[00:00:13]At the Vikroli [music] shaft in Mumbai, the first TBM cutter head has now been successfully lowered.

[00:00:34]Weighing 350 tons and measuring 13.6 meters in diameter.

[00:00:40]Equipped with 84 [music] cutter discs, 124 scrapers, and 16 bucket lips.

[00:00:48]The machine is designed [music] to excavate rock and efficiently remove muck during tunneling operations.

[00:00:56]The Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train project includes a 21 km tunnel between Bandra Kurla complex and Shilphata, including India's first-ever 7 km undersea rail tunnel [music] beneath Thane Creek.

[00:01:12]Out of the total tunnel length, 5 km have already been excavated using the NATM method.

[00:01:21]While the remaining 16 km will [music] be excavated using tunnel boring machines.
