In criminal cases, chain of custody documentation must maintain strict consistency across all records, including accurate names, dates, and identifiers; any discrepancies such as inconsistent handwriting, wrong names, or incorrect dates can undermine the integrity of evidence tracking and potentially compromise the case, especially in serious charges like death penalty cases.

💥WOW💥 Dr Turvey HATE explodes online! #idaho4Added:
So, the next thing that I wanted to speak of was Turvy. They they've got there's a thread at the moment um talking about Brent Turvy on the um sheath chain of custody and someone's put hair um as non-issues with the sheath chain of custody continue to excite the throious sections of the Cobberger fanfiction book club. This lists the many very basic errors of fact, exaggerations, oversightes, and fictional inventions that Turvy and Wickham base their chain of custody issues on.
So, they're basically saying there's 10 errors here which kind of debunk the chain of custody issue for the knife sheath. So what I want us to do is I just want us to take this into consideration and see if we can see how this stumbles at the first hurdle. But it says ignores that Moscow, Idaho moved to a digitized barcode scanning system for evidence and chain logging tracking 10 years before the King Road murders.
Um, so what they're trying to say here is that there they there's a period within the the Idaho 4 case where they were switching over the way that they log things and they're trying to say that this is how some of the things that you're seeing at different elements of this case, the numbers change. Like I know there was some confusion over show Walter and potential blood being on the sheath that matched his and it was just how they'd they I think jewels of all trades had covered it. Um showed specific numbers that corresponded to one another.
And they're saying that all these errors were just because the part of the information came from somewhere another department. some some of the information come from somewhere else and they all use different numbers. But the point being this is a death penalty case. This is a literal death penalty case and there shouldn't be any of this [ __ ] happening. There shouldn't be any any issues happening. And what seems to have happened is because you had all these issues.
What then happens is someone goes and handwrites everything on there.
handwrites on the label, who's had it, when they had it, and the dates and it's all written in the same [ __ ] handwriting, same pen. Looks like it was all done at the same time to kind of counteract the the issues that the system had caused, but that's by a buy. It shouldn't have [ __ ] happened.
This situation shouldn't have happened, should it? Hello, Michelle. Hello, Michelle. Um, so it says here number two claims the name Sharon Amidant on the sheath envelope log signage is not on the evidence log receipts and so is a random person. This is actually Sharon Arodondo of ISP forensics who is noted on the sheath receipt to ISP lab and chain of custody.
Um, so that's what he's saying is a is a mistake or something there by Turvy says claims the name Florio on chief envelope log signage is not on the envelope log receipts and is a random person. This is actually Candace Floria ISP who is also noted on chain log evidence receipts custody forms. It is even stranger to have an evidence storage vessel, in this case, a brown paper bag marked with a name that does not appear on either of the two chain of custody forms. It seems to be a real problem. And again, this is he's challenging the fact that some names that are in one chain of custody don't appear on another.
Again, it just seems to be a lack of consistency through all of the the changing of hands and the movement of these piece of evidence through the system says four has totally the wrong date for the sheath transport to ISP lab of November 29th. The trans the sheath was transported to ISP lab on November 16th.
This howler might also be basis for another lunatic unsupported claims such as the sheath first going to before ISP lab.
Do with that information as you will has wrong name of law enforcement staff people in sheath chain wrong eg Willilifon um his actual corporal will of the Idaho state police who transport she from Moscow to Tarantine at New Meadows ISP transportation depot. I do know there is a lot of [ __ ] names that get wrong. But what I'll also say is when you go into the official court docket, how many [ __ ] names, how many names have been wrong, either spelled wrong or just just flat out wrong. This this entire case the names are half wrong.
Um what's he say here? So misrepresents the multiple people on sheath chain of custody equates to an issue.
Scene technician police officer who drove the sheath to lab ISP lab intake DNA analysis and fingerprint analysis of different people would be more of an issue if one person had all those jobs perhaps. But no, you you can't turn around and say that you know multiple people on the chief chain of custody equates to an issue. It does equate to an issue when all of the the documentation there's no consistency through it. There there just doesn't seem to be. And again, the labeling, it seems like they realized something was off and they hand wrote everything on there to try and negate any issues being caused.
And I think that's why this stumbles at the first hurdle because you can't say that it's not problematic.
Um when someone's got a [ __ ] pen and written everybody's [ __ ] name on it, can you? Um gets lab sheath lab and evidence letters um wrong, identifiers wrong several times. Um super chat Shirley Robinson. Thanks Albert. Thank you very much Shirley. Bless your art.
Um, yeah. So, gets sheath, lab, and evidence identifiers wrong several times, seemingly confusing it with other items. Item A, exhibit M, and then having confused the sheath with these other items, uses the login dates, movements of those items to claim further issues.
So, he's saying he's getting confused with different different um items here.
Again, I'd have to look into that myself. I I couldn't see where he'd done this, but I noticed that they don't and we'll we'll finish on what they don't actually cover. Um nine um states dates for movement of other lab items to lab confusing with claiming this is the sheath to support issues with chain of custody while getting sheie movement dates wrong. Item A was a reference blood card for a victim delivered to lab.
Um, again, thank you so much for the super sticker Journey 2. Thank you very much.
Bless your heart. Thank you.
And then we've got this one, the final one. Claims the chief evidence package did not have a case number or evidence reference number on it. These can be seen on the pictures of the package. It has both the MPD barcode, green evidence sticker, and the ISP lab identifiers.
So that's what he's saying. He's got wrong hair. And it says hair. The Turvy Wickham fiction of chief chain of custody issues ignores the actual digitized barcode system used and is based on gross errors of basic facts such as who delivered the sheath to the lab when where the sheath wasn't first.
Wrong names of people getting four of the initial six people wrong. claiming other people are involved based on getting names wrong.
So, look, ultimately, if Turvy got names and [ __ ] like that wrong, then it does sadly.
Thank you very much, Shirley. Thank you.
Um, hype, hype, hype.
Um, yeah. Do you know what I mean? The downside is if you're making a mistakes it's the the they are going to get picked up by people like this. Do you know what I mean? They are going to get picked up people who are Brian Cobberger did this crime. The funny thing is what I feel about this situation though is have you noticed that you've got these people who are Brian Cobberger guilters and they believe that Brian Kberger did it. We're all conspiracy theorists cuz we continue to question things. But they are still here [ __ ] gate gatekeeping the information. They are still hellbent on still trying to manage the case.
They're trying to manage it. We'll say something. They'll have a rebuttal, but at no point do they turn around and address like the knife the the the knife sheath being moved from the floor to the bed and why the knife sheath hasn't got soaked in blood because it's sitting in a pool of blood where Turvy considers that the sheath must have been put on the blood when the blood was dry. they don't address that or the Ethan Chapen sort of hair in his hand and they don't want to kind of they they just try and argue that and just say well it wasn't there wasn't anything that's why they put it as debris because in effect it was just debris it wasn't Brian Cobberger's and that's basically what these idiots are saying they're basically they're even turned around saying because the the hair wasn't Brian Cobberger It clearly wasn't anything to do with a crime because Brian Coberger definitely did it. And it's that that's where we are now. That's where we are. The the hair in Ethan James hand doesn't matter because Brian Coberger definitely did it because he admitted to doing it. So Brent Turvy, yes, there there may be some issues with some of the things that he said. He's got some people's names wrong and he's got seemingly got confused in some elements of the of what is happening around it.
And again, there could be some ignorance of how certain elements of it all works.
But he raised the issue that you've got a handwritten note on here that is clearly written by one person posing as multiple people and that shouldn't be on there. That's just that's as simple as that. It should it shouldn't be on there.
I don't think that's an unfair assessment.
