[00:00:27]>> Yes, sir. Tell me about your relationship with Ms. Bigby. So, I met Ms. Bigby in the workplace. We kind of started talking, seeing each other, riding the train together, and it kind of got serious. And about how long ago was all this happening? Um I want to say happened in 2014.

[00:01:16]One day we end up getting into a big argument at work due to another girl at work cuz she said we consistently flirted with each other at work.

[00:01:35]>> Well, it was it was only one time. You weren't there when the bathroom situation happened. No, but I had a co-worker that always kept me updated and on what they had going.

[00:01:45]Okay, so you had a >> he did confirm that she did come in the restroom with him. Did you all break up at some point, or what happened after that?

[00:01:57]Well, we had a child first. I'm sorry.

[00:02:08]Yes, so I left. Did she step out of the relationship at some point? Yes, she had a relationship with somebody else. With a Caucasian dude, with a white dude. So Ashley, once I found out, I found out because I said, you know, there's just something about this dude. How'd you meet him? At a baby shower. Whose baby shower? Her baby shower. The kid that she was having with him that she was telling me that it was mine.

Josh felt something was wrong at that baby shower, and brother, your gut was right all along. I wasn't sure whose child it was. I told both of them it was their child.

[00:03:11]She say, "This is my sister friend." I say, "Something ain't right about this."

[00:03:34]No, him and Miss Bigby was having a situation behind my back that I didn't know about. So he was mad about something with her. So he shows up at the shower.

[00:03:49]It was for me. So something just wasn't telling me what just men intuition. Just like women have intuition, it was just men intuition. Like something is not right about him. Like >> Okay. And so, at what point did you find out that he was actually this baby's father? So, actually, I came home like I started coming home early cuz like I say, my men intuition kicking. So, I say, "I'm going to start getting off work early coming home." So, I see his car in my driveway.

[00:04:17]I say, I went through the front door, but I hear the side door closing while I'm going through the front door. She comes through the front door with a bra and shorts on. I say, "What's going on here?" I walk around the house like that, Y'all know I'm sorry. Okay, did you ever see this gentleman? Yes, he was pulling off as a I was Cuz you'd already seen his car. I already seen his car And how did you know that was his car? Because at the baby shower. Oh, okay. You saw him getting >> Yeah, I saw him getting in the car cuz when she seen it, I was there cuz I guess he thought I wasn't going to be at the baby shower.

[00:04:51]>> But he found out cuz I told him that that he probably be the father. 8 months pregnant after I spent thousands of dollars on the baby shower and the gender reveal. 8 months after she was pregnant, she say, "I think you're not the father of the child."

[00:05:08]>> wait, wait. Wait. At what point did was he at your house? How long How far pregnant was she when he showed up at your house? That's probably I want to say a couple of months after the baby shower. So, how many months was she Ms. Bigby have been? She probably then at the baby shower, I want to say she was like 4 months pregnant. Are any of them, Mr. Kellums? Yes, the first one.

He always running on social media looking for girlfriends. Like in his DM, "You want to be my girlfriend? You want to be my girlfriend? Can you be my girlfriend?"

[00:06:23]>> No, I don't. I don't.

[00:06:24]>> Okay, see, you come here and people want to tell us I need to see it. Coming up.

[00:06:31]Who's red and who's blue? So, I'm blue and he's red. And so basically she's been sleeping with both of us through this whole time. [music] Eight months [music] pregnant, I spent a thousand dollars on the baby shower and a gender reveal. And she say, "I think you're not the father of the child."

[00:06:55]So, Ms. Bigby, >> Mhm. at what point was it after child number one or child number two that you found out that he had slept with somebody else?

[00:07:05]Uh it was after child number two. After child number two, I was I was uh staying focused and being faithful and trying but But then you found that out.

[00:07:18]And then what did you do? I went and um I went and hollered at at somebody that um that seemed nice to me at my job. You know, the communication we communicate well and a lot of stuff >> communicate really, really well?

[00:07:33]>> [laughter] >> So, you were never Really well.

[00:07:35]>> We got drunk. We got drunk together and everything.

[00:07:39]And is this person possibly the father of your third child?

[00:07:45]He's not actually. We took a um a test. So, he's excluded. Yeah. But, there's somebody else who could possibly be the >> No, sir. No, sir. It's Joshua's. So, you believe that the third child could be yours.

Uh I found out later that she had two kids and a boyfriend, Josh, that she was staying with. It wasn't until um things kind of took a turn when she hit me up and she said she was pregnant.

[00:09:03]And she said she thought this because the whole time we was together, her and Josh weren't sexually active. Do you have anything that supports that either you or Mr. Kellum could be the father?

[00:09:17]Cuz that would be the one I would do.

[00:09:20]Yeah. Um based off of the the timeline she gave me, she said that she was conceived uh she could the baby was conceived in September.

[00:09:29]Um yeah, and she said that they weren't having sex. We we met in like, what?

[00:09:34]July? So, she said that they weren't having sex during that whole time. All right.

[00:09:42]All right. And you submitted a calendar to the court that kind of shows the window of conception >> Right. and why it could possibly be your child.

[00:09:57]I'm blue, he's red. So, basically she's been sleeping with both of us through this whole time, which was my, you know, calculation. Okay.

[00:10:04]>> like, there's no way that this baby is mines. Um fast forward >> some way? There's like a 50% chance, right?

[00:10:11]>> I mean I mean Exactly. Look. Based on your evaluation >> that You're right. You're right. So, I did have some, you know what I mean? I was like, okay, it is a possibility that this is my kid cuz we did have a lot of drunk sex. And um and you know what I mean? We did have a lot of drunk sex and a lot of it wasn't protected. Fast forward the type of man I am this is my first kid. I'm excited, you know what I mean? The type of man I am, I don't want to say that I wasn't there for the birth of my child. All right.

[00:10:40]>> what I mean? So, I was there. I I was there throughout the 9 months to support her. When she kicked Josh out I was there Is there a picture of it? Is there >> And I was there I was there in the birth. I was there when the baby was um And I didn't even know that. baby was born. Quiet. This man showed up for 9 months, cut the umbilical cord, and then realized the baby didn't look right.

[00:11:06]But in the hospital, I'm like, okay, when the baby came out, I'm like, okay, this baby light skin. This baby too too too too bright. Too too bright. So, I looked at the uh the nurse and I'm like, is the baby supposed to be this light?

[00:11:21]But the the physical features, the baby's face, it looked just like her second child that she had by the white dude. Up next And you already know that Mr. Kellem is the father. He should be.

[00:12:16]Uh the alleged father is Obasi Johnson and it has the child's name and it says conclusions of DNA paternity test.

[00:12:26]Based on the genetic testing results obtained by PCR analysis, the alleged father, Obasi, is excluded as the biological father of the child.
