Number two, when someone's hungry, they go to the restaurant and you're there to help them decide what is going to be the best solution for them. Same with the car business. You're no longer in a position of trying to convince them to buy something. They're here because they have a need and you're there to help them fill it. And the third one, you are there to be of service.
