeah. I'm basically giving you a lawful order now.
>> Now, did you hear that, folks? The officer has given Zach a lawful order right now, but Zach is going to challenge that order because his civil rights are being violated. Zack, you think your civil rights are being violated? Do you think you might file a lawsuit, Zach? You think you might file a federal lawsuit? You know that cost $45?
You ought to talk to your buddy Lana before you file that lawsuit. Or Rusty Boy. Yeah, I don't know how much money they've wasted on lawsuits, and they haven't won a single one yet. It's like playing the lottery. Once you start, you can't stop. You just keep filing lawsuits. But don't you worry, Zach. You hang in there. In one day soon, you might win yourself a federal lawsuit.
>> Done here. But I'm not I mean, if you want to stand here for a while, I'm not the kind of guy that's going to stand here and arrest you. I find no need in that. I'll just mail you the summoners.
I'm not really Yeah, I'm not.
>> You seem pretty Yeah, pretty chill. I'm pretty chill, too. I see that. But just so cuz I'm recording and a lot of people watch this and I teach people on their rights and that sort of stuff. So, if I if I were to say, "Well, so you're giving me a command to leave." and I say, "Well, I want to continue here uh to continue what I'm doing." And after if I was to refuse, would you um at that point give me that summon you were talking about?
>> Yeah. I mean, at a certain point here, I we have things we got to do here in this daily operations that we're going on right now.
>> I have a great idea, Zach. Why don't you stick around after you've been told to leave, that is, and see what happens.
Why ask? Yeah, just go ahead and refuse to leave because we don't like to see you get arrested, Zach. So far from home. But don't worry. Don't you worry.
Uncle Leroy will come to the rescue. And that other gay who? What's his name?
From New Jersey. Yeah, he'll come over there. He'll rescue you. Oh, they'll pay your bail and you won't have to love Bubba long time. Don't you worry, Zack.
Zack, didn't you have court this month?
Did your attorney get it continued? And I'm damn sure I know he had court this month. Yeah. I'm going to have to check into that. Zach, you didn't miss court, did you?
>> Mhm.
>> And I could just mail you the summons.
Put it in the mail.
>> Okay. So, um, if I So, if I don't leave right now, that that'll happen.
>> No, I haven't gotten to that point yet.
You're pretty respectful of me right now.
>> I'm going to continue to be respectful.
I'm just I know this guy. This may seem weird that I'm asking you this. The I'm doing it for a reason. And the reason I'm asking you is because I need to get to that point uh where you're like, "Okay, if you don't leave, this is what's going to happen."
>> See, I'm I'm different in that sense. It it takes a lot to get me to that point.
I got time on my hands and I'm a very patient person and I understand that you're trying to educate people on the First Amendment and everything else.
>> Sir, when I tell you that we don't need an education from Zach, believe me, we don't need an education from this fourtime loser. Look at his mug shots over the years. And he's educating people on what? How to stay out of jail or how to get arrested? Yeah, probably the latter. How to get arrested? Yeah, Zach. Look at you over the years. Man, you've come a long way, baby girl.
When do you think your next mug shot will be? Cuz it looks like you're trying to get one in New Jersey right now. Man, go hang out with Davey some more. He'll help you get arrested. Little Davey the dillweed. The hell's wrong with these guys anyway? I keep asking that question. I know it's a rhetorical question. Nobody can really answer, but I just want to know why they have such a wish to go to jail. Who would want to wish on anybody? I wouldn't want to go to jail. But you look good in those mug shots, baby girl.
>> But end of the day, this is a school.
It's not a city hall. It's not a courtroom. It's not a court building.
This is a school. It's different.
There's a higher sense of security within this building. It's just different here, >> right? And uh that that would be assuming there's like an actual threat or something. Like obviously I'm not a threat. Recordings in general is not a threat.
>> No, I never said it was. I'm recording you so it doesn't matter.
>> I'm just I'm just stating like the obvious, you know, that it's not um anything they need to be worried about.
And if they are, then they should probably go work in the private sector or something, you know.
>> Yeah. I don't think they're worried about it really. It's just uh >> Yeah. So, would you make an exception for me then today? Uh, to help >> I've already made one. I Yeah, I've already made an exception. I asked you.
>> What would be the purpose of just standing there in the lobby pointing your camera at the security guards?
What's the purpose of that, Zach? You think you're changing something here in the United States? You think you're advocating for free speech? I tell you one thing, you better be careful around Zach cuz he's going to change the way you brush your teeth. That's right.
Teeth. Isn't that right, Zack? Zack really wanted to be a dentist, but his mom and dad couldn't afford to send him to dental school, so he just settled for hospitality management. And I don't know, man. He's never been happy with that, have you, Zach? He tried to work at a steak and shake in Florida there, and he didn't like it cuz he was eating the French fries all day and started to gain weight. So, yeah. I don't know what to tell you, bro. I don't know, Zach.
First Amendment auditing. Yeah, that's the ticket to fame and fortune.
>> Leave a couple minutes ago. We're done.
We're all done.
>> You have some further questions, I'll answer your questions.
>> So, I have other business here. Um, I was wanting to speak to the superintendent who's not here, >> so I can't do that. Um, the other thing was to was to monitor them and make and and observe them in the course of their duties. Right.
>> Um, so I want to stay here and do that.
Is that would you not allow?
>> It's a violation.
>> That would be a violation. Yeah, you're in violation.
>> Okay. So, uh I don't want to leave, but if I were to stay, then you would do that summons. We're at that point now, right?
>> Getting close.
>> You wouldn't want to be at that point.
>> No, I trust me with the things I want to be doing right now. This is a >> This coffin is super cool, super chilled out, and Zach's trying to force him to say something he doesn't want to really say. But Zach is going to stand here for this next several minutes and keep pushing his buttons until he finally says, "Look, you got to go, boy. It's time to leave the premises." So, we're going to have to speed it up, good, people, cuz like I said, I don't want to use too much of Crybaby Zach's video. He already thinks I steal his materials. He doesn't believe in fair use. I'll tell you what, Zach, you can take any of my videos anytime you want, man. I don't give a [ __ ] I wouldn't file a copyright strike on you. I'd be honored if you use my videos, but you can uh Well, I won't say that. Let's just continue.
>> 5 minutes later.
>> Wait right there. I'm telling you 5 minutes ago we were at that point. But I just don't see the point in escalating into that. I'm very pro- First Amendment. I'm very pro what you guys do, but I'm also pro patients and pro discretion and pro public. I want to help the public and I want to help you.
So 5 minutes ago, we were at that point and I haven't taken action and I'm probably still not going to take action >> when we leave here right now.
>> Okay. So we were at that point 5 minutes ago. 5 minutes ago >> where and just to be clear just to be clear uh we were at that point where um if I if I didn't leave or if I refused to leave then there would be a potential summon thing. Absolutely. Okay. That's that's all I was asking for man. I I listen I I don't mean to put you in that predicament.
>> So 5 minutes ago you were at the point where he was willing to arrest you because you're a jackass but you just wanted to stick around so you could make yourself look good in front of your viewers. Isn't that right, Zach? You wanted to make yourself look like a big man. Yeah. You know what, Zach? Uh, you should get a t-shirt that says, "I pepper-spray old ladies." Yeah. Yeah.
Go. That'd be a great conversation started, wouldn't it? I pepper-spray old ladies. How many old ladies have you pepper- sprayed, Zach? You know what?
I'm interested in how many videos he doesn't post. Yeah, because you know these frauditors make buku videos. They don't post all of them. Especially if they go south. I bet you've had a lot of those kind of videos, huh, Zach? Little baby girl that you are.
>> Well, I got a ton of work to do. All right, >> let's walk out together.
>> All right. Thank you very much.
>> You got it.
>> All right.
>> I actually need to get his name in a minute. So, >> any other questions?
>> No. I mean, I appreciate your professionalism and being forial and respectful. Um, total night and day difference between what was going on in there. So, I trust that you'll get it to the to the appropriate people. There's no way for me to hide from this camera right here.
>> Yeah.
>> OMG. It took him long enough to get the hell out of there, didn't it? Good people. Oh my goodness. Yeah. Well, what's going to happen if I don't leave?
Are we at that point yet? Yeah, man. We were there a long time ago, Zach. Get the hell out of dodge already. Um, well, I just want to make sure. I mean, this guy was just as nice as he could be. He couldn't have been nicer. But Zach took advantage of that. Just stayed in there as long as he could. I want to know when you're going to stop wearing those stupid ass looking sunglasses, Zack.
Those look like old people sunglasses.
You know, the ones that just get the cataract surgery. That's what that looks like to me, Zack. I don't know, bro. You need some uh get some gargoyles. Yeah, those are cool sunglasses. Gargoyles, man. Anyway, good people. Well, it is what it is. Stupid as stupid does. Had to go all the way up to New Jersey to harass people. Well, good thing is you'll never see those people again.
Right. Right. Right. And let's go ahead and finish this up with an outro of fafo fools. Let's roll that clip. Good people.
>> Put your hands behind your back.
>> Sir, >> what the [ __ ] are you doing, >> sir?
>> What rules is that? Show me the rules.
Can you show me the rule of that?
>> I do this for a living. I know all the laws surrounding this. Yeah, we're going to get into some some dumb and dumber stuff.
>> That's the salt. That's the salt.
>> That's the salt.
>> When you're at work for me and for us.
Yeah. Yeah. For for me, taxpayers, that's who you work for.
>> What about the rule? What about the law?
>> There's the law. You want to follow rules or law? Sir, >> my phone, man.
>> You need to go.
>> I don't care. You can't right.
>> You do that. You go somewhere else to do that.
>> What about the law? the law. Forget the rules.
>> Who? Nalaka. Who?
>> Please do not.
>> Don't you understand? I do not.
>> So, what's your name? Card.
>> He's immediately assaulted by him.
>> I'm conducting an investigation.
>> Okay. Well, come on. I need you.
>> Uh, get your hand off of me.
>> 222 333 444.
>> Sam, take my phone.
>> But you're being a jerk right now.
>> How am I being a jerk?
>> Allowed you to take an image >> and I don't allow you to take touch my camera. It's a public building.
It's a public building. You might want to call the police.
>> Well, you already put your hands on me.
So, >> do you know that there's a the the DHS the DHS memo?
>> Are you trespassed from here?
>> Yes, I am.
>> You're You are?
>> Yes.
>> So, why are you here?
>> I called 911 just to report the assault.
>> Hey, we're homeless.
>> You ain't a cop, man. That guy is so stupid. He got owned. He read the fact that he got owned. It's not a law. It's not a law.
>> I am refusing to talk to you. You need to leave this facility now cuz you're being disruptive and rude.
>> No right to do this.
>> Absolutely we do.
>> It's on your rules and regulations right here of federal property.
>> Barlo B A Ring too here. Come get it.
>> Call the cops. Call the cops. Can you call the cops? COME GET IT.
>> CALL THE COPS. THEY'RE NOT GOING TO DO NOTHING cuz I didn't do nothing wrong.
>> Why am I here? That is the question.
>> That is the question.
>> That's the answer.
>> You don't have a right to put your hands on me.
>> So forget the law. The law doesn't exist here.
>> You're coming with me.
>> You do not get away with calling me an ass.
>> We're doing it.
>> George C.
>> Yes, George. Listen to your wife.
>> Uh, it's not cool to tell people like that.
>> You assaulted me.
>> supposed to be here and you've been trespassed here. Why are you here?
>> Why am I here? That's exactly right. Why am I here?
>> No, you you're going to illegally trespass me. Then I'm going to get your name and information.
>> Maybe you should stop doing it.
>> Yeah. You want to touch it again?
>> Yeah. My first amendment right doesn't ex doesn't exist here.
>> Man, I don't know how to read, bro.
>> I don't know how to read.
>> That was assault. What you just did?
>> It was not assault.
>> This is a public building. I have a right to be in here.
>> You're just telling him to trespass me.
>> No, I said, are you >> Look at it right here. This is the law, sir.
>> I'm asking.
>> IT'S RIGHT HERE. COME GET IT.
>> YES, I WAS ASSAULTED.
>> SO, you know you're not supposed to be here. When were you trespassed from here?
>> I don't know. You tell me.
>> Don't put your hand on me.
>> Don't touch my camera.
>> I have every right to defend myself.
>> You're You're causing a disturbance.
Relax.
>> Call the police.
>> Show me somebody.
>> Call the police. Call the police. You assaulted me. Call the police.
>> Walk now. Walk now.
>> Walk now.
>> You ain't married to him. You're married to me. You better come home.
>> No, you sit here. You stay right here.
>> No, I'm about to go home.
>> No, you're going to stay here.
>> You're going to stay here.
>> I'm asking you to leave.
>> I don't care. I'm declining the ask.
>> Have you pushed it far enough?
>> Have I pushed what far enough?
>> Cannot put your hands on me.
>> You need to go.
>> I'm not violating any laws. I'm in a public building. Call the police.
>> I'm demanding that you leave.
>> And what if I don't?
>> Are you threatening me?
>> Sounds like a threat.
>> Show me.
>> Sir, I don't have to show you.
>> The Let me show you.
>> Just because you do not know the law does not >> The law is right there. Let me show you the law.
>> Oh, because I've he just attacked me.

>> Thank you.
>> I gave them the law that says, "Listen, I gave them >> Call the police.

>> Let's talk about it outside.
