Joshua, the central character in one entire book of the Bible, is notable for his exceptional character integrity, as the scriptures honestly reveal that he committed only a few sins of omission (failing to consult God before making decisions) rather than sins of commission (doing something terrible), making him an unusual example of near-perfection among biblical heroes.

Biblical Hero Joshua: The Man Who Barely FailedHinzugefügt:
He's also kind of unique in that we really don't see him fail very badly.
Uh scriptures really honest about his characters including its heroes. It'll just up front tell you what they messed up and where and how and it doesn't sugarcoat any of these things. But for Joshua in my estimation there's only a couple of times where he didn't it doesn't show a sin of commission where he did something terrible. A sin of omission maybe where if he had been smarter he'd have consulted with God before he made a couple of decisions that turned out not to be good. He should have gone to ask God first. But really for a man who's the central character in one whole book of the Bible it's pretty unusual to find a guy that's doing that well.
