About me.Ajouté :
Hi everyone. My name is Assia, and I'm a food technologist specializing in a sugar-free, low-carb desserts. I've been working with sugar-free desserts development and studying sweeteners for over 10 years. This page is for you if you want to understand how sugar-free desserts really work, whether you are professional or just passionate about improving your results. And here is what you should know about me and my work. I don't just create recipes. I study ingredients on a deeper level, their chemistry, structure, and how they behave in the real formulations. My main focus is, of course, sweeteners. But I don't just replace sugar. I select and combine sweeteners based on how they actually work in a specific dessert. So, instead of random substitutions, I build systems that give you the right texture, stability, and taste. Here, I will explain ingredients, texture, and why things fall and how to fix them. But if you want deeper explanations, lectures, and full recipes, you can find the link to my YouTube in my bio. See you.
