The #1 Mistake New Entrepreneurs Make. @davidfilterbuyAñadido:
I almost fell into this trap. The product I was so certain would sell faced objections I never anticipated.
Truth number six, sell before you build.
One of the biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make is building something before confirming anyone wants it. By testing the market before investing in production, I saved myself from a costly mistake. My default, whenever I have an idea, is to find a customer first, sell it before you build it, then figure out how to deliver. This approach also creates urgency and accountability. When you have customers waiting for delivery, you move mountains to make it happen.
