Froggy has lost her lawsuit against Ethan Klein due to a default judgment, which basically means that her and her lawyer stopped responding to things from Ethan and his legal team. And uh it appears that Froggy has has accepted her fate. Some of you may have seen that there was an update on my lawsuit today.

[00:00:30]Um but unfortunately, I am not going to make a comment at this time.

[00:00:59]Life happens, you know? Life happens, and you're like, "Oh my god, I want to die." So, yeah. That was from a stream from the other night where she wouldn't turn on her face cam, probably out of shame. The part to that stream is also deleted, so she probably doesn't want anybody seeing this. But what I'm a little confused about though is why does Froggy not want to comment on the situation? It almost sounds like she maybe intends to file an appeal. But if that's the case, then why did her legal team stop responding in the first place?

[00:01:38]Well, whatever the reason that is that they stopped responding, it appears that Froggy is content with whatever happened.

Well, I'm thinking that the pressure of the legal case was weighing on her and she knew because the lack of financial support that she was going to inevitably lose. And honestly, that seems like it could be accurate because like she is the least popular streamer of all the people that got sued. Even her old comrades appear to want nothing to do with her. She didn't have rent to pay, she had legal fees to pay and a lot of them. Also, like where in the hell in LA does she live that she's paying $500 a month in rent? I got to say, something is not adding up there. Does she have like 10 roommates or something? Or is her family paying most of the rent? And if they're paying most of the rent, then they're probably paying her legal fees as well.

[00:04:19]Which almost makes me think that her family just might have pressured her to concede and get it over with. I don't know, may- maybe the plan is to like file bankruptcy or something like that.

[00:04:40]For this, it's super cheap cuz they're so like intricate. Frogan is clearly massively financially irresponsible with the little bit of money that she does make. So, it's no surprise that she came to a crossroad where the GoFundMe dried up and she just had to stop responding cuz it was just too expensive. But if you think about it, if she even did have the money to pay for her legal team, it's honestly unlikely that she would have even won in the first place. Her lack of care of trying to make her stream fair use was an actual joke. This girl was actually just letting the content Nuke play while she wasn't even in her chair. Her commentary was minimal and provided no depth, added no value.

[00:05:28]It was literally a stream to steal viewers from Ethan. She brings in like no viewers. So, she tried to jump on the viral bandwagon of the Ethan hate watching train and actually ended up financially devastating herself. Like take a second to honestly think about this. A judge would have not responded kindly when they seen clips like this.

I mean, without saying, "Hey, I fully intend on stealing your stream tonight." Like these people got way too used to watching full episodes of Hell's Kitchen on stream that they thought they could just do this with anyone's content they wanted. And well, I guess Frogan had to learn the hard way. And Denims is probably next. Denims has been trying to act like these cases are vastly different so she can posture to her audience that this in no way affects her and please keep donating to me. Like she even did a cope statement this morning on stream after hearing about the Frogan news.

[00:07:46]Um but I've already told you guys that when it comes to my lawsuit with Ethan Klein, I have tried to give you guys as many updates as I can. You guys Everything with Brogan's lawsuit, I I can't comment cuz I haven't kept up with it. I don't a different lawsuit. I know a lot of people on the internet seem to think that they're all like the same exact lawsuit and everything is exactly the same in the lawsuit, but like they're literally different cases.

[00:08:14]Yeah, Denims is clearly shook and is worried what this means for her personally. I don't think it looks good for her. She can make it seem like your audience that these cases have nothing to do with each other and she still fully intends on winning. But the facts are the cases are quite similar. The clips of her committing copyright infringement that night are really not that much better than the ones of Brogan.

[00:08:40]Honestly, after Denims loses, her cope stream is going to be biblical. I can't wait. But let's shift back to Brogan here cuz that is the point of this video. You know how I said I think her family is maybe financially helping her?

[00:08:57]Well, uh maybe I was wrong about that cuz she appears to be calling out her family and friends for abandoning her. But like at the end of the day, it's like I don't care anymore. Like it's just like I've I've yet to meet anybody in my life Like this is like no shade to anybody in my life either, but I have yet to meet anybody in my life that is on the same level of like caring like for me that I care about them.

[00:09:54]I almost feel bad for her cuz when you think about it, she's right. She got abandoned by the entire orbit. Hassan never talks about her. Ben N never talks about her. Noah Samson never talks about her. Casey Tron never talks about her.

[00:10:12]None of these people have offered her any sort of help or boosting of her social signals except for when this whole parade of lawsuits began. When it first started, they all seemed to have each other's back on this. But over time, they all seem to have entered a state where they're only caring about themselves. And I think that's because the donations are drying up for their GoFundMe's. They all realize now that they're basically competing against each other to save themselves. All of these donations are effectively coming from the same community.

[00:10:49]Only has so much extra income to throw around and help their favorite content creator. And since Frogan is the least popular of the bunch by a large margin, they all just let her fall. Quite a thing to witness, honestly. They all teamed up to destroy Ethan but only ended up destroying themselves.
