[00:00:11]Um we do have some waste that's being dumped here. This alley's been recently cleaned, so it's unfortunate that people have seen fit to put waste in the alley again, so we do have some domestic waste in the alley, which we're going to look into, and I do see a couple of bin bags, which we can have a look into and see if there's any letters or any other evidence that will lead us to who's put it there, basically.

[00:01:10]It's got your name on Well, it's okay, cuz that would be classed as fly tipping. It's It's a 500 quid fine just to make you aware, so you've got to be very careful that none of your waste ends up in the alleyway.
