[00:00:00]Welcome everyone. So today we're going to understand why the answer for this question is not supposed to be four. See 44% they have given us. If you want to convert it into a normal fraction or in a normal number number it is nothing but what 44 upon 100. So basically what are we doing? 44 upon 100 divided by 11 upon 100. Now whenever we do a fraction division you need to remember to follow the acronym of KCF. Where K stands for keeping the first number as it is.

[00:00:35]C stands for changing the division sign to multiplication.

[00:00:39]F stands for flipping taking reciprocal of 11 upon 100 which is 100 upon 11. So this gets cancelled. This is 1s and 4s.

[00:00:48]So yes the answer is coming out to be four but yet I'm saying it is not supposed to be four. The reason for that is they're looking for answer in terms of percentage. Now remember when they had given us a percent you wanted to convert into number you got it as 44 or you divided by 100. Now if you multiply it back by 100 you will go back to your percentage form. Now if we have a number so again we'll multiply it with 100 to get it in its percentage form. So the answer for this question is supposed to be 400%.
