[00:00:00]How do lawyers prepare for trial behind the scenes? That's a great question. So, the main thing you want to think about is your story. What is your story to the jury? What are you pitching to them? And the way you do it is you figure out what's the compelling narrative, what are the facts that lead to something that people would care about. Number two, what is it about it that they care about? What are their values, whether personal or societal. And number three, how do you want them to resolve the case? So, by the time they get to your closing argument, they already have the feeling, they know what the story is, they know what their values are, and you're just tying it up like a bow. And they will vote with you if the law is in your favor, which it should be if you're filing this case, and they will feel good doing it.
