What's this case about? This is the uh Hancock's appeal, his third attempt at a strikeout, to stop my uh defamation case against him.
It's been going on for over 3 years. Um Hancock's very insistent that he can win, but apparently he's he's got no appetite to go to final hearing and face cross-examination.
