This afternoon, Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputies say a man is behind bars facing multiple charges for grooming and meeting up with a teenager for sex. They arrested 41-year-old Carl Slazinski earlier this month. Detectives say he communicated and met with the 15-year-old victim several times within the past 3 years.
