[00:00:00]Hello everyone, Hawkin here, back with another Sword of Convallaria video. So, we do have updates, official confirmation to our event schedule. So, next one that is dropping is Traders of the Desert on the 25th of April. So, this is essentially a farming event uh similar to what we have already, the Shadow of Calamity that just uh went past. Uh just farming the stages, the free and assist stages as well as our farming stages as well. I didn't bother doing the assist stages.

[00:00:33]Uh it's a still a source of luck side for me to go back in later there.

[00:00:37]And this is essentially a rerun, right? We had this back on the 29th of September 2024.

[00:00:45]And yeah, it was just farming the stages, getting the currency all the way up to 50k currency. These were like the old rewards, so we'll definitely get uh much better rewards now, so uh don't worry too much about uh what is seen there.

[00:01:00]What we have afterwards is Voyage Recharted on the 27th of April.

[00:01:06]So, Voyage Recharted is an update to our Expectation Lighthouse. So, uh we do get some currency here. They'll drop us a bunch of quests for us to do, and then we'll be able to get some more of these origin gems. And we'll get new astral imprints, free-to-play specific versions, right? So, we we get this one for Barrel.

[00:01:29]Like, honestly, these aren't really they're not really that good, honestly.

[00:01:33]So, we got the Notes of a Genius. Uh we get the Threads of Fragrance there uh for Hasna.

[00:01:42]Uh we also have Drifting Feathers for Homer.

[00:01:46]Like, they're very specific to those characters, so it's kind of like an upgrade to them.

[00:01:52]But, like, if you're comparing like the actual like DPS and everything, it's not really that good compared like it's slightly better than the free-to-play versions, right? Like, the normal legendary weapons.

[00:02:06]This is also when we're expecting the new ascension skills to drop. So, Barrel gets another unique one, which uh is good on the rally response SP Mythis team.

[00:02:17]Uh Hasna gets her basically attack again after she gets stacks of liberation, so going on with the element sort of synergy. If you do make sure sure you have Lukamar. Uh Homer as well. Uh her skill's all right.

[00:02:34]There. And then, Karis, you can spam magic shields. I mean, I think it's more PvP relevant there for Karis. Akumbae does have a fairly nice one. I think uh this one is going to be very useful when the sort of summon meta drops upon us when uh we do get Yuganae and Kensha.

[00:02:53]Akumbae does definitely support that sort of team there, and he's overall overall still very useful in uh hard content.

[00:03:03]So, SuperMewMew did uh drop a So, SuperMewMew did drop a guide analyzing the new ascension skills. Uh so, what we have here is Karis doing her shields, magic shields there. Uh Hasna with her attack again. Uh Homer there. I mean, her her one's like it's still a bit useful. Like, if you use Homer a lot, especially if you have her five star. Akumbae, it's not too much of an increase, but it's really good for the like summoning. Uh Barrel for the rally response team, fire crystal pushing and everything. Magnus is just whatever.

[00:03:38]Like, I'll leave in the description so you guys can go through all the details.

[00:03:42]Yeah, significant boost to Karis, Hasna, and Magnus. Uh practical options are Akumbae for the Tower of Versatility and Barrel fire crystal to push enemies. Homer's upgrade is average. If you already have a five star Homer, unlocking her first is a good option. And yeah, they did a bunch of votes. Karis is still popular. Homer was okay. Akumbae, poor Magnus, so far behind.

[00:04:06]And then, we have our big event, our Tower of Versatility on the 2nd of May, well, 1st of May, technically. And yeah, that's going to be really exciting.

[00:04:16]So, for Tower Versatility, we'll get the CN season three. Technically, we already had a season in between as well. Uh but, basically, what they had at the top was they had a bunch of red squares where you have to put units on to sort of charge this laser cannon thing to deal damage at the boss. So, uh that's where we get our summoners here. We have Akumbae, Fervia. This is the Taiwan uh version. And then, in the China version, we can see Akumbae there Fervia. Uh they're mainly used to uh summon units on those tiles. We got SP Samantha, uh Tirel for the energy, and Camelot to tank the boss. We also have SP Rowena to trigger SP Samantha's uh judgment because they're part of the aggression. And we can see it down here as well. SP Rowena, Tirel, Camelot, right?

[00:05:05]And Camelot Camelot's main thing here was to sort of face tank the boss and do a bit of damage. But, the key niche here was actually Parsifal. So, Parsifal wasn't actually really used in the uh Taiwan version here. Like, it only had 7% usage. It was more of a niche strat.

[00:05:22]Uh because the thing with Parsifal is that uh after he uses his ultimate and uh he disappears from the field, it doesn't count as a loss. Because in Tower Versatility, if one of your units dies, uh that you lose points, right? But, Parsifal's disappearing from the uh battlefield, that doesn't make you lose points. And it's also good because it shaves off one action.

[00:05:51]Because how how the point system works in Tower Versatility is uh you go in with three um for this one, this was three turns, so uh these people were doing three turns, four actions.

[00:06:04]And these was with uh Parsifal. But, if you didn't have Parsifal, Parsifal will actually take up another turn. So, those without who aren't using Parsifal got less points because they were doing three turns and five actions. So, losing Parsifal made them able to skip that turn and skip that action and get a higher score there.

[00:06:24]Uh the other units that were really used, like, we did have like Inana, SP Mythis was used to tank the boss with Eiserene with the daggers killing off the various mobs, Luffy, August, Safiya.

[00:06:35]Uh what they use on the CN side. So, Parsifal is pretty high, and then you got Luffy. Like, Luffy and Safiya, I think they were mainly used for their like summons. And then, because to to fill out the red squares, Eiserene there for uh her daggers. And then, we got Inana, her guard could come in useful as well. So, that's what we're looking at for Tower Versatility. Like, SuperMewMew did put through like a full analysis of his top strat. So, three mew uh three turns, four actions. And yeah, the main thing was just have uh Parsifal to leave the field on the third round, and then Akumbae needs to refresh. So, they're using what, SP Samantha there, um Parsifal there there, and Fervia doing her summons, five star. Fervia, Akumbae, five stars. SP Rowena, five stars. Like, you don't really need to have Akumbae and Fervia five stars in my opinion, but uh it definitely does help pushing at the high strats. And yeah, this this is what I was talking about. There's a boss there, and then um they they basically need to move around uh to these red squares. Uh well, once the video loads, yeah. Uh these red squares, so you got you can see the flower there. SP Samantha killing the enemies. Uh Rowena there on the tiles. I think Akumbae, yeah, Akumbae just summons, and then you got the dummy summons, and even more summons. Yeah, just spamming that through.

[00:08:04]I think I've been through this video like previously as well. And then, yeah, you got Parsifal here just like tanking the mobs, tanking the boss there. And then, for the lower half. So, the lower half, uh what did they end up with? They ended up with Lukamar, SP Inana for the attack again on Shams. Shams was like three, four starish. Inana as well to to give Shams another act again, and Fallen for tanking. Uh Luffy was there to help with like the crit, and Credenza there to uh refresh all their skills. You also had SP Safiya and Tristan, Eiserene, Clara.

[00:08:44]That was for the Taiwan version. And then, we had it for the CN version.

[00:08:49]Lukamar, 100%. SP Inana, 99. Shams, 98.

[00:08:53]Inana, Tristan, Credenza. So, this was more of a the CN had like more people following the like sort of popular strat there.

[00:09:03]And then, these were the other options that they were using. So, uh for SuperMewMew, uh yep, definitely Lukamar there.

[00:09:10]And we got Shams there. He already had Shams at four star. SP Inana for the act again. And Tristan was the uh next DPS.

[00:09:20]And then, we had Credenza. So, uh lastly, Inana. All right, so their one was a bit uh it might be a bit different in our our version because there was an actual bug in this Tower Versatility here. Uh is that there was a blind debuff, which didn't really happen. So, the blind is like for single targets, like 80% chance to miss. So, that might slightly affect on how our style would work. I think we'll we'll still need to like we might need to waste like a turn cleansing or something.

[00:09:52]Or we'll just RNG the misses or something like that. And then, this is like Shams just going all out with like huge damage. But there there was there's definitely like free-to-play options to play through these stages. All right, it's it's not just like um just using the top-tier teams. But yeah, it's definitely if you want to hit on the rankings, uh then it is uh ideal to uh go through with these um top-tier strats.
