I just got home from work >> and um I wanted to share that um I don't have a lot of time to work on everything because I work full-time, but I took what I what I've been learning and applied it in my job on using Gemini with restrictions because um my work um settings don't let us use everything and develop five agents and set up a website that we've been working on for two years. So, that's a huge win.
>> Wow. And then um in my own endeavors at night and early in the morning, I created my team. It's called Canaan Land and it's got two branches. One is kind of a more personal focused on gardening with God because that's where my blog and podcast are. But then the other is in the education professional world, uh where my career is. So I have two sets of agents about 10 in each. I have uh Moses is my advisor.
So, he's kind of about all of them. So, for me, it's all about imple implementing what I'm learning because it's going so fast and I'm afraid I'm going to lose something. But, I'm so grateful. My mind is blown. I was sharing in the um uh in the school community that I feel like I just I went from a carriage and then I jumped into a spaceship.

>> I'm just so excited about all the things I've been learning. Um after the summit, I actually started talking to uh friends that are entrepreneurs. And so I wound up with um four potential clients that I've already had initial meetings with.
And as I've been going through the uh agents course and the consultants, >> wait, somebody said how many how many potential clients?
>> Four.
>> Four. Say that one more time.
>> Four clients.
>> So proud of you. So proud of you.
>> Oh, thank you. Thank you. I'm just so excited. And um my husband has a handyman business. I have a holistic wellness business that I'm trying to get up off the ground and we're both um the marriage ministry leaders as our at our church. So, we have a lot of going going on and I put into chat GPT um well chat GPT I've been working with that for a while. So, I was like I want to build an agent an AI agent board. Do I need separate boards or do I do it, you know, just use one? And so chat GPT just spit it out. You know, you need this, that, and the other. One board and they'll handle everything for you. And um today I went back and dropped in the dossiers that we did yesterday.
And um and I love working taking that and taking it over to Claude. And I worked with the command center today.
So, I'm really stoked.

>> So, let me just say this. First of all, Alicia, I just want to take my hat off to you. Number one, because you wouldn't have told me at 63 years old I was going to turn to a geek. But I have been on fire for AI. You have made it come alive for me. I have had I've been managing.
I'm a serial entrepreneur. So, I've been a boss for a long time. But as like but like like you know, I've never had employees do what I say, when I say, how I say it. and get it back to me perfectly every time. So, the whole idea of that has just got me blown away. I have I have departments, I have agents, I have my chief AI, and I even name one Alicia because if I had Alisa working for me all these years, I probably still have hair. Okay? If I had a if I had Alicia as my chief of staff running one of my multi-million dollar companies, I wouldn't even be 63 right now. I would be 50 on the beats, baby. So, I'm just telling you right now, I am so excited.
And I take when I see all these women on this screen, I say we are on the way.
All of us is in it to win it. We are all lifting each other up. We are li we we're promoting each other's businesses.
And so, I'm on fire because this thing is on fire. But I like it. I like it. I like it. So, that's my win is that I have been able to create the multiple companies. I have been able to I've been having clients all my life of one form or another. But I did tell you this right here. I did use an agent to create a fund development plan. And then I turned around and I used Gamma to create their PowerPoint presentation. And then I looked it over because I've had enough of myself so many years. I was able to sell that for 15,000. And it was so good they came back to me and said, "Can I do a communication plan?" Well, absolutely.
I do communication plan. I turn around, I for the same thing for the same price.
And I was just in my pajamas at home sitting at the window. So, I'm saying right now they let the wrong person get AI. I'm on fire, baby. I'm on fire.
>> Said, "Let me just start from scratch because I use LinkedIn as my primary um social media platform." And I said, so I created the team and I asked the team, I said, "Listen, I get a lot of likes, I get a lot of views, but I don't get any conversions, right?" And I and and more specifically, I I deal with real estate and estates and those sorts of things, but mainly real estate and high-end real estate. So, I asked my team to to look at my LinkedIn account. I need to revamp this because I'm getting a lot of likes, but I'm not getting like the conversion rates that I really want. So, the team helped me along. Everybody went and did all of those different things for me.
And then it gave me um they said, "I want you to start with this first post."
We did a little back and forth and then I posted this morning at 7:00 a.m. my first post after changing some of the things that they had asked me to change.
Why is it that I get two DMs like within an hour with a high-end real estate uh company and another person telling me that they wanted to um use AI to help the business run to help like they wanted more literacy on AI and also to find ways that they could help to make their businesses more efficient. That then turned into a phone call, a discover what I what you call a discovery call.
My goodness, so many agents, so many automate, oh my gosh, so much. It's changed, you know, I was already doing things like when the consulting and all all that stuff. And this has really just changed um working for me. I have, you know, it's changed the time that I'm taking things like email agents cleaning out my Dropbox. I Oh my gosh, my Dropbox was horrible. and it's all cleaned and organized now. But yes, I'm getting so much out of this. I just wanted to say thank you.
>> I love that Dropbox idea. I've got stuff in there like 10 years ago that I don't even need to have at all. Like, so is it rem like what is it doing? Is it organizing in a folder?
>> Complete or complete overhaul. It renamed my files. So I for being a photographer, I had thousands and thousands of images in there that were just, you know, JPEG numbers and it completely renamed, gave me a new filing system. It did everything. A whole overhaul.
>> I need to do that. That's why I like to bring people on because it gives ideas for everybody, you know? You can't think of everything. Like, so she's a photographer. Tons of I imagine you have tons of pictures in there. So great idea. I'm going to get on that one. And wait, and when they were done, it printed out a report showing me my new organization system and what it had done. I mean, it phenomenal.
>> Wow. Thanks for sharing. Love that.
>> Oh my goodness. I have to say thank you both to you and your sister and the team. It has just been phenomenal to work together. So, how like my background, I guess it would be helpful to kind of give some more context. I built out a suite of like AI agents that help them figure out like their genius zone, what should you be figuring out for yourself, like how do you find your customers, things like that, because a lot of them have great subject matter expertise but never really got like the business experience behind it. So, being able to like take my brain and put it into the AI agents, literally one of my clients came to me and was like, Melissa, I thought you were right next to me. like what did you do to make it sound like you? And I was like almost in tears because that's exactly what I wanted. I was just so proud to like have that moment and experience within my organization. And then for me personally, um you know, my family is in real estate. Um so I run a small family business. Um and I was just like this is just so much that I have going on all the time. So, I ended up building out like my own chief of staff and was like, "Listen, these are the things that we got going on across the multifamilies that we own and doing lease ups, going through the process." And I cannot tell you like how much faster it has been to like get things done, having a standard workflow on top of that. I was like, "Oh, I have this going on today. These are the things that need to get done.
I'm prepared for the week and I know what's coming ahead and I just feel really good about that. Where before it would have all been in my head, I'm running behind my calendar trying to figure out like, "Oh my gosh, what is today about again? What's my name again?
What do I have to do?" Now, me and my chief assistant, she looks at the calendar ahead the week before or the like the week before. She tells me what's going on, prepares all the docs for me, talking points for the conversations. I'm like, "Oh, we're on autopilot now. We're cooking with gas."
>> I got my first client >> and it's somebody that I've known forever and he's doing the work and just couldn't figure out how to scale.
>> When I tell you we rode around in circles with Leroy, that's my chat, Leroy. We rode around with Leroy and it took us four hours. We had an active business plan. We had it down with milestones by date scaling to $10,000 a month within the next 90. And each one of those steps, I've created the deliverables.
They're at the printers. So soon I'm going to be able to hand over these boxes. And it took 12 18 hours at most.
>> And then yesterday, the seven prompts that chat GPT I got in threads that does it for you. Oh my.
>> I've saved a whole month. I'm like, dude, we can do 20,000 in 10 days at this point.

>> It has been amazing how you all up my game. all of the heavy lifting for us and I appreciate that so much. I really do. You have no idea. The community, all of it. Amazing.

I was using uh chat GPT just like Google asking it simple questions but baby let me tell you something I got with you guys you you and your sister and even like the other sister just said with coach K with the grants I'm involved with her community go get the grants and and get that money to get all this stuff going.

But what we taught yesterday was a tool called Manis. And I showed you how to set up the agent, connect it with Telegram. I can go over this again. And the connectors are very important. Like uh I should have a conversation about connectors. I'll do that in a minute. And then it acts as your assistant through Telegram on your phone. I'm going to show you how to do this in Bass 44, too, which is the amazing part cuz now you can make it and you don't have to have a Manis. You don't have to own Manis to be able to create a bunch of agents that can talk to you on your phone. So, that'll blow your mind. But, um, I was at the doctor's I was at a doctor's appointment today. I had an accident with my knee.
Anyway, everything is in my email. And today is day number 77 that I have not written an email. Come on y'all, celebrate with me. But I have, as Lorett told everybody yesterday, I have been so efficient in emails. I've answered all my emails. I've harassed people in email. Yet, I have not typed up a single email. My AI agent is doing all my emails for me and I love it. So, today I'm at the doctor's office and I had my I had my AI agent had has the Anyway, it has these files to what happened with my knee, the MRI results. So, I know that my AI agent has it. It sent it to it sent it to somebody already. So the doctor comes in or the doctor's assistant comes in. Her name is Amy. And Amy says, "Oh, I see that you got an MRI out of network cuz I went and got my own cuz they were taking too long." So yes, I did. And she asked me for the results.
I said, "I can send them to you, Amy."
Boom. I pulled up my Manis agent, which I call Maximus, and I'm like, "Hey, Maximus, could you send the results of that MRI over to Amy? Send it to her email. Make sure it has the login." so she can see everything. And Amy's email is blah blah blah blah blah. Thank you.
And then boom, Amy gets the she gets it right in her email. She thinks that I called like a human assistant to tell it to send it to her. And she leaves the room, goes to get something, comes back in, and she's like, "Oh, I love I got I got everything. It's really good." D.
I'm like, "Yeah, no problem, Amy. What else do you need, Amy?"
And then she put me um they were giving me a time, you know, could you come back? I have to go back on Tuesday.
Hey, Maximus, am I available Tuesday at 8:20 in the morning and the office is about 30 minutes away from me. Here's the address. You know, my home address.
Can I do an 8:20 appointment? I'll be there for an hour. Maximus, yes, you can do an 8:20 appointment. Should I add it to your calendar? Yes, add it to my calendar. Sure, Amy.
8:20 is perfect. What else, Amy? Let's go. Let's go. Give me something else.
But it's about efficiency and productivity. I've been at doctor's appointments before. I got to look at my calendar. Got to calculate stuff myself.
But now, this is how we take everything and we stand out. We're different. We're more productive. We're more efficient.
Right? What business owner wouldn't want this type of system set up for them? If you came to me and said, "This is the type of system I can set up for you on your phone." your agent answering your emails. My agent writes proposals for me, does presentations for me, schedules things on my calendar. If you tell me that you could do that for me as a business owner, how much would I pay you to set up something like that? And then how much would I pay you every single month to make sure that you update it and I get the latest and greatest on my phone? I don't need to know how it's built. I just need you to make it happen for me. Right? Is that how much would people pay for something like that?
Um, women's uh, somebody says, "I have never felt so productive in my life. I keep trying to convey this in my content, but I don't think they get it yet." That's the first assignment. I'm about to show you how to convey it.

I whoever said, "I feel the most productive I've ever felt in my entire life." Give me another word for productive. It's like productive uh stress level reduction. What's the value on that? What's the price on that?
And we're talking about this now. So, you can start to think about how you frame this to clients. Yes.

So, make sure that you're really leveraging artificial intelligence to make your life easier, better, more productive. All of the above. All of the above. Somebody said, "This is like freedom regaining time.
Um, it's the connectors for me. I revamped my website with Mannis. I love it. I love it." So, Maggie says, "I was so happy I got this set up yesterday with my emails. I set it up for 6:00 a.m. to get a summary and did a test run and it was fantastic. I love it. I need my agent to go through a 100,000 emails. Well, yesterday I said that Claude co-work could go through your emails and unsubscribe you. It actually doesn't unsubscribe you. It gives you a link and you still have to do some of the works, but but your Manis agent will unsubscribe you itself from emails. So I I have done that with Manis agent and you could do it with the Claude Chrome extension too, but you know then it just becomes budget. It's how much are you going to use your Manis agent cuz it takes up credits. So Manis, sign up for it now. You get 300 free credits um every day and they compound.
So they add on. So when I got Manis, I got it when it first launched in 2005 and didn't use it for months. So by the time I started using it, I had all these free credits and that's how I got started. But for a business owner, they're like, "I don't care about the credits." I tell my sister Loretta this all the time. I was like, "I don't care how much it costs me to have Maximus. I wouldn't trade it for the world. I wouldn't trade it for the world." And so, um, Mana has helped me optimize my SEO.
Fantastic. All right. So, let me just show for the people who weren't here yesterday how to how to pay attention to connectors and kind of set this up. And this is actually good for everyone because remember if you were here yesterday I said that every tool has connectors. So we're on chat GPT. We're clicking in settings. So I'm just showing you chat GPT first. And chat GPT calls its connectors apps. But you can connect to Dropbox, Gmail, Google Drive, Hey Genen, notion, Uber Eats, Zillow, all of the above. So when you're connecting with this, you're actually um logged into it through your tool. So now let's go to Manis and then we're going to go to Claude. So you'll notice that I use multiple tools and that's because different tools do different great things. And also a lot of you on here are consultants or you are about to become AI agent builders. Where are my AI agent builders? A lot of you signed up yesterday for our course to be AI agent builders and to get that certification, a certified AI agent builder and to come to our in-person workshop that's happening in June in Atlanta. Bring your laptop. We're going to work together. I'm so excited to work with you. Look at all the AI agent builders. Oh, somebody Latoya is asking for info. And the more verse you become in different tools, the more you become AI literate, which means like you have a greater knowledge of how to use these a these different AI tools. All right. So, I am on Claude right now and we're talking about connectors and um if you go into settings and claude, you can see connectors. You see I have my Gmail, Google calendar, Google Drive, notion, vibe, prospecting like connected as my GitHub used to be connected. I'll have to read that. But these are in as my connectors already connected. If we go into Manis and we look here in Manis and we go on connectors, we see all these connectors in here. So, let's keep this simple.
When you have a connector already, when you have your AI tool already connected to something like Google calendar, it doesn't have to go search for your Google calendar or go outside, you know, it's a box environment for the Google calendar because you connected it. So now it could read it. So picture it like a file folder. And inside that file folder, uh, yep, we got our Gmails, we got our calendars, everything in here. I already have access to. I don't need to ask you for what's already in here cuz I already got it. So that's how, you know, that's why I love connectors because it works really well.
Do you always have to have a connector?
What if a connector isn't here and you want AI to do some work for you? So, um, I don't know how many of you know this, but I have a grant called the AI impact grant at a impactgrant.com.

Man is claude. Gemini has it. You know has the connectors. But now the question is well what if you know you want to look at this web page here and analyze it but there's no connector what do you do so that in that case you're going to use the claude chrome extension so let me just get this for you and this is for my claude users where are my claude users say claude in the chat if you are a claude user yep all right so the claude chrome extension Here, we're going to copy. I'm going to copy this so you can see it.
But you saw what I did. You can find it in the Google Chrome store. And now it can do something for you. So, I'm going to say, can you review this page and give me suggestions for improvement? You have to give it something about you because this Cloud Chrome extension unfortunately doesn't like have memory right now, but it can research you if you're public. But now I gave it a Google doc. So now it's giving me a plan and it says read the grant application to to understand what fields need to be filled in. Read the Google doc with Alisia's personal info, socials, and website. Then step three is what? Can anybody see see what does it say in step three?
The Chrome extension has memory. Okay.
Step three, fill in the grant. And step four is review the completion form before submission. So, it's going to go ahead and fill it in first. So, you're not just getting things that are, you know, that recent, but there's a lot of events going on and stuff. Okay, perfect. So, Manis is working on it now.
Let's see. Perplexity is working on it and Gemini is working on it. So, all of the tools, all of the other tools are working on it. So, look at this. Send an email. Add something to your calendar. My example I gave you was at the doctor today. Amy asked me for something. It was in my email. I told Maximus, I said, "Send it off to Amy."
Maximus emailed Amy. All nice email.
Sent it off to her. And then she asked me for a date on my calendar. I said, "Maximus, am I free this day?" 8:20.
This is the location. D said, "You are free that day." In fact, it told me I have something at 1:00 p.m., so I should be good to go. I tell Amy, "I'm free, Amy." And everything gets scheduled. So, we talked about that. And then we talked about business owner. So, somebody actually said it, which I was like, "Perfect, cuz this is today's assignment." like how do you explain to a business owner how an AI agent can really help them? Sometimes we need to explain it visually and so you all created an amazing flyer that demonstrated how AI agents can help business owners. We talked about posting this all over social media identifying yourself as an AI agent builder cuz I am your AI coach and you are now an AI agent builder and you need now to get some amazing clients. Oh yes, do this for yourself. Like I do it for myself.
But I also love it. I would love it if you would get clients, learn this as well. So you built this amazing flyer.
You changed it up into different formats or styles. Styles I guess we'll say. So that you did that as well.
And then you took your you now that you had that somebody said I would print this out and put it at a vendor table. Who was that that said it?
If that was you that said it, say vendor table in the chat so we can acknowledge you. And I was like that's right. So how do we find events to go to? So I had a prompt ready for you today to show you how you can find events to go to because you need to show up. Get in the room, show up, meet new people. It's fun to meet new people, too. Even if you're an introvert, you can do it. Meet some new people. So, you used my prompt. You put it in your chat GPT or whatever tool you put it in. And then that's going to run for you. How often? How often? Somebody tell me how often is that prompt going to run for you?
How often is that going to run? Daily.
Good job. Daily. Daily. Daily. And what time is it going to run for you? Every day. Yep. 7:00 a.m. So, this is how a schedule task is. How often do you want it to run? Every day, every week, once a month, and at what time? 7:00 a.m. That triggers the schedule task. And this acts like your most amazing virtual assistant. So, if you had to pay somebody to do this for you, you'd be like, "All right, um, how much do I have to pay you every day to send this to my email? I even want it on Saturday and Sunday." So, you got to work 7 days a week and no holidays off cuz sometimes the holidays there's like great events happening on the holidays. I'll tell y'all every July 4th I'm at Essence Festival or at some event. So, come on, tell me about the holidays. Maybe there's events, you know, during some of the holidays and uh Yeah, that's what I want you to do. 365 days. Yep. And I'm paying you $20 a year. Yep. $20 a year.
They'd be like, "Lady, you are crazy.
Bye." Okay. So, so you have to um so this is how you set up and leverage AI to do this kind of work for you. And then you're at such an advantage cuz who else is doing that if they're not in these classes? Like who else is doing this? Now you're elevating yourself and being different from everybody else. We have consultants who go into businesses and just set up their schedule task. And the business owners are like, "Do you know what you just did for me?" Right?
If you just went and said, "I will teach all your employees how to set up an artificial virtual assistant who does research for them, writes for them while they're sleeping, everything delivered to their inbox before they get into work for the day. Who wouldn't pay for that?
What business owner manager wouldn't say, "Set this up for my team. Set this up for my company." So when when I have set this up, there'll be a department in the room. I did it in person once. There was once uh last month or the month before and there were different departments in the room. There was the grant writer in the room. So there was different departments in the room. So they had to open up their laptops. First of all, any consultants here? Type here in the chat if you're in our consultant program and you're already here. Look at all the hearers, right? So this is just something you could do as a workshop. We got paid very well to do this. So different there are different people in the room and they set up their schedule tasks and they were required to do at least three of them and they went around the room to tell everybody else what they did. And my mind was blown by what some of these people did. There were policy makers in the room so they set it up so they would get any alerts for changes in policies that came through all sorts of stuff. And so they pay for this kind of stuff and they pay very well for it. So, don't take it for granted that because it was easy for you to set up while you're here that um it's not worth a lot to set up an AIVA. If you know that you could get paid for doing this, just say money money in the chat. For the people here that you know might not have ever been a consultant or gotten paid to do training. So, you could you can build agents for people to make money. You can also do training for people to make money. So, back in the year, let's say a while, a long time ago, um, after I finished my master's degree, I went and I worked in DC. I worked at the White House and then I worked at the United States Environmental Protection Agency cuz my background is in environmental studies and geology. And I thought I would be going to be a government official. That was what I thought was my dream until I got into government. Then I changed my mind. But but anyway, I was at an event. I think my computer I've got Hang on one second. My computer was making noise. Okay, sorry. Um and then I was at an event and for our office. So, our office went, you know, elsewhere for this two-day event and there was a husband and wife team teaching us and they had some flyers and they pass it around and it was team building. I don't even know what we did, but it was like team building, meet your neighbors. It was for us to meet each other and stuff. So, I was so interested. I was 22, I think. 22, um 22, maybe 23. And so, I was so interested at what this husband and wife was doing. So, day one came, everybody good. It was like 9:00 a.m. to 4:00. We left. Then, we're back for day two. And then they're packing up at the end of day two. So, I start helping them clean the room and pack up. And I asked the wife and I was like, "Can I just ask you a question cuz I'm thinking about my career, what what is this that you do?
What is it called? And how much did you get paid?" And you don't have to tell me if you don't want to. I'm just I'm just curious and thinking about my future.
And she was so nice. She was like, "Oh, I love helping young people." She's like, "Me and my husband are considered consultants and trainers, and we do this throughout different government agencies and corporations, and we charge, it was like $17,800 for the two days." And this was over 25 years ago, let's say that. And I was like, "What? That's like my salary? You got paid that for 2 days?" She's like, "Yep, plus travel plus accommodations plus um a fee for like all our printouts and and she was like, "Yep, after this we're going to go over to this agency. Then we got this. We're doing it at a university and this is what we do and we love to work together." I'm like, "What is this called?" And she said, "We're consultants and trainers." I was like, "Bet. One day I'm going to be a consultant and trainer and charge $17,000 for a two-day event." So, hello.
Here we are now. But I was so interested in it. And then she told me, she was like, "Every company, every organization, government, agency, university, they are always investing in their employees and they have budgets for trainers, so we just fit in that budget." And she's like, "Every single one. There's not a there's not a company, you know, bigger corporation, there's definitely not a government agency that doesn't do training. It's it's a requirement. And sometimes the money in their budget goes unused because they didn't find a, you know, an event to hire trainers and bring them in for. And I'm like, what? This is amazing. I want that money. I want that budget. So that was a long time ago, but here we are today.
Um, here we are today.
So definitely know that every company, every organization has a budget and right now teaching and training about artificial intelligence is is blowing everybody's mind and really the place to be. So how many of you how many of you are are seriously going to consider not just doing this for yourself, but also doing it as a business model? How many of you are really thinking about that? You know what? I'm not just going to do this for myself, but I'm also going to do this as a business model. A lot of you, me, me, me, me. I can do that. And I will tell you, it's something amazing to do because people are grateful when you teach them and train them this. They are grateful. So, it's gamechanging. You will be changing an a business owner's life. If you'll be changing their business trajectory, a a busy professional in their job, you will be changing, you know, their possibly their income. They're going to get raises.
They're going to complete things faster.
They're going to be more efficient.
They're going to be so valuable to the company. So really consider doing this as as something um that you really need to, you know, that you really need to look lean into and say what what is my market and how can I impact them? And I and I recommend that you start in an industry or in a niche that you're already comfortable in. So if you're already working in healthcare, stay within healthcare. If you're already working, you know what I mean? like stay within your industry because that's where you will feel the most comfort and confidence. That that's really good. And then you don't have to teach everything.
I did a I did a workshop just on schedule task and was paid well for it.
And when they all set up their schedule tasks, we spent the 45 minutes doing that, 50 minutes for question and answer, everybody packed up their laptop and they were like, "We feel like superheroes." I'm like, "You are superheroes. Go out there." Right? And then for homework, they were supposed to do seven more so that they could have 10 total. So think about that. Any industry that you're in, you can take this into this industry and they will benefit from it so much. I'm going to show you one more thing with schedule task. Then let's talk about for those who missed yesterday. Let's talk about being an AI agent builder and what that means in our course. And then let's talk about super agents in base 44. Give you some homework to do. And then let's talk about voice agents and then we'll do a question and answer. Woo. Good. How's everybody feeling? Tell me in the chat how are you feeling? I just want to know how you're feeling. You should be using words like empowered.
Um excited. Like I'm excited about the future honestly. Excited with your new knowledge.
Yeah. Phenomenal. Somebody said they feel phenomenal. and and also really understand your value because in this world that we're in today there are not enough of us to you know that are integrating AI and helping businesses with AI there are not enough of us there was a report that went out by compia it's their 2026 IT report and it said that 94% of businesses will be investing in AI training this year and I always tell this to my consultants like listen 94% of businesses said yes, I will be investing in training for a company. So I was I looked at that number and I was like 94% of 33 million businesses in the United States alone. How many businesses is that? 94% of 33 million. I don't know. Is it is it 30 million? Let's just say 30 million. 30 million.
I mean, this is why when you think about it, you're like, no matter what I do, it's going to be extremely hard to ever meet the demand that's out there, right?
How are you how are you ever going to meet the demand? And then the second thing that I thought about is the 6% of companies that said no, they're not going to invest in any AI training for their business, where are they going to be in 2027?
like what's wrong with them? It really should be 100%. Now, the 94% number that I read wasn't so amazing and shocking anymore because it just felt like that's where we should be, where we are right now in the AI revolution.
They're going to be out of business, bankrupt and closed, all that kind of stuff, right? So, let me show you this.
Um, for those that weren't here yesterday, let's talk for a quick few minutes about our program.
and I would be so happy to have you all in our program. So those of you who didn't get a chance to join yesterday, you have an opportunity to join today.
It's our course called the AI agents course. It's not just any course on AI agents. It's the AI agents course. The AI revolution is here. And I want you to be honest with you yourself for a minute. like is now the time that you should move on really taking advantage of the AI revolution.
And yes, it is. It is the time. You're in the right place right now. And you know what? The old way of working is doing everything yourself. You know what? I went to an event. Tell me anybody if you've ever heard this from a guru, but I went to a guru's event, you know, decades ago. And that guru said, "You should only sleep three hours a day. Work, work, work. When you're on the elevator, you need to have a meeting. When you're walking from your building or whatever to your car, you should be having another meeting. I was like, "Oh my gosh, work, work, work, work." And I followed that mindset. And I listened to that person, that guru, and said, "I must be working 24/7 in order to be productive, in order to show everybody that I work hard and I have to be working all the time." Anybody ever remember that time when people were always like, "You should be working all the time. Work, work, work." That can lead to burnout. That is stress. That's the old way of thinking, the old way of doing it. People are like, "Yep, and no thank you." That was the culture. But the new way is that our AI agents are working for us. We want to work different now. We're about life and lifestyle now. And so the AI revolution, it doesn't wait for everyone, but it will reward those who show up and who are living life differently. Wow, someone said, "I lived that. I'm over it. Work smarter now. Done with that."
Yeah. So, a lot of people relate with me on that old way of thinking. Someone said, "I'm still doing it." No, no, no, no, no. We We work differently now. No, no, no, no, no. So you know later is the most expensive word in business. People who start right now and act right now, they are the ones that are really going to be winning in the AI revolution. And we are here to win. The people winning with AI right now, they started exactly where you are. When I started learning AI, my the way that I learned was I locked myself up for two weeks back in 2022 and I said, I'm going to figure this thing out. But I come from a marketing background where I've been working in digital marketing and being an entrepreneur at that time. I'd been an entrepreneur for 22 years. So I had used other tools that had AI in it, writer and Jasper. So I had a little bit of knowledge coming into working with chatbt, but I totally dedicated my time to to doing it. And that's where I started. I didn't start off I there was no AI coaching programs back then. And there were no I started off there and then kept building and growing and investing in myself to continue learning and building. But we all start from you know we all start from somewhere and you keep building with it. And so most of the people that start in this course are starting right where you are. Now this is not another AI course. This is the AI agents course. This is your blueprint to build, own, and sell an AI workforce.
Forget just using prompts. I love prompts, but forget just using prompts or forget just using chatbot. We're talking about building a team of AI agents. Like we talked about Maximus, my man agent who, you know, builds for me and this is what this is what I love and this is what I'm what we're working on.
I want them to think for me and strategize for me and write and research and create for me and run my business in a way that gives me more freedom. You don't need to be technical either. You just need to be the boss of your business. So, secret number one is the only vehicle that lets you scale without burning out is the AI agent way. You build systems that work for you. You delegate to your AI workforce. Hello.
And then now you can scale and work less and earn more. This is not a trend, y'all. This is a new infrastructure of business. I was interviewed last year and the year before and people would they always ask this question where do you see us and AI 5 years from now and I said you know what I see us um working like with AI in a way that we're monitoring and managing what our AI agents are doing while we're working less. So, if we were working 40 hours on our quote unquote work that we need to get done, now we're working 10 and we're just watching and managing our AI agents work and then all of a sudden there were more tools that allowed us to build AI agents. And I was like, okay, forget that 5year or one-year tra trajectory.
It's here now. What I do now so much of the time is I watch my AI agents work. I have this big monitor here. I watch them work and do my tasks for me while I'm doing something else. This is the AI agent way. You don't need to be technical. You just need to be the boss.
I told you my background, environmental studies, and geology. And I'm an AI consultant, trainer, agent builder, all of the above. I cannot code to save my life. I can't build a website with HTML.
But with artificial intelligence, it's all possible. You just have to know how to use it. If you can type a text message, you can build an agent. If you can Google, you can run to run a multi- aent system. If you can follow a recipe, you can deploy an AI agent workforce.
The only thing you need is the willingness to show up and say, "Yes, I want to learn." And then you already know this. Businesses are desperate to pay you even if you just got started.
And the more I kept asking you guys, how much would a business owner pay you to do this? How much would a business owner pay you to do this? We're talking about money, money, money, money, money. But here's one of the key takeaways I want you to take from this. Yes, I want you to charge a setup fee for setting up agents for businesses, but when you're setting up agents for businesses, you have to work with a business owner and find out what problems you can solve for them with an agent. As an example, I was working with a let me see which example you're I'm going to give you. Uh, I was working with a press release company and they want to put out more press releases. It's taking the guy who writes the press release is too long. They tell me their framework for an effective press release. We create an agent for them in chat GPT. Um, and it was a GPT.
They specifically wanted a GPT. And now when their account manager needs to do a press release for the client, they say hi to the GPT. The GPT asks them question number one, they answer it.
two, it asks five questions and then voila, it gives them a perfect press release done. So what used to be a 2hour process, maybe three, now takes four minutes and the press release is done.
So there that was a pain point that they were having. So we built an AI agent to solve that pain point and now they're happy and their business is flourishing.
So you have to think about that. Now the demand for you is massive. the supply of people who can do this. It's still tiny and that gap is your opportunity. But just because there is a gap and that's your opportunity doesn't mean you should sleep on it. It's about taking action.
How the world sees you when you say I build AI agents, they see you as the authority, the architect, the act, the expert. They would gladly pay you for your knowledge. You set the price. You set the price. You stop being a worker and you become the most valuable person in the room. You don't just use AI. The more that you really integrate into the possibilities of what AI can do, you speak its language and that makes you so valuable. The types of people um that build AI agents, they this is their new identity. They own it. And I just want to say to them, welcome to the movement.
You're we're going from just being an AI user and having a little bit of that AI overwhelm to thinking differently. were thinking, "Oh, I'm busy with this or this task or this role. Let me build an agent who can do that for me." For me, one of the best agents I built was Maximus cuz I am overwhelmed with my email. And so, somebody tell me how many unread emails are in your email box right now. If you don't know, guess, give me a number. Tell me how many emails are in your email box. 64,210, 120,000. I was like, if I could solve this one problem for myself, my email overwhelm, I would feel better every day. I feel guilty not answering people's emails, especially a lot of them are opportunities or my team members. Now, I I say I'm on it every day. You see me pause right there because I have my AI agent. This is day 77 that I have not answered an email yet. The best in my life with email productivity. So, think about that for a minute. This is how the world sees you.
When you say, "I build AI agents." You become the most valuable person in the room. So, close your eyes and picture this. This happened for you this morning. You wake up, your AI agent, your AIVA handled all your emails, created content for you, researched your market, sent you your daily news report for the morning. Business owner would pay, business owners would pay thousands for something like this. So you're not doing more work, you're doing less work and earning more and helping business owners at the same time. This isn't fantasy. This is what's possible. And I say just give yourself 30 days working with me to make this happen for you. How many of you are willing to give me 30 days to help you be an AI agent? Say I am in the chat. I am or say me in the chat. Because here's the thing. If you say, "I will commit 30 days to putting my best foot forward to learn this stuff." And you know what? It was to get base 44. So Lorett's going to come up in a minute and tell us about a special session that we're going to have for everybody who wants to keep learning with Bass 44. Just a free session. Um so the reason that I like Bass 44 and um every if Lorett if you would drop your link to Bass 44 again in the chat. The thing that I like about Bass 44 is is that and you'll notice that I talk about different tools. This one I haven't talked about since last year. So, I talked about it last year.
Some of you said you signed up then, so you already have a base 44 account. But here's the reason why I'm bringing it back up. When we talk about agents, base 44 now has something in it called super agents. So, you go to base 44 and you can build either an app or a website like an app or a website or you can build a super agent.
Why do I like this super agent? So, what we'll cover, so I was going to try to cover everything today. Loretta had a great idea when we were talking together and she's like, "Let's do a challenge next week for everyone who's interested.
Not everybody will be interested. We'll just take the people who are interested and keep it going, keep it moving, and do some training again next week." But you could build different types of apps here, web apps specifically, I love. Um, but what a super agent is is that you can set up and set this up for clients.
Let me show you the one that I set up.
So, I set up an agent called Social Post AI. When you set up an agent, let me just do this really quickly. Um, let's create a new one.
When you set up a super agent, what I love about it is that you can talk to your super agent through Telegram.
And what are there's other ways that you can talk to your super agent. I picked Telegram. So Oh, you can't see my screen really well.

So, when you set up a super agent and we will do a challenge where everybody will set up a website, set up an app, set up a super agent, right? set up a web app and set up a super agent. So, Jackie said her agents have taken over.
So, you tell the agent what you want to build. So, I built an agent that I can talk to on my phone to create my social media post for me cuz I don't know if anybody else is like me, but you know, sometimes I need some help creating my content for social media. So you would type here um content for social media and then oh here it is. You can chat with it on WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage. So for me I chose Telegram, right? WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage.
It says which platforms are you posting to? And I will say Instagram. So you could pick Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok X. And it is it can be integrated into your agent. So other than Manis, I have found it very difficult to find a good tool that I could talk to on a messaging app and it would get all the work done for me. All right, so now I'm going to take you to my Telegram. This is how you set it up. And um hang on one second.

So, this is like Telegram on my phone, but I'm just showing it to you on my computer so you can see it.

Um, it doesn't Okay, it says on it generating four images now using your photo brand colors and the challenge detail. So, it's going to create it for me while I'm doing something else. I don't know what else should I be doing right now. Drawing.
Nope. Cuz Chachbt creates my images for me. Um, but it's going to do this for me. So, what I love about it now, let me go to my phone because that is where the real leverage is. So today I was in the car not driving and I was talking to, you know, usually I only talk to Maximus like this on my phone, but now I can build agents just like Maximus on and put them on Telegram or WhatsApp or iMessage and talk to it. So here's my phone and there's what I asked it to do and it's doing the work for me.
So, I will show you kind of the results from earlier. Let me show you those results of different ones that I did. So, um let me stop sharing my screen so I can come closer with my phone. So, you can't really see it, but Oh, it's already done. Let me go back to my computer.
I should have just stayed on my computer. Hang on one second.
All right. So, this is what I asked it to do. And then it created four images for me. I'm going to open all four and then I'll show it to you. It's showing me one of the four. This is so cool. Um, and I can just imagine I have a shoe store and a restaurant that I'm working with. And if I could show the restaurant owner how to do this in the shoe store, they would name their next menu item Alysia.
All right. So, this is a struggle that they were having. So, I'm trying to I'm solving their problem. So, anyway, it generated all the images right here.
Here's one of them. I opened them up on my computer so I could show it to you.
This is just one use case solving a problem for two clients I have. They're having they're struggling with their social media. So, okay, that AI picture of me doesn't look too bad. So, here it is. But what if I want 10, you know, and and for them to be trained differently? Maximus is trained as my chief of staff, but the agent, the super agent you just saw is Scott, and he's trained as my social media content creator. So, yep, he can create videos as well. Uh so, uh what I want to share with you guys today, little case study of, you know, how how I'm able to get paid five figures a month, you know, renting. So, we've been talking about AI agents past two days, renting what I would call talking AI agents to businesses, right? So, we're going to break this down, you know, uh, step by step, guys. So, first step is being a problem solver, right? Being a problem solver. Businesses out here, right? And really, all a business is in my opinion, is you being able to solve problems, right? Getting paid to solve problems. Drop some dollar signs in the chat if you want to get paid to solve a very very very very expensive problem that businesses are having. So a big problem that businesses are currently experiencing, right, is a little thing called speed to lead, right? So, you got tons of businesses out here that are spending a lot of money every day, every week, every month on paid advertisements, right? What do you see when you go into Facebook, Instagram, YouTube? Man, I just I just had to sign up for uh YouTube Premium because every time I'm on there, I'm getting hit crazy with ads, right? So, businesses are spending billions of dollars, right? small businesses, large businesses, but a majority of these businesses struggle with the same thing and that is speed to lead. Which means they are not able to answer the phones quickly enough. They are not able to contact their potential customers, people that are that are ready to pay them. They're struggling.
And what does that mean for these businesses, right? If you are a business and you're paying for ads and then people call you and you're missing the call or you don't you're not taking uh you don't have nobody to take the calls after hours, you're sending people to voicemail. What does that mean for your business?

Putting AI to work, putting AI to work while it does all of the work is one of the most powerful things that you can do for yourself financially to give me a yes in the chat if you're picking up what I'm putting down. They're on the move. They're hustling.
So, what are they missing out on? What are they missing out on? Right? If you're a plumber, you're going from job to job, you don't have like a whole team like that. For sure, you are missing out on calls. All right.

So imagine you're at a networking event, you're at a conference, whatever the case may be, and you're like, let's say it's like you you've got people there that sell life insurance. But search through my Google Drive and Notion workspace and identify how highv value assets, ideas, frameworks, trainings, presentations, prompts, templates, systems, workshops, PDFs, recordings, SOPs, graphics, notes, swipe files, or unfinished projects that have a strong monetization potential. How many of you, let me fix my glasses for this one. I want to come in and look closer. How many of you have a hidden gold mine in your Google Drive, your notion, maybe your Gmail? Projects that you started, ideas or notes that you've taken that you know if you monetize them and just had a strategist saying, "Come on now.
You did this and you did this and you did nothing with it and this could have made you a million dollars, right?" So if that is me, say me in the chat. Say me. And yes, if you have another tool, we could we could connect it to the other tool. But now it's it's going to search through all of this and uncover hidden goals. Someone say hidden goal in the chat. Hidden goal inside your existing content and work for each opportunity. Talk about what the asset is, why it's valuable, who would pay for it, the best monetization method. Is it a course, a membership, a certification, a workshop, licensing, a prompt pack, ebook? estimated income potential, the fastest way to launch it, what would make it even more valuable, and what who it's best suited for, the hidden opportunity I might be overlooking, and then create these sections, the top hidden assets I should monetize first.

And then you're going to click on connectors and just where it says, you know, Google Drive, Gmail, um, Notion, uh, if you don't see your connector, you click browse connectors and then you can just type it in notion. I use Notion. If you don't use Notion, you wouldn't put that there, but you can make some connectors here. Someone said they do a lot of stuff in Canva. You can add Canva right here. It'll search through your Canva and see what hidden gems you have.

And yes, change the prompt any way you want. You will have to take it out of this notion document that everybody's sharing and you're welcome, Dr. Evelyn, and change it in any way you want. So, now let's move on over to Claude Co-work. So, what is Claude Co-work? So, Claude Co-work is the desktop version of Claude that has three different ways that you can work with it. The desktop version allows you to work with it in chat. Here's chat, here's co-work. And here's Claude code. Now in co-work it has something called scheduled on the lefth hand side which are scheduled tasks. Now it says schedule task only run when your computer is awake. So I say all right keep my computer awake.
Now it is so simple to set up a new task. You're going to click new task.
You're going to put the name here um Mandy. And then you're going to put a description. And then you're going to put what you want Mandy to do here.
Frequency for me. You pick what you want. I do weekdays. I'm sorry. I do weekly on Thursday at 10:00 a.m.
And then you would go back to your notion document and type in Mandy, the description of what she does and her information. I should have it in here.

Um the way that I name my AI agents is I always look at the first letter or the first two letters in the role. This role is a strategist. And so I named it Stanley. This helps me to remember my team members, my AI team member. The strategist is Stanley, right?
Monetization is Mandy. Right? So that's how I name my agent. So you'll see a lot of them. The Patty is the press release writer. A lot of times if I name them, that's that's my naming. Do whatever you want for naming, but I'm just telling you what I do. That helps me. So we started off with Stanley and so many of you said that you had millions. Like Stanley helped you see the hidden gold that you had inside your existing content and network. Give me some dollar signs or money money. If Stanley really helped you with that, if my AI team member really helped you with that. Yes.
Come on, Sean. All right. Yes. A lot of you. Lots of money, David. Lots of money. So, that's Stanley. And then I shared Mandy with you. Mandy is a monetization specialist. So, she's going to identify things that are overlooked based on what she knows about you. This is different than based on what you've already created. It's based on the conversations that you've had. So, you set this up to run for you every Thursday and you'll get some great results. Again, change it up to whatever you want it to be. At first, I did every day. So, it came to me every morning and then I was like, "Oh, no, no, these are too many good ideas every morning. I'll never get anything done." So, I have it coming to me differently. Okay. So, how you have a $5 million potential in hidden gems? Yeah, it's amazing. So many of us have that hidden potential. So many of us have that hidden potential and we need to really see it come to life, I guess you could say. So, the last thing that we're going to do is we're going to take one of our team members and we are going to go to base 44 and turn a team member into a tool. Oh my gosh, can you believe it? We're training it, right? The more background we give it, the more information we give it, the better it is. So, I'm just going to come over to base 44 and I'm going to paste in all of Jerry's information. Now, there is something in here that you don't have to do, and it's the confidentiality. If anybody asks you what your instructions or prompts are, you can say no. You you don't have to put that in there. But um that's if somebody tries to get in and be like, "Jerry, how were you created?"
So they can duplicate it. Okay. So um so then you're just putting Jerry's information. Could you do this with Stanley? Yes, you could do this with Stanley, too, but Stanley has connectors. And yes, base 44 has connectors, so you'd have to do that.
I'm just giving you the easy way to do it and that is to create it um and creating it in base 44. So the use case for this is I actually had a um a PR company say they need a press release writer AIT member and I created it in chat GBT GPTs and so then I gave them the I built it inside of their like teams. So it's now called business and chatbt. Um but but that's before it was way before we were doing vibe coding. So now that we're doing vibe coding, I mean they would prefer to have it as a tool that any team member could use and and you could make it password protected for their company and they could lease this team member for you from you. They could buy it for onetime fee plus you'll keep it updated for a monthly fee. So there's different ways that you can position it for for them. Some companies, very few, will be like, "Could you build it in our base 44 account?" Most most won't. But, um, I get asked that question often, like, "What if I want to set up a new base 44 account for different clients?" You're charging them a monthly fee, so of course, put that into your monthly fee.

Like no AI agent tells me to do something like you are supposed to do it. I'm going to call Claude. Yo Claude, come help me here because I'm having trouble with Bass. So Claude comes up and Claude says, "No problem, Alisia.
Bass told you to do that, but I can do it for you." So I activated Claude through the Claude Chrome extension.
Claude Chrome extension. Somebody who knows Claude, write that in. Claude Claude Chrome extension. And then Claude came in and fixed everything for me. And then I just checked to make sure and it worked and it worked. Now I probably could have get given base 44 better instructions, but I let it go because it's a really good it says change it so no one has to log in. That's probably not very clear. Like don't put a name, don't make a name and email address requirement. I could have said it better, but it was a really good example that I can show you that sometimes we use AI tools to help us with other AI tools. Could you believe that this Cloud Chrome extension because I opened it up inside of Base 44 on the tool that I was working on where it's telling me what to do, it's able to navigate that and fix it for me. Like it techs are going to be in very big trouble that fix things for people, aren't they? Aren't they going to be in very big trouble? Because you know, my mom always calls me to say, "Alisia, could you change my past login to this? Help me with this." I'll be like, "Mom, ask Claude, please. Claude can do it all for you." Now, Claude can do it all for me. So, it's a Claude Chrome extension. And I wanted to show you that last use case for the Claude Chrome extension um before my sister mutes my mic and removes me from the Zoom session because we do have a 6 p.m.

Watch what I'm going to do this again just to show you the mindblowing capabilities of my Clawude agent." All right, so here's the website. Everybody watching?

Yes. So, we click on this Chrome extension and this pops up. Do you see how it's popping up web page over here?
It's popping up like as a sidebar. Then this is where I paste the instructions and then we press go. I'm just putting my hands on my head so you can see it's going to do some things and move around the pages. Oh, it's going to give me a plan. It's going to analyze the site, move around the site, and so it's going to take screenshots. Look where my hands are. Am I moving the page?
Yes or no? Can you see my hands? Can anybody see my hands? Can you see me? Am I still up on video?

Yes, some of you can see me on video, too. Yeah, you should be able to see me.
Um, my hands are on my forehead and look how the web page is moving around, but it's actually the Chrome extension moving around reviewing everything as if it was the world's best e-commerce expert and it's going to analyze the whole page and the whole website.
So, um, is there the money-making opportunities for everybody here is just mindblowing. I used to be a website usability tester and get paid to do that.

So, I took the report, I put it into my Google doc, but I'm like, you know, the report doesn't look so good. So, I'm going to take my same Clawude Chrome extension. I call it Claudette, my agent. I'm going to take Claudette and say, "Claudette, fix this up. Make it look better." And Claudette's about to fix it up.

I have a fabulous board. And so I held a couple of board meetings and a couple of team meetings last night. I actually have an event called the uh the event effect which is an AI training at the gathering spot here in Atlanta on Thursday.

My daughter has a saying. She's teaching me, you know, get out there and do this thing. And Aaron asked a set of clarifying questions in three different areas. And when all was said and done, he not only gave me a roll out strategy, he let me know who on the team was going to handle which pieces. Um, it was amazing. And then I shared it also with uh a business partner for a female owned ride share company called Just Her Rid Share. And we put together our entire marketing strategy for a new community hub for women. So we're working over here.

And um I love it that y'all are having team meetings. But what I loved what she said is, you know, Aaron, was she say Aaron told her what all the other team members are going to do? But that leads me into what I did last night. I created two new team members. Emma EA, who an enrolled agent is like a top level with the with the IRS, and then also it created um Grace Accountant. So, she operates as the number one best accountant ever and all those uh let me use the right word skills. Right.

>> Skills. Okay. So, they helped me make it through the night cuz I was like, "Hello, so delirious." So, I was up till 1:00 a.m. But, you know, using them to just kind of help me research some stuff and it was it was amazing. So, >> Reed, are you the passenger in the car right now? Um, so the kickoff did it for me. Um, the kickoff I learned cuz I'm thinking we're learning when you say AI agent. I I just didn't know what it was going to be and I had been creating the bots inside of chat GBT. But what you taught us is how to move it into all the other engines that I've been using. And so that when I took uh I call him Otis over to Manis blown away. took him over to um to to Claude blown away. But what you showed us last night, what you did with Claude, with your team, I did that today with with your team. I put them into Claude and I said, "This was my coach's team. I want you to make them my team." And they did. I also introduced them to my weekly Zoom call that I teach. And he created my whole presentation plus the scripts and the speaker notes. So, I am ready for tonight's call so I can be here tonight.
I love that you're talking about productivity, you're talking about efficiency. Um, I love how you said that you customize them to yourself. So, that was a really big takeaway. I hope everybody heard those takeaways >> when you introduced your agents and then I got really tickled last night. I was like, we get to get our agents. We get to get our agents. I don't know if I was the only one that excited last night, but I pulled everything in. I put it in claw. I already have a sub account and it's called the herbal apothecary in GrowthHub. And so it it did my I already had the brand name. I already looked it up. So it did my scripture foundation, did my logo, my brand colors, it came up with six signature tea blends for me and an anthology. So I took one of the chapters that gave my story and put it in >> and it just went crazy. Oh my gosh, this is perfect. You are excellent and this is right where you need to be. And it was just and I was like, "Okay, okay, okay." And then it gave me tagline. It even wrote um a course um curriculum for me. Um >> okay.

>> So I'm excited. So I was sitting up looking at my wholesale pricing on the different products and figuring out how I wanted to present it. So yes, I am rolling.

Um we built we took all of your agents, put them into chat, and then we expanded it and we had a chief of staff. We built a company. Chad said we ended up building a company cuz we did agents and sub agents. Then we had two companies within. So we have our AI company and our tech company. And so chat taught us we don't need more teams.
We just need the one team and we'll separate it so we can talk only to our chief of staff. So we then did the top 1%. So all of them are in the top 1% category to help us in our two companies. So it was it was really exciting. We put all our patents in. We put our decks in. We did all that to train it to understand what each company was.

>> Yeah. So now we just got to transfer it into the other >> tools.

>> Yesterday the class was phenomenal. I already created agents but I I do embroidery. So I created the PWA embroidery site as well for my for my business but I went online and I used club to create an embroidery estimation agent. Right. So I I I thought of everything I could think of. It gave Claude just I love Claude. Me and Claude, we tight. We like this, >> you know. But it created everything. It it broke down everything I was thinking about. Then I was like I remember you said the knowledge base. So I went back I said let's apply a knowledge base to it. They was like that's a great idea.
And then it gave me different ideas of what to add to the knowledge base. Then they asked me would you like me to create it for you? I said by all means let's go get it done. They generated a 22page knowledge base on embroidery starting from the the cost of what what wholesale cost for garments would be the industry standard everything the the um everything I could think of but it turned out to be 22 pages. I added it to the chat G I did it in chat GBT. So I created the the GPT. I used cloth to write it for CH. Then after I created everything and I did a test on this thing was it works so good for that.
It's not a simple >> yeah $5 to this. It's not it's a lot lot of detail. So that agent oh man it's going to work wonders for people once I get it ready to go you know once it's already ready but once I promote it and get it out to different people even the um the AI team broke it down how I should do it. said, "You should do do get a couple of people like three companies, do a 30-day beta test." Just saying just just do it, give it to them, let them use it, tell them to give you feedback on how how it work. You then go from there. But they gave me tier pricing, you know, from $97 a month for for one subscription. Then they got tier two, $197. Tier three, a white label, like 2500 to 5,000. You can do it as a white label. And they gave me some tremendous ideas. I was like, "Wow, this is crazy." You know, but I liked it. I I thought it worked really well and I took exactly what you showed yesterday. I used clog and then I put that information into what's name and it just came out amazing.

He's a financial coach uh and wealth advisor. And I actually played with him myself at first and he gave me a real good uh he gave me a really good financial plan and I ended up paying off one of my credit cards just based on his plan. Like so I had a meeting at my job.
I work for Liberty Mutual. I had a meeting at my job yesterday. We have a few new members that don't talk. You know, they kind of they keep their mute button on. We like you got to come on.
You got to get on camera. You got to talk. So I said I'm going to do a icebreaker. So, one of the questions I asked was if you had, you know, if you could learn a new skill, what would it be? Three of them said a man money management. So, I was like, well, I got something for you. So, uh, four people from my team brought, uh, Marcus for $50. And then, I mean, that's just that's lowballing right now, but it was just off off a whim. And I was just like, "Oh my god." And then um and then a friend of mine uh last night I was on the phone with him and I was telling him about it and he was like oh you gave him a Liberty Mutual discount. I was like yeah. So he was like how much is it really going to cost? I was like for you $100. Pay me $100 for it. I did my website my uh I have my own pet sitting business. So, I did my website and I actually just um when I came in, I actually just got a booking on it and I set it up to where it automates and I didn't know it was working because it wasn't working at first. So, I sent a message and then the automated message come through and I'm like, it's working.
So, I'm in here sweating right now because I got so much going. I'm just so thankful to y'all because you know people are just um not like we can't really gr some people can't even grasp like you know they still doing you know hey you know chat GPT make me a make me a meal or you know tell me my you know give me a schedule for the day just real simple that they have no idea like our infinite minds can't even understand evenly when she talks she says you know what I asked to do this I tried and it worked. So now I do it, >> right?
>> So it's just it's the the the it's unlimited. It's just it's just crazy. So I'm just thankful to y'all and I'm so excited to see like where this can take us all. So thank you. On the drive home yesterday, I sent you a message because I got hired for that company that I had that I told you about the Vpack. So I drove two hour two and a half hours for an interview and I have been kind of stressed out about it. Now let me put this up front. I have not built any agent. I only uh redeveloped Franny for myself. I haven't done anything nothing. However, something told me to go study that company's uh website. I took their client their uh client's journey. Me and Claw the homie now he got me find every error through the client journey and when I went to present to them they were so impressed.
They was like thank you for taking the time to go through this and I listened to everything that they had to say. So I already knew they need an email and phone agent and then comes out they want a AI agent on their website and I got the job and they also asked me to be a trainer. I have to send them over a contract a proposal by on Friday co and think I I'm not going to say I bit off more than uh than I can chew because I have a great community around me but I think it's a enterprise level. I was not expecting that because their CRM is Salesforce. I never heard of it and she said oh this is the CRM that Fortune 500 companies use. I grabbed my invisible pearls. I said, "Wet ties a leafy advent." So, I know I would need to partner with someone with Salesforce because I don't know any of that. And um I'm very excited. I don't know what the pricing is, but I really need some guidance, but I am so happy that I took this part of the course. Even though I'm a consultant, I'm in a power circle, I still took this course right here. I don't know why, but it makes sense now.
