Look, in school, we learned that in our cells in the mitochondria, that is the powerhouse of the cell, like that factory. That's where we make energy. But what they didn't teach us is our mitochondria have another purpose, cellular surveillance.

That's why you're lying on a couch. But when you get better, your energy returns. You go back into factory mode producing energy. But many of us are stuck in a cellular danger response where mitochondria in a battleship mode.

But the fact is is can we shift it back over to factory mode? The answer is yes.
