Unmarried couples can establish legal protections through power of attorney, emergency contact designations, and beneficiary appointments, which provide similar legal safeguards to marriage without requiring government documentation.

Single Mom Of 3 Said REAL MEN Become Step FathersAñadido:
You can have one baby daddy, two kids.
You can't have one baby daddy, three kids.
Go marry that [ __ ] >> [laughter] >> You can't have three kids, three baby daddies.
Get the [ __ ] out my face.
>> You can have one baby daddy, one baby daddy, one kid.
>> Two kids.
>> Two kids. Oh.
>> You can't have one baby daddy, three kids.
>> One baby daddy, two kids. Two kids with the same person should marry. Yeah.
Yeah, two kids with the same person should marry.
Cuz he'll you asked up twice. I d k I've seen women with three plus kids, three plus baby daddy and married on their fourth. What are they married to though?
Okay. If you're reading this, a grown man don't care for real.
They genuinely pay for the babysitter or be at the water park with y'all. Don't let this deter you. So a woman is saying that a grown man don't care if a woman has kids or not. Let's look at her page real quick just for shits and giggles.
Just for shits and giggles. Of course she a >> Oh, you think it's shits >> Her kids are here.
Oh, her her page is all about her kids.
>> Take me through that.
>> She got her three kids. Three kids is wild to me. Like I really did three much. I wonder how many baby I wonder how many baby daddies. Let's Listen, you know what? Let me stop. Let me stop. Let me stop. Let's go back to the cuz yeah, anyways, two kids, two baby daddies. I got two kids. I know baby daddies. One baby daddy, one kid max. If she has she and she has to be amazing. One is too much. I agree three plus kids with the same person y'all need to go ahead and yeah, be together forever. Two plus kids with the same person cuz I got one baby baby mama with three kids and she thinks she's about to go find a husband now after 10 years. Good luck.
Listen, I have one baby daddy and scared to have another because of how traumatized I am. Last comments I'm going to read. What about two kids with two baby daddies? That's the first one.
The first one don't count.
>> [laughter] [snorts] >> To each his own. To each his own. But to us we say >> The ghetto.
>> Um want to get married?
>> Yes.
>> Yes. You believe in marriage?
>> But I don't believe in the traditional I don't believe in paperwork, documents. I feel like if you want to be with somebody for the rest of your life, be with somebody for the rest of your life.
You can I'm going to get married to my wife.
>> Well, how you going to get married without the paperwork?
>> to for the big wedding, she want a ring.
>> Yeah.
>> Boom. But I don't feel like government documents if we divorce she get this, I get I don't feel like if you want to be with somebody be with somebody.
>> How you going to go about that? Y'all get married so y'all ain't going to You got to sign something for that right?
>> No. If we want to be together, oh we're together.
>> No, you can get married and technically just have a ceremony and a party.
>> We can have a party. Whatever she want.
She want a big ass party. Work costs as much as that.
>> I think they're um interchanging marriage with wedding. You can have a wedding but you don't necessarily have to be married. Like signing the paperwork would say okay yeah I'm married but if you want to have a wedding and not sign the paperwork, which I personally don't see anything wrong with that.
>> But we're not getting it documented by the government. We're not getting this legal marriage that if we divorce you get this, I get that. That's not what we came together for.
>> blows me with that is like if anything was to happen to you cuz I've seen this recently in a lot like that woman will have no say in your life.
>> who would have her as your emergency contact?
>> I hear people say that. I hear this is being one of the reasons as to why they want to get married. If something happens then you add that person as your emergency contact because when you're unmarried, like right now you're single and you're not married and something happens to you, who do they call? Your emergency contact. So why they can't just continue to call your emergency contact when you're in a relationship?
>> You got family.
>> Yeah, but [clears throat] that's what I'm saying but you who knows you closer than the partner and the person you're with for the rest of your life. Her not being able to have any agency.
>> My mom, my sisters. I got two sisters.
>> still, like you if you're with someone for that long.
>> ain't going into those situations. I feel like I'm blessed.
I got two parents who've been together for 40 years. I got two older sisters.
I'm the youngest. I got family to confide in to that can Some people don't have that. And it's different situations. So, I feel like >> If you add that person as your next of kin, if you add that person as your emergency contact, if you put that person on your life insurance, you put that person on your document, if something happens to you, they're don't they're going to call that person.
Cuz there are people here who don't got no mama, they don't got no siblings, they don't got nobody, and they're unmarried, but they have a friend as their emergency contact if something happens to them. So, I don't think that's a good like, you know, rebuttal.
>> Well, too, it's like you want to like if something was to happen to you and you had a wife, you wouldn't want to make sure she was straight?
>> Of course, yeah.
>> You don't need >> But without those paperwork, it's like she's left high and dry.
>> it in a will.
>> Yeah, you put it in a will or you put them as your um What is What is the the beneficiary?
You put You know when you When you get your life um your life insurance, you can you can choose anybody on this earth who you want to put as your beneficiary.
You can't even be married and put somebody else as your beneficiary. Not because you're married don't mean that the person is entitled to your your life insurance and your assets.
>> So, I feel like we coming into this unionship, you coming in with what you got, I'm coming in what I got, and we bringing it together. If something happen, you should have a family like I should have a fam You should have some backup like I should have some backup though.
>> doesn't? How are you making a woman >> What if she don't? What if I don't?
>> Then you don't.
>> What if I ain't got [ __ ] Then we then I'm [ __ ] >> You have each other.
>> We both [ __ ] but we got each other >> Then you If you know you have each other, if you know if you know you don't have somebody, if you know Like it's not like it's a surprise, oh yeah, I don't have nobody.
You know you don't have nobody. So, then the person who you're with, you have that conversation and say, "Hey, I'mma put you as my emergency contact. Hey, you go I'mma to you as my beneficiary.
Hey, I'm going to put you as a secondary contact if something happens.
Um I think this was it was an important conversation, but I think the talking points were very surface level. Let's see the comment section. It's called getting married before God or a spiritual wedding. Not getting the government involved. Not signing those people, right? Not saying that oh, she's entitled to half of your assets when you all divorce. But I want to say, if I'm not mistaken, some states common law, if you're married if you're living together for an extended period of time, she's still entitled.
Correct me if I'm wrong in the in the um comment section. Somebody said he's moving smart. Another said, "Ladies, run. It's a red flag. A pre-nup agreement exists for everything he's complaining about. But if you {slash} her get sick, you can't fight for the other person because your marriage isn't official."
Not necessarily. Through the power of attorney paperwork, you can expe- exactly.
Uh if one is speaking biblically, and I believe and believe in it, he's right. The power of attorney, you can't That's That's the I think that's the um the title I was thinking about. Cuz you don't have to be married to the person to assign them as your power of attorney if something happens. You put them as your emergency contact {slash} your power of attorney so they can make decisions on your behalf.
So let's say there's a situation and y'all not married, and his mom, you know, something happened and his mom come in and want to make a decision, but you are his power of attorney, you still have the say.
The decision. Like you can make the decision. So I think I mean, and this is why when men say, you know, they don't want to get married, they don't want to sign the paperwork, um but there are so many other options that you can do if you don't want to sign the paperwork. So I'm not Hey, I'm not against it. Do whatever feels right with you. Especially in this day and age when these feminists >> Lies. Should your husband have any say in how you dress when you come out the house?
>> He shouldn't because you should yourself have that respect for yourself. But a lot of girls here, specifically in Miami, dress half naked all the time, if I could be honest. I would never dress like that. I you know, I have a family.
I have someone that cares for me. I and and I and I just don't like to be that way.
>> So, when a woman comes out the house and she's dressing provocatively, is she trying to send a certain message to people?
>> In my thinking, I think you're sending a message of like, "Okay, like I'm letting everybody know that I'm available."
But that's my way of thinking though. I can't speak for everybody.
>> And what led you to think that way as a woman?
>> Because again, I have a daughter. I have people that I care for. So, when I think of my daughter dressing like that when she's 16, 17, we know what guys think.
We know what girls think. We know what the message sent, even if you're not trying to, even if they do it because if they think it's cool, you are going to send it because you're showing parts of your body that don't need to be shown, you >> Exactly. Exactly. You're dressing like a three or four, but then getting mad when people are treating you as such. When um she said he shouldn't, I think she meant he shouldn't have to because you should already carry yourself with class, with enough class and with with enough dignity to know that you're not going to dress a certain kind of way. So, your man shouldn't have to tell you, "Oh, that is inappropriate." You should already know. Let's see the comment section under this. I have changed my wardrobe 2 years ago because I feel my body should be only for my husband. I Another comment said, "Women take notes.
It's called class." Yeah, there are there are women out here who >> [snorts] >> and they genuinely see nothing wrong with it and it's like, "Oh, okay."
Another comment said, "I like the message and that she said it's her own opinion because I also share it.
However, the only reason uh the only reason women that choose to dress revealing are judged is because of men."
When will we place responsibility on the men that sexualize women on based on how they dress. A man is using the excuse if she doesn't want to be trespassed upon, she shouldn't be dressed like that.
are the real problem. Again, I share her stance but on it but only because the world we live in is so unfair to a woman wanting to dress however the hell she wants.
304 is dressed provocatively and you dress provocatively. How can you blame the world for titling you like a 304?
Somebody responded to that I said, so as a woman when I come wear sweatpants, no makeup and hair up messy bun the same woman however when going out in public chooses to go in public with short shorts barely covering her ass tits barely covered and 5-in heels and say it's the fault of men. No, I think it's the fault of her inherent desire for intention. The fact that's even >> [sighs] >> They'll find anything to blame.
Right? They'll find anything to say, "Oh, it's men's fault. Men are trying to oppress us. Men are trying to Men are perverted. Men are" Save yourselves, men. Save yourselves.
>> [screaming] >> Everything is men's fault. I don't I It's It's It's exhausting at this point.
That's is why I said let's turn it into comedy. Let's turn it into an opportunity for us to point and laugh and go about our business. Hit the like button. Hit the subscribe button. Leave your thoughts in the comment section. I will see you guys next time. Take care, y'all.
