[00:00:02]But the best way for you to think of polyurea is really think of epoxy on steroids. So there is various advantages of polyurea. The biggest advantage that it has over epoxy is that it's not going to turn yellow over time because polyurea is UV stable. So if something is UV stable, it would stand sunlight without breaking down, turning brown or yellowish. So something exposed to the sun over time can change colors if it's not UV stable. And you definitely need something that's going to withstand this Texas sun.

[00:00:27]>> Another advantage that polyurea has is it is a lot more flexible. It's resistant to cracking. So because of that, that's typically where you see some like flaking happen. You won't see that with polyurea and you also won't see it crack because of the flexibility that the material has.
