Adding Boulders to new pond for bass fishing structure

[00:00:08]cheated. I tried to get tried to get two of them on the right side. I got all kinds of terrain features that cut into dirt are going to go on the left side here inside the dam.

[00:00:27]All right, I'm going to get my first rock pile for structure. There's clay in here. This is most of the bigger rocks from the septic. I got to pull a couple out for Sharon, but I'm going to try and scoop this and get this whole pile if I can make my first bass pile. Look at a little sunflower. That's perfect. Look at that.

[00:01:30]Uh, I'll get what's left with the tractor. It's a lot easier to maneuver than this. But I think in the meantime, I'm going to run this down to one of our dry creeks and start scooping up some rocks from down there.

[00:01:45]be a long haul in between, but it I mean this thing probably holds for the small tractor bucket, I don't know, 10 10 buckets worth in there.

[00:01:59]So, we'll go around the back of the pond dam and put the first rock pile in.

[00:02:12]To the right of us is the old pond dam.

[00:02:15]We're at the base of it.

[00:02:22]I guess I'm taking a little bit of a risk putting rocks down in case I, you know, in case it doesn't hold and I need some bent knight or something for sealer. But I'm I'm pretty confident that I got it lined good with red clay and I think it'll be all right.

[00:02:46]This first rock pile right up here eventually be about 3 4 feet underwater and we'll take a ride down to down to a uh Bryant Creek. See what I can find.

[00:03:24]Big one up here. We'll see if we can get that. And I got a couple more big ones along this driveway.

[00:03:44]It's a great big giant rod and eyeball and so is Sharon, but I'm getting it.

[00:04:06]Either that or I scoop some small stuff and then come back and get it on my way back. That's what we'll do. We'll go down, try and get a scoop of some small medium size and then we'll try to get that big one on the way back up. All right, there's uh three or four basketball and softball size ones. I'll try to grab these while hanging on to the one I got.

[00:04:46]And then we'll go back up and get that big one.

[00:04:52]And then we'll drop that load.

[00:04:56]I was originally going to do this with the excavator, but Sharon's working, so I'd have to hike or take the mini bike back up.

[00:05:08]So, for now, I'm just going to see what I can scab for a couple rock trips.
